JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

1580704661510.png

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

10:34 a.m. Zulema says it was significant when Lori said she was a witness of Jesus Christ because it means Lori would have seen Jesus and this would be the highest spiritual experience a person could have. Lori said angels put names in the computer for her to take to the temple. Zulema says she believed Lori.

10:38 a.m. Zulema had met Chad Daybell at a prior conference and she saw him again at the St. George event. Zulema does not think Lori knew Chad before the conference.

10:38 a.m. Zulema says Lori spent a lot of time at Chad’s table during the conference. They were talking with each other and Lori was very flirtatious, giggly and “putting the moves” on him.

I wondered when Zulema met Lori and now I see it was about the same time Lori met Chad. So all their "friends" had just met them around the same time. Crazy!
yes but there was a core that already knew each other... Mel knew Zulema. Chad knew Mel. And Zulema knew Chad. And that's just those we know about.

Here's some names of the "followers""

11:21 a.m. The women met at Zulema’s house at the end of March. Nicole, Christina, Serena, Melanie Gibb, Lori and Zulema were there. Lori had a whiteboard and drew the same diagram she had at the restaurant. Lori taught about multiple probations and the light/dark scale. Lori gave Zulema a sticky note with her prior lives and all the other women received theirs too. Lori told the women they needed to cast out the demon from Charles and said they needed to do a casting on him.
I'm sorry but a STICKY NOTE about something so important? :thud:And they each got one? Shouldn't it have been like engraved on a stone tablet or at least she could have made an official document signed by high priest Chad and priestess Lori as authentic, etc. I know I got their positions/status wrong but whatever...

crazy cuckoo GIF
I keep wanting to say "send in" or "bring in the clowns" meaning something crazier or goofier, etc. but it would seem very normal in comparison. NOT saying she is insane though. This is how they get their followers and justify their b.s. to others imo and get their minions and money.

Interview with Charles Vallow's first wife. She has been at the trial apparently.

YES! She says in this interview with media that MG was incorrect in her testimony about Lori knowing about change of beneficiary and that's what I said earlier and I also SAID no way Melanie didn't hear Lori's reaction on finding out she didn't get the money. MG LIED on the stand. Imo. Charles' ex wife puts it nicer and says she was incorrect. It was ODD too that Lori's attorney SAID she didn't know and MG agreed with him. WHERE does he get that? This seemed set up almost to me. And the attorney HAS the discovery which would have showed the texts between her and Chad about her NOT being beneficiary so he was playing a game and one that MG also went along with and lied about.

It is just my opinion but shared by others out there, that MG is bad news as well. Is she needed in this case? Probably. But rest assured had she not felt in a corner herself, I doubt she would have turned on them and I don't believe she has turned fully, ONLY to the point she has had to...

As most know I don't get much time so I haven't watched or read all linked but this one was short and I did as it was Charles' ex and not someone we hear about or from often. She said a LOT in this short five or six minutes and one thing that stands out is what she said about Joe's death and Alex's... And not believing she had nothing to do with them. Well worth a watch and not long.

Okay, so here's the explanation of why Charles' demons changed names:

11:35 a.m. Zulema says at the end of the casting, Lori called Chad to verify if it worked. Chad told Lori it worked but then later Lori and Chad said even though the demon had been cast out, another more powerful and skillful demon named Ned had come into Charles.
You know many believe Chad has the best chance at trial more so than Lori but this and other things show she called him, to see if the demon was cast out; Alex wanted a blessing from Chad, Chad this and Chad that. Lori was weirdly casting and trying to get rid of the demon, etc. but they couldn't and another came and I wouldn't doubt next he told her well now we have to take care of it, etc. because that's the only choice left....

I'm not saying she is innocent but I'm saying this was the game played by the two of them and probably put on in front of others in the group, her checking with him, etc. all to justify what the "group" had to do next or accept... MURDER or casting out the demon... Mm-hmm.

Oh come ON! This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

11:38 a.m. Zulema was told another casting needed to be done to get rid of Ned. This was done at Zulema’s house again. Nicole, Serena, Melanie Gibb, Alex Cox and Lori were all there. Lori and Chad originally said Alex was a “first creation” – meaning it was his first time on earth and he wasn’t as spiritual as other people so certain things could not be discussed in front of him.
I'd actually LAUGH if not for all the dead bodies around these two. RIDICULOUS. Excuses, reasons, etc. That I would like to think a 5 year old could see through.

Try as they might, they just couldn't get all the demons to leave Charles alone.

11:46 a.m. Lori moved to Texas but she asked Zulema and the other women to be on a conference call for another casting so Hiplos could be removed from Charles. Christina, Nicole, Melanie Gibb, Melani Boudreaux, Lori and Zulema participated in this casting. Zulema says several castings were done on Charles during this time.

11:45 a.m. Lori said Ned had been removed but now a more powerful demon had possessed Charles and this time it was a demon “expert” named Hiplos that had done the same things for hundreds of years.
Here is some food for thought. Has there ever been one hint or one claim that Chad is insane or has mental issues? NOPE. Not ONCE. Yet all this stuff COMES from him... And then from Lori of course...

I mean if people think she is a nutcase and not a con then they almost have to say he is a nutcase too no? Forgive the term but in this case, well, I am using the term.

Charles' ex doesn't buy it. I don't buy it. They are cons. Not cons that could convince us of this outrageous b.s. but that did use it on others who it did work on or they were trying to do such.

11:57 a.m. Lori told Zulema that Chad told her that Lori needed to move to Rexburg, Idaho because it was going to be a refuge as other countries were going to invade the United States. Chad said soldiers and warriors would defend Rexburg and the area had been prepared as a place of safety.
Yep. And he is sane and she has issues. He IS the head of much of this. She did not lead him astray. He already was cheating, was astray and was telling people "stories". Again in NO WAY defending her, I'm just point out HIM.

I guess their religion didn't preach that money is the root of all evil.................

12:55 p.m. Zulema says one day Lori told her she was moving to Rexburg because part of her mission needed to be done in Idaho. Alex and Lori, along with JJ and Tylee, moved into the same apartment complex. Lori told Zulema she was receiving social security benefits from the death of Tylee’s dad and JJ was receiving social security from Charles dying. Lori said because she had been married for over ten years to Charles, she was also receiving social security. The total amount was around $6,000 a month so she said she didn’t need to work.
I know I shouldn't call it LDS but they sure used the church and were active, etc. and apparently deemed credible and allowed to be members but I have never seen one bit of evidence in the LDS faith that money is the root of evil. Just the opposite in fact.

I don't mean to "group" or criticize a religion but I see just the opposite. Have you seen some of their places of worship?? I think they outdo the glitziest most extravagant casino on the Vegas strip. and I could go on about from there on down too.

I could really sidetrack here into some other things like bringing people into this country and more but it doesn't relate. Suffice it to say I don't think they are taught money is the root of all evil. If they are, it is hypocrisy throughout the religion from all I've ever seen.

How come this judge is allowing this hearsay evidence? Zulema wasn't there so cannot testify to this. It has to be either Lori or Alex who told her this. Out of the 5 people that were there, only Lori is still alive now.

On what actually happened that day: ZP says Lori told her she was putting JJ on Charles’ car & took his phone. They got into an argument & Alex was there so he got involved. Zulema says Alex was trying to protect his sister & Tylee came into the middle of this fight with a bat.

ZP: Charles had taken the bat from Tylee and hit Alex in the back of the head with it. They wrestled and then Alex got his gun and shot Charles.
I'm not sure exactly what part you are referring to with the hearsay thing but if someone is dead, there are exceptions to the hearsay rule as they aren't available to testify themselves. Not sure if that applies here as I'm unsure what statements you mean and who she was "quoting" etc. and in regards to what.

I have never believed that Charles hit Alex with the bat for a single moment from years ago until now. But yeah, that was the story.

Now we know what happened to JJ's dog.

1:01 p.m. JJ had a service dog named Bailey. Lori said the evil spirits attacking JJ were going into the dog because it was easier to get into him so Lori sold the dog after Charles died.
If I recall correctly, Lori tried to sell the service dog for money. The owner or organization who provided it to JJ found out and intervened and took the dog back. I don't recall exactly but she/they were not to sell it, you RETURN the dog, it isn't yours to sell.

Or maybe they didn't get it back but said that is what SHOULD have been done. I think they did but a bit fuzzy on it but know she shouldn't have been SELLING it.

Zulema is giving us all kinds of new information! I'm not pasting everything, so be sure to read the website if you want details.

1:04 p.m. Tammy was still alive during Zulema’s visit in Rexburg. Zulema said Chad asked her to lie and send him a text asking for him to come and speak at an event. Zulema says Chad wanted an excuse to be with Lori. Zulema sent the text and Chad came over. She says Lori and Chad were aggressively trying to convince Zulema to move to Rexburg.
1:05 p.m. Zulema had a job and family in Arizona so she couldn’t move. Lori told her not to worry about that because Melani Boudreaux has enough money for all of them.
1:07 p.m. Melani Boudreaux had recently received a large divorce settlement. Zulema said that’s Melani’s money, not hers. Zulema said she asked Melani about what Lori said and Melani responded she was sad that people would say that about her money.
Hmmm. Mel P's divorce settlement or Brandon's life insurance on his murder....?

Something is wrong here but I've been reading for two hours since I got home and still haven't finished catching up here on this thread. I'd have to look back at some dates...

And what an odd response by Mel P. They were trying to kill Brandon for the life ins. for one. When was their divorce final? They were still in a huge custody fight, etc... Again I'd have to look at dates.

So Alex didn't have to worry about being a murderer. The "savior" forgave him. UNREAL!

1:09 p.m. Alex also received a blessing from Lori and Chad that day. Chad told him the Savior was standing next to him giving him the words to say. Alex was told all his sins were forgiven and he started to sob.
This had to be really hard on Chad and Lori since Alex needing a blessing and being about to die and scared he was came out of the CLEAR BLUE right?
