Lol I've never heard Nate or anyone say what I said and how Prior drilled Mel G on the stand in the preliimary and that is about to happen again force. Praphasing. And HOW she and DAvid were last ones t see JJ alive other than Chad, Lori, Alex and where THRE that weekend. Paraprasing. I need to go to bed but this is GOO and reminds of some things. Recommend.

OMG is this GOOD. Zulema will testify. And Nate reminds how Alex said to her he thinks he is Chad and Lori's fall guy. And reminders about a LOT. I do think Alex was doubting and seeing things in the end... This is fairly intense for Nate. Stuff he's said before but this isn't "court" coverage but more about what is coming and the sh*t in this case we all need to be reminded of as memories yeah with all ingested in this one or these case/s... Witness list for the week and all are sealed bu he has some guesses and knows many that have had subpoenaed.

By now she KNOWS Kay is the one with the welfare check but man I forgot a lot of this, this may be the longest talk and comments by Lori than we ever have heard other than LE interviews. RELISTENING to this knowing cops knew her and Chad were married, etc. and all we know now is INTERESTING. When asked about who they ran into the other day, her brother and some guy oh, his friend probably.... (not her hub Chad), She is a rambling sh*t woman and we now know what they knew already so a rewatch wow. She's bitcing about the life insurance and everything else and the other guy is just a friend of her brothers, oh yeah Chad.. Now I can even see their questions as to what they were asking with what we know now. A moment later she has to tell them he is an author even thought this is "just" her brother's whoever friend....

I think all of us have probably heard this body cam back when BUT forget and I will tell you listtening back on things when we know a lot more later, going back, can be really interesting... This is not just DAILY court covering NATE, this is coverage with all the meat in this one. with great remindera and clips etc.

I don't know that I dare finish, I need more than two hours sleep soon but this is a DO NOT MISS. Great reminders etc. and so much we know is also now with what was said back when and so on.

the Mels never wanted to turn on either of them for example and both did ONLY to the point they had to buy no further. Again imo.

Regardless of who did it, I took have often felt JJ was already deceased when Alex had him. and that makes some other things lies. I saw too Tresir was talking of David's dream and Mel's want of a blessing... There is so much from that weekend that is b.s. with some basis but not the truth. I don't think David had any DREAM. The dream is the cover for what they saw and I bet he did want a blessing.

I think Chad killed JJ and I think he took pleasure in it. And I do think Alex likely took him from there and both left to bury and possibly all. But who knows...As Linda said and is a horrible thought but who hasn't had it, there is no reason to duct tape all things they did on JJ if already dead.

I don't believe we know the half of this bunch but I think LE has a clearer picture but only so much is deemed fit for public consumption and they have to center on the key leaders but every single one knows more. Imo. And was part of MORE.

It's worse than known and what is known is bad and awful and horrible.

Kind of jumping off of course in my first or second post here as I do at end of a long day but go back to what I also said about this is it was also evidence Chad WAS there that weekend. This is ignored and Prior claims otherwise in his opeining and so on. It is largely how I recalled this because I knew there was some reason and more than one (there's more from Mel and David that he was off and on or for a bit...). Heck they met him to view LAND too. However, I'm not even sure Mel G meant to place him there but slipped at a point OR more so, she gave which is what she did always, what she knew may land her in sh*t if something proved her lying . They are good, don't get me wrong, these Mel's at lying, much like Lori, perhaps better actually.

And again it is just my opinion.

But yes, I hadn't brought back to mind the scratches. If II had recalled that it may have triggered a thought in everyone.

Anyhow not trying to be right or anything like that and I had forgotten about this with Chad and that picture in the kitchen of all of them at Lori's. I couldn't recall every detail but reading things and this case heating up and more talk on it here reminded me. I dont' say such and that I am positive unless I am. I can't always recall all details but clearly none of us can or even recall such.

If I am not sure I will say I think or imo or I am not positive but think I heard or recall but could be wrong.

On the picture and on Chad taking JJ upstairs I was positive and I was positive it was not some online rumor but came from someone there, in an interview or some such.

And both are true and exist and have been found. Kudors to you all. I see you find the Chad upstairs thing. Now I have to go look back at all that if I dare go without another nights sleep of more than a couple hours. Have an earlier start tomorrow. and the two after.

Trial back on tomorrow, I won't be able to go watch but let's see justice.

And I hope and am pretty sure you know by now I kind of jumped off here in just responding to the first couple of poss I do when I get thome to give all my thoughts and it's general opinion and not to the poster necessary as I wander elsewhere.

What do you think of the chance Chad killed him when upstairs? Every single thing we know comes from the participants, the group or ones present that weekend.... As to what day, who, where, who knew, who did it, who participated, what really went on in the apartment/s that weekend etc. And I don't assume what comes from those needing to save their own arse Is necessarily true...

INTERESTING. The go back with a warrant and Melaine P is gone apartment emptied, Alex is, Lori is, etc., all gone and this is when they find the guns and Kevlar suits, etc.

This is the last post I was writing before I gave it up last night/early this a.m. Nate also mentioned that things Mel G said and what she said in interviews turned out to not all match up and be lies, however, he gives her some benefit of the doubt on that I feel and I feel too much.

Anyhow, Nate's show last night was a good dive and refresher on some things and far from dull. Imo.

I lean towards Chad killed him and he was already dead when Alex took him. However, we may quite likely never know.

As for the meds, that brings another reminder, this time I am not saying I am positive. Wasn't there things about Lori not getting or refilling his meds and JJ being off them? And this time I will say speculation about he claimed out of control/acting out was due to such? Like I said when I am positive, I say as much like I was with Chad taking him upstairs, when I'm not like with this one, I say that as well. Not 100 percent on it but believe so. Or at least it was shown she had not refilled at the usual place or given, etc. at some point?

Chad wanted no part of her kids imo and I think Tylee knew enough and had learned and JJ was simply baggage and not hers. Drug baby as she described him, etc. after all. I think Tylee has figured out and seen plenty. These things did not take place at Chad's home in front of Tammy and his kids.

What was Lori's remark to was it Tammy or Annie, I think Annie about just the world being so bad and just ending her kids because of it to save them? This one too I am not going to swear to as to context, seems like it was over Charles death and a visit but I think it was over Joe's because I think it was Annie and Tylee too was giving attitude to mom and so on...

Mel G did not like Tylee nor Tylee her it sounds like.

Adam Cox felt there was something Tylee wanted to say to him when the whole family thing was going on just before Charles' death when he felt worried re his mother's etc. and family's behavior.

Anyhow today very little time. Lately I have had a lot of 11, 12 or 1 p.m. work starts but not these next three days, they are early and I'm behind already as to getting ready. They are 7s and 8s. Thank goodness no 5s and 6s. But I came home from a closing shift late and have to be back early. Operating on like six or seven hours sleep over like three nights now, total.

I watched it last night and he replayed part of the Melanie Gibb interview and one of the people questioned him on whether or not he felt MG was sincere during the interview. He said that some of her testimony contradicted his interview, but not by much. He said time changes our recollections. I have to agree with that! Since I didn’t even remember for sure if Chad had taken JJ upstairs or not.

"We now see the image of the Jeep used in Brandon Boudreaux's Arizona shooting. It has tinted windows. Police searched the vehicle after it was seized and two receipts were found inside. One was from a Mexican Restaurant on Oct. 1, 2019 at 1:12 p.m.
The shooting of Brandon took place on Oct. 2. The other receipt is from Chick-fil-A in Ammon on Oct. 18, 2019 at 8:05 p.m.
Tammy Daybell died the night of Oct. 18 until Oct. 19, Wright says. The receipt date was significant to law enforcement.
On Sept. 25, Alex visited Walmart in Idaho Falls and bought a cell phone with cash at 7:10 p.m. His other cell phone shows he was in the vicinity of the Walmart at this time, Wright says. On Oct. 8, Alex visited Walmart in Rexburg from 3:01 - 3:37 p.m.
After Alex and Lori abandoned their Rexburg apartments, the property managers found two cell phones in Alex's unit. The phones were turned over to police. Wright learned the phones were the ones purchased at the Walmart stores.
Blake moves to admit the Walmart phone receipts into evidence.
Thomas objects to having the receipts admitted but Boyce overrules the objection and lets them in.
On Sept. 30, Alex's device is at Lori's apartment. On Oct. 1 and 2, it stays in Alex's apartment the entire time. On Oct. 3, Alex's device is back in Lori's apartment for the first time since Sept. 30.
Data points from Alex's phone were recorded at the Unified Sportmen's Gun Club in Rexburg on Sept. 3. Then it went to Walmart and back to the club. There was another visit to the gun range on Sept. 26 and Sept. 27.
The device was also at the same gun range on Sept. 28 for 2.5 hours.
On Oct. 7, Alex visited multiple gun ranges, according to the data points. He also went to two gun ranges on Oct. 8. Remember - Tammy Daybell was shot at in her driveway on Oct. 9.
Alex also visited a gun range on Oct. 12, where he spent time around the 50-yard range. He went back on Oct. 13 and spent time at the rifle range and pistol range.
On Oct. 15, Alex went to the shooting range twice but between visits, he went to his apartment, Lori's apartment, Walmart and Chad Daybell's house.
That was the last time in October that Alex's device visited a gun range.
Wright says he was looking at gun range data because of gunman incident involving Tammy Daybell, the attempted shooting of Brandon and the fact a lot of guns and ammunition were found inside Lori's garage.
Wright says on Oct. 9, there were a series of data points associated to Alex's phone at Sportman's Warehouse in Ammon. Wright points out on the map where the data points were recorded inside the store.
Wright went to Sportsman's Warehouse and pulled all the receipts during the time period Alex was there. "One particular receipt caught my attention," he says.
There were around 60 receipts and most were paid with credit or debit cards. The one that caught Wright's attention was a cash receipt. There were five items on the receipt - including a pair of Frogg Togg rain pants.
The property manager at Alex's apartment had a pair of Frogg Togg pants in their possession. There was also a ski mask, soft drink and gloves on the receipt.
When Wright was investigating at the store, he learned a camo beanie listed on the receipt was no longer in stock but all of the other items were.
We now see photos on the screen showing the glove Alex purchased (not the exact glove but one that was in the store when Wright visited).
The glove has a mitten portion that you can pull over your fingers or you can keep off. If the mitten portion isn't folded over, you can use your fingers.
e now see an image of the three-hole ski mask Alex purchased (not the actual mask but the same one that was inside the store when Wright investigated).
Now we see the Frogg Togg pants that were purchased - again, not the actual pants but a pair that was inside the store when Wright visited.
Wright says a number of searches were conducted on the HomerJMaximus account on Oct. 9, 2019. One was "Frogg Togg sizing for pants."
On Oct. 9, Alex's device left Sportman's Warehouse at 4:12 p.m. and traveled north from Ammon to the vicinity of Chad's house. It didn't stop but drives by and continues onto Highway 20.
The driver turns around and drives past the Daybell residence again before for returning to Alex's apartment until 5:16 p.m. The device remains at the apartment until 11:28 a.m. the next day.
A map is shown on the big screen and Wright uses a laser pointer to show the spots where data points were recorded by Alex's phone the evening of Oct. 9.
A data point is recorded at a canal behind Chad's house. "The road is fairly narrow and there is no shoulder. I was looking for a possible location where this person could have gone or if there was a vehicle nearby where it might have parked.
There really was no place for a vehicle...but right here near this canal there's a little pull-off that would fit one vehicle."
Back to the cell phones Alex bought at Walmart. He bought one on Oct. 8 but it was not activated until Oct. 9 at 1:20 p.m. Ten messages were sent between this device and Chad Daybell between 7:13 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.
While Alex's other phone was recorded at staying at his apartment that entire night, the new phone was texting Chad.
The cell phone carrier did not keep the text messages and nothing was able to be traced from the new phone. Blake suggests we take a lunch break because she's at a good stopping point. We will be back in about an hour."

Slam dunk. Alex was the assassin in the attempted murder on Tammy. All his practice was for nought. Maybe the gun jammed. He narrowly missed in the Brandon attempt on the 2nd Oct. I wonder if they have matched the Brandon bullet to one of Alex's guns? Have not seen that in the testimony so far. Also, I wonder if they have the content of those texts from 7.14pm till 10.30pm from Chad's phone?
