Trouble is, having just read the DM article, it looks like it only covers the lawyers, so the accused and probably prior jurors can still comment, which is not ideal. That doesn't get allowed at all here in the UK.Well, I wasn't sure whether you even knew what I said, let alone what I meant, lol.
Re gag order, it's as though the judge heard you, lol and indeed, it's about damned time.
I was very surprised the jury wasn't sequestered! They probably should sequester this jury to protect them this time.
And then the trial itself too, trial by ambush, witnesses had to deal with that inside and out, and a jury not having a clue the experts were paid and what they would say talked of ahead of time.I was concerned when they'd heard testimony of witnesses of how they'd actually been subjected to stalking and other means of harrassment by Read supporters- that witnesses were actually heckled as they left the courthouse after testifying, that they would be intimidated.
It appeared on ID last night but i fell into a podcast and fell asleep lolIf you have Max streaming, there is a series called "Body in the Snow". It's all about this case. There are free ways to watch it. If you don't have Max. You'll have to Google for how. They've dropped two episodes so far. I'm just about to watch episode one.
They obviously don't agree with the findings. It was blunt force trauma to the back of the head that caused it wasn't it? My view was he was hit by her reversing, was knocked backwards onto a hard surface that caused the injury to the back of his head. Eg the steps, the kerb or the fire hydrant for example. There was a hearing today but I did not pay attention to it..... Only that they are shopping for an ME because they aren't going to call the one who did the work on the body??? i'm baffled by that
Taillights do not fracture into nearly 50 pieces by backing into somebody's arm. They obviously don't agree with the findings. that's a start!
Suspended. Now officially fired.I thought he'd been fired awhile ago.
She had already cracked it hadn't she? Or bashed it again when she reversed out of her home. They have video of her driving the car with white light showing.Taillights do not fracture into nearly 50 pieces by backing into somebody's arm.
That's because simply whacking your arm on the taillight is not the same as a several ton vehicle or a fire hydrant hitting a persons arm or other solid object at 24 mph.I dare any of you to simply whack your taillight with your elbow and see what happens. Nothing. Nothing will happen, except maybe a sore elbow from trying. If you do manage to succeed, look at how bruised you are vs how many "cuts from taillight pieces" you have.
That was later and on camera after the snow had started that showed her taillight still intact. She had already cracked it hadn't she? Or bashed it again when she reversed out of her home. They have video of her driving the car with white light showing.
Link? The white light showed the taillight was cracked when she left the scene and drove home after she backed into him. That was later and on camera after the snow had started that showed her taillight still intact.
