JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Interesting article with info from Tylee's aunt. I have not watched the video yet but am about to.
Tylee's father died of an apparent heart attack and nobody even told his family for 5 weeks. A neighbor realized something was wrong because of the smell. That's what the article is saying! So this could be another death that wasn't natural. And this happened way before she met this cult guy. This woman is diabolical.

I was shocked by some of what is in the article. Not telling his own family, not wanting her daughter to grieve him, trashing the father, not letting the aunt be alone much with the daughter. And no one KNOWS when Tylee was last seen.

Now I just saw on TV that Tylee's phone was with her mother in Hawaii AND has been used, but it was not known by the news WHO used it.

I wouldn't be surprised if her current husband ended up missing or deceased by the time LE arrests her. Let's hope they're keeping a very close eye on the situation.I don't think her current husband is an all-around guy that's for sure, but I really do believe that she's been disturbed way before she ever met him.

Anyone near or around her needs to beware that is for sure. The remark in the divorce papers where she says death would happen or be preferable before that father spent one moment with his daughter or something like that seems pretty telling...

Uhhhh, yep! I think we all agree!

Aunt of Idaho teen missing with brother says their mother is 'unhinged'

The aunt of a 17-year-old Idaho girl who, along with her 7-year-old brother, has not been seen in months echoed another relative and court documents Sunday when she said she does not believe the mother of the missing children is in her right mind.

No $h*t?!

According to JJ's school, the Laurens Institute For Education, Vallow has logged into Bloomz – an app used for parents and teachers to communicate –several times since he was pulled out of the school.

In an email, the school said in part:

"Some of these instances occurred around Thanksgiving, when the story of JJ’s and Tylee’s disappearance broke before Christmas, and most recently up to last week when we found this out and removed her access to the application. We cannot speculate as to why Lori or someone using her accounts or electronics would continue to follow the classroom or our organization during this time frame.

Laurens Institute For Education continues to post two yellow ribbons, one for JJ and one for Tylee, in support of their safe return. In addition, staff members continue to wear yellow ribbons. It was an honor and a privilege to serve JJ, we were sad when he was withdrawn. We were devastated to learn he was missing in early December. We all want JJ safely returned. JJ was a very happy little boy and he felt emotions very strongly while with us. JJ was diagnosed with Autism, yet he was verbal and was able to express himself. You knew when he was happy and when he was sad. We want to believe he is well and will return home soon."

In a follow-up email to 12 News, the Laurens institute for education said Vallow logged on "countless" times.

This woman and this case creep me out like I can't believe. When are they going to be able to arrest her?

There was a Dateline on this case last night but I missed it. I have been searching for it online but have not yet found it. I know when they did a recent one on Kelsey Berreth I located it the next day released, probably later in the day though. Just mentioning it as thought anyone else who missed it may like to see it and I want to remember to find it and link it.

I definitely want to see it. I'll look for it tonight when I get off work.

This is a good read about possible charges, why they have not been arrested, etc.

Here's a portion of that article that I had never heard of before.:

Famous similar case: In Baltimore City Department of Social Services v. Bouknight, Jacqueline L. Bouknight, of Baltimore, was ordered to produce her child in court. She claimed to have left her son with a friend but would not reveal anything more. In a case that went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court, Bouknight claimed that forcing her to disclose her son’s location violated her Fifth Amendment right not to self-incriminate. The Supreme Court ruled the Fifth Amendment does not “protect a custodian from refusing to produce his or her child pursuant to a court order.” Despite this ruling, Bouknight refused to produce her son. A Baltimore judge continued to find Bouknight in contempt of court for seven years; she spent those seven years in jail. After that, she was released and has never been convicted for further charges regarding her son. Her son has never been seen since.

I think they are waiting to get back more information on some of the past deaths so they can charge them for homicide in those cases. The sad part is, then they'll probably do a plea deal for them to reveal where the kids are. Seems like that's the way these kind of things go. 😠

In this case and the Bouknight case above, I don't understand why they can't do something, at least in some point of time. The Bouknight case he has never been seen again, I mean if I was told that as a juror, and knew the other facts, I don't think I would have to draw on too much to figure she killed him?

I do get why they haven't arrested them yet with Daybell/Vallow. I think Lori Vallow will be just like Bouknight and will continue to refuse to cooperate. I hope to he77 they find enough on the autopsies to charge her/them.

If I were the other family members, I think I would file wrongful death suits.

Just the fact they are lolling on the beach on probably life insurance on his wife and more (guessing) would make me irate.

Did you read the one above that some woman and others thought they saw Tylee? There are things in the article that bother me but then there are things that make me wonder...
