I think he's being honest about not remembering specifically asked about personal sexual abuse history on the questionnaire because he shows geniune surprise when told that there was a question on there.

In the first interview clip with him he stated that he didn't know about the case and had only heard Epstein's name when he committed suicide in jail. So, he didn't have any predisposition about Ghislaine so I truly don't see why Judge Nathan would order a new trial. However, this case has not been like any I've ever seen or heard.

I hope this woman starts to feel some closure & healing after revealing her true identity. She didn't have to reveal her name publically but she chose to do so to probably feel as though she could start to take back control of her life.

What I think is incredible is that both Virginia & 'Carolyn' are married to their same partner for many years and have a support system. That's important with the recovery process.

I think that too and probably after giving evidence then she may have hopefully got rid of some guilt. She does not have much good to say about Roberts, that's for sure and lumps her in with Ghislaine. Roberts told her to lie about her age and what to wear.


Did you also read the article where her mother spoke out anonymously the other day? I think I posted a link on here.

This is making me wonder if Ghislaine just took over from someone else - Epstein's previous partner ?

I remember reading that other article about Carolyn's mother and questioned who else could be running things in Epstein's homes too when all of this is said to have occurred. Also, Carolyn's very direct with her position of Virginia and how she doesn't think she should be compensated from Andrew. It is damaging to the case against Andrew though because another witness is able to cooborate Virginia's claim that she was indeed with Andrew. In the article though it doesn't mention Carolyn knew about going to Tramp's, or at least it wasn't mentioned. Since you pointed out the royals actions are covered extensively leaves me to wonder why no other photographs have surfaced of this. Even if he claims to have gone out for pizza wouldn't that have garnered attention from someone in the paparazzi?

The pizza party was him dropping off Beatrice at a pizza birthday party I believe but Beatrice, who was 11, doesn't recall it. He then says he spent the rest of the day with his children, I believe.

So Andrew was a regular. This link does explain why no photographs have surfaced from within the establishment.

If the Judge does allow this case to move forward it's sounding like it will be more of her word versus his.
 
I have realised that the pics we have seen of Virginia with Epstein and Maxwell were from Naomi Cambell's birthday party from May 2001. Virginia had on the same outfit.

Was this on the same trip? I don't recall too much being discussed about Naomi Campbell other than her birthday was different from what Virginia has claimed. So, there is a picture of Virginia from that event? I must have missed that publication, lol.

It was at least 2 months after so I doubt it was the same trip. It was on a yacht in the south of France I believe. I will link to the images if I can.

Why would a jurors employer disqualify them from serving? Remember the prosecution & defense get peremptory challenge in voir dire and neither side excluded these people that were selected.

Carlyle were a contact of Epstein. He should not have been on the jury. That would be like having an employee of Prince Andrew or President Clinton on the jury.

If it is true, and if 4 jurors were abuse survivors then something has definitely gone wrong with jury selection IMO.
