Well. That's the P that Lori is having a bit of a p ___ g match with who she says dates someone who was an Arias team guy.
You know if one is a V family member, none of such is funny, court should be serious. Yet i've found self laughing at Lori's stuff and more.

But honestly court and the process should be serious. Not sensational. It should be about justice and justice only. Not like some "hollywood" thing.

Drama, careers, trying to be "known'. I'm mad that i'm laughing at it because real families lost loved ones but man this one is hard not to do that with. she is so over the top... And no surprise she goes at the female P.

I give the judge and the P too credit. How they keep a straight face i have no idea or just don't even throw in the towel.

It's been something else. Hard to keep up with all cases lately but have somewhat and this one well...

Lori is giving enough to make it what it is. A lot of fuel for the fire of course.

But let's try to remember there are very real victims here, many of them. I'm reminding myself actually, and normally don't have to as it is first and foremost for me but she does such a sh*t show I can't even blame news or anyone as it distracts. Yet she's not that good. And she has non Botox for goodness sakes. She wishes. She killed or helped to kill her kids and is CONVICTED of that but man the new trial is about here, representingn self, and headlines all over the place....

Why does she need a pen rather than pencil...

I mean....

Why has no one asked her how they were wrong about the date the world was going to end....? July of that year if I recall... It is so impossible not to hate the two of them and I've had to laugh at her but in the same breath need to remind self there are very tragic child victims here. And at least one husband, a wife, possibly a brother and more...

And I think I've already said it but I hope Nate stays true, he will I think, don't mean will get bad, but not try to do all and be the be all and end all.

And yet, i get it too, been pretty darned interesting lately, not because Lolo is interesting but because it's so very predictable... Yet funny.

However, it is about justice for Charles. And in a way for the others that were there as well...

Also forgive me for saying he isn't independent like Nate and maybe he should consider it because his reporting is great but how canned the other two sound when this starts, or not even canned, green and he's far better than them...

It's making me think of a few things and I'm not a "news" person anyhow but Nate is on his own. I'm not a Vinnie fan but clearly something got negotiated there as he is still on Court TV but also has his own channel... It made me think of Lauren Scharf, she was stellar along with her camera person Sara in the Morphew case (a pet one of mine) but quit and moved and I believe was threatened. I could go sideways on that one but won't right now. Both were rock stars meaning that in the most complimentary way, man they were just good at their jobs.

Anyhow I didn't even know until a few months ago East ID News has never had a physical location and was all online (I'm not saying there might not be backers, etc, no idea) but both Nate and Justin rocked in this case. And i asked recently who Justin was with as he never comes up for me, I suppose he did tonight as it is about Daybell, and I think tresir told me she thought he was with Fox. Local. I know it's a risk but man he should take it and branch out but would have to commit too to doing it on his own.

I'm sorry but listen to these two local anchors at first. HE is good when they finally have him on.

I don't favor one or the other but am more used to Nate as Justin never comes up for me. And I don't go searching generally. Honest to God if a person could put their photographers and reporters together (Lauren and Sara too), they'd more than knock the socks off of "real" news. Imo.

I am impressed with Justin here but not with the station.

He is the best part of the show but one can see the anchors not knowing sh*t and the time crunch, etc. Guaranteed he is limited by the station. One of the best shows i ever saw was when they all got together... EVER saw. "Real news" needs to learn the lesson and keep up or give it up imo. There are great reporters but it isn't what it was, there's no budget, it's all agenda, and it's not to inform and if they do at all, you can almost see them watching as here, oops, that nanosecond is up, what do we have to say next/now...

I guess I've seen a lot of Nate and haven't seen Justin for a time and did tonight and this is in their state. He's maybe been on but he doesn't come up for me. And just sayingi what great reporters they are, and yet I watched the older guy and pg woman on here and he's limited by the "news" station is my guess. They may let him loose for the trial, hard to say.

He and Nate would be great together covering at least their two states.

On the other hand, I have said I hope things don't go too much to Nate's head. But that's just me who tends to be kind of old school, I like his "real, down to earth" and don't want to see that change. I think many do.

I don't know. And many can't, do to families, insurance, etc. but I think Justin should branch out on his own. But only iF he can. Easier said than done or many would be doing such. He's just better than how that channel seemed.

It's just really easy to dislike her after what she did to so many including her own kids particularly.

So judge was pretty much trying to warn her, tell her without doing so it sounds like... No benefit to speedy trial for her either, of course, she is already convicted.... It was short but good...

Oh man. Just what a day. I'd had it with this case but am laughing at it again. I swear it never got to be daylight to speak of here. I just ate for probably the 10th time. Darned pred. Tired but not. I need badly to get on paperwork, HOPE tomorrow is a better day. Anyhow that court tv one was a fun little blip. I'm not usually a fan but it was. Still chuckling.

You know, I've listened throughout this case to hours upon hours on end and thought i heard it all. A bit hard to recall all on occasion as there is so much.

I was just though listening to a recording of Charles talking to a cop and I know most of us have heard the one about her kind of he thought on a religious thing, him being Ned, etc. but this one neither had far more in it released or something or maybe I just forgot which is possible. It is downright eery. He is saying it would not help to arrest her as she is a translated being, well i am paraphrasing, but I don't recall this amount of detail even though we all knew the asking the police for help, I do not recall this amount of detail. I was going to link it but I've just had it and so many out there right now are all over this as this case starts to head, and I don't know the channel but it was actual voice recording, etc.

Nate also had one earlier that maybe some would know, different case, not sure how he is finding the time but am thinking the woman turned to him and asked for his help maybe, not sure...

As much humor on occasion I have found the last couple of days although hurting like heck right now, it really is time Lori goes away imo and gets quiet. I saw someone say that in chat the other night too on Nate's. I think SHE will do her bit last hurrah and it will be a sh*t show whether she makes it last three weeks, five, etc...and while it may be entertaining, I've been feeling that, I'd rather she just 'fess up, shut up and go away. I mean at the core, it isn't funny and there are dead children and others.

Anyhow, I've listened to so many hours of probably 50 people or more in this case over the years but I don't remember this amount of detail in what Charles is saying/recorded BUT these days I sure could have forgotten. I could find and link it if anyone wants but there is going to be so much continuing to come in this one. What he is saying isn't really any surprise, we knew it, I just don't recall this long of recording with an officer. Content is what we knew though so maybe its just been awhile...

I mean I've watched 3 to 4 hour ones of Annie's and so much more as many of us have. Many of them. The cousin. Uncle. So many more. Colby. Over years. Linda. Nate. Justin. Many of us have.

It really is time she go away.

Wow can't take in much more but recording of Charles asking when "he" set up a password with the life insurance company, etc. Apparently there are things we have not heard and they are coming out now. Lori may as well shut up and go with her tail between her legs to prison, the evil thing. You can hear the upset in Charles voice as he asks the ins. co. when a pw was set up, where they will mail what to, what address, etc.

They should wait and issue this at trial. Anyone would think they are trying to poison the jury pool or something. Who is releasing this? I had heard the LE recording of Charles a long time ago but never heard the insurance call. Didn't they send het for a mental exam as a result of that LE interview? But they said there was nothing wrong with her. Or that is what Lori said. Anyone ever see that original report?

If she had been committed then, a lot of lives would have been saved.

Honestly? I don't know, I was nodding off, doing that a lot again lately, not sure why. If you listened to it today you probably know more than me. I kept questioning, it was late, if we'd heard these things before I know that much because of course we like knew about the insurance and such but I did not THINK we had heard the call before. I'm going to need to get some caffeine in me and try to listen again, i kept running into things coming out and I guess we should get used to the idea as trial is upon us.

This entire case has had total document dumps and such over the years and how many shows done on it, recorded interviews released and a whole lot more as we know. Kay and Larry have been on how many things, the Mels were interviewed and that was aired, etc., etc. I hesitate to say much and i agree with open records and am a big advocate of such, I mean Sterns for instance is nowhere near trial and a ton is coming out on that one as Florida is an open record state (used be be anyhow) and FOIA requests are accessing the things.

I'd guess(?) things are being filed as the trial is upon us?

I've always kind of disagreed with the shows and such being done and while I am an open records fan, yes the trials weren't over, still are not. On the other hand, we hadn't heard like this call before right so they have held these things for trial I guess?

I thought I was losing my mind and just could not recall hearing the recordings, etc. becuase again we do KNOW about these things, and it was late and I tell ya been no daylight here I swear and there isn't any right now either.

Hearing Charles though really hit me in this ins call regardless of all that, that I KNOW so I stopped and shared it, was dropping off BUT wanted others to have it. How many darned times did this man try to get help? I also recall hearing it in his voice I think as he realized I think what she was doing... Found it heartbreaking. Also I needed to stop listening too. As I said things just kept coming out yesterday, I was dancing between watching fiction then coming across this stuff in between, worried about Mel, had some things back and forth with family, and feel like nver going to get through this and so injured again.

But yes, and I need to really watch and take this in later today or something.

Even though I'm for open records, back to your point, I've not been a big fan of all the more so shows and family members talking throughout this case. I mean as one who follows crime, of course I like to see and hear more, but as far as what it can do to a case,, that's a different story... I dn't necessarily agree with it throughout but stayed fairly mum on it... I mean I'll not get specific but just about ever family member, some more than others, have been on every show both TV and internet, you name it...

I guess though too I have a big faith in jurors and jurors being found that even IF they've heard of, can put aside. My own family wouldn't know sh*t about this case, every single one of them, from single one, from all the generations. I've talked like to my daughter of it but I guarantee you there have been how many cases since and she could be a juror and she doesn't follow these thing
s in the ways we do.

I think i said a few days back, probably more than once, that this is going to be a sh*t show. Already seems to be and it hasn't even started, well trial hasn't or jury selection. Like said, Nate already has had how many shows, others too, but hearing Charles in that phone call, I don't know, I guess as said a lot, the victims get almost forgotten. It was just heartbreaking because we know what happened and what he was realizing...

I've gotten a bit of humor re her in some of the last hearings, etc. but I'm victim first and i'm ready for her to go away and not be thought of again and hopefully QUIET.
