Distinguishing Marks/Features: A serpent or dragon on the chest and stomach. The word "Virgo" in blue on the left shoulder. A red and blue flaming Star or planet in the web between the thumb and index finger. A globe surrounded by letters on the left forearm. The tattoos were somewhat recent.

Circumstances of Discovery​

Atlanta police picked up the unidentified man on the side of Interstate 75 late at night on July 20, 1995, and took him to Grady Hospital with severe head injuries. He was hospitalized for almost one year and died in the hospital on June 24, 1996.

Yeah the mom thing never goes away. It gets some better when kids are adults, you only seem to worry the most when you have been around them. Like I don't check every day to make sure my kids got home from work or shopping or what happened that day or worry about it, etc. but if I have just seen them then I do. Text me when you get home safe, etc. so I know you made it.

And I never forget what I pulled at what age and what my kids then pulled at what age, etc. so now I guess or figure what my grandkids may pull in their teenage years, etc. So far, so good, that I KNOW OF anyhow. :)

My mom had to know where I was going. Called her every time I got home from work and everywhere else. I realized that was the way it was going to be and relented to it. She just always worried. So I figured me being a little annoyed is worth giving her peace of mind.
 
Just a little update.

Haven't heard from officer Brian yet to see of Jesse doe is possibly a match to christopher kerze, but the FBI is a huge agency and they take a while for these things. Doesn't mean I've forgotten, though! If any of you have anything to add or want to suggest a possible match I'm listening.

Okay everyone! While I haven't been around much, I'm still working on this case just as hard. Currently, my main focus is his burial site and seeking out anyone who went to the concert he might have been coming back from. With the burial site, there's been plenty of luck. He might have been buried at lakeside memorial garden and I might be going to wipe off the dirt on the stone in November. With anyone who was at the concert, a little less luck. But I haven't been on that for as long so it's not like I'd have too many strikes. It was upwards of 30 years ago. Anyways, I miss y'all! Were gonna find his name soon.

This is interesting, the new tech:

Johnson credited Fulton County Medical Examiner Jimmy Sadler's "tenacity" for inquiring about the new FBI tech, which allows investigators to resize fingerprints to better see a more accurate version of what it would have looked like before the individual died.

"Without him reaching out and saying how about a little more, we wouldn't necessarily do a deep dive for Fulton County," Johnson said, calling it a "great team effort."

So they know his name but have no clue as to his family?

Well hopefully that is just because it is recent and family doesn't know yet.

I'm surprised though that when the find out who the person is the FB I or LE doesn't then investigate to determine who the relatives are. Or did they and can't find them? I'd almost think they'd try to find family even before releasing this news.
 
So it sounds like he was from Fulton County or the Atlanta area then, not sure how they matched his prints or to what... Common sense dictates they know more than released like his age and what record or thing they matched his prints to to get his name...

@ariel is going to be SOOOOO excited.
