A mother in Orange County is begging for help locating her missing daughter.

Madeline ‘Maddie’ Soto was last seen on Monday, one day after she and her family celebrated her 13th birthday. Maddie’s mother, Jenn Soto, said surveillance video shows Maddie hanging out in a church parking lot on February 26 after being dropped off for school, but she never made it inside.

"I’m trying to hope for the best, but I’m scared for her," said Jenn Soto. "I want her to be okay; I want her to be safe… I don’t want her to come back harmed. I just want her back – whatever that means, I just want her back."

Jenn Soto said sheriff’s deputies are using K9s and a piece of Maddie’s clothing to try to track her scent near Town Loop Boulevard.

According to Jenn Soto, Maddie had never run away before. She said the teen had forgotten her cell phone at home that morning, but that was normal.

As of Wednesday morning, a variety of search teams are out searching for Maddie.

Now they are telling her this pic or vid is from 7;30 in the morning. She says that's way too early. Remember MOM said he came into her room to put the dog out about 8. AND also said now confirmed she saw Maddie getting dressed around 8 which she has confirmed in ANOTHER subpoenaed interview WAS a LIE.

My God, I tell ya. No way, no way is this much naivete. I can't risk Maddie sleeping with me any longer....
 
Wow. I've made it through more than I had but time for a break. This time it isn't the heaviness so much as I want to hear the part coming clearly and not overly tired which is where I am getting. The detective just put it out there that this was 7:30 but she said 8 as to dog, etc. and she responded with she just assumed. GIVE ME A BREAK. This WOMAN is LYING. When your child is missing and you are being questioned, etc. you do NOT assume times and you do NOT say you saw her getting dressed. This is an ALIBI for him at least or was. Talked of, planned, etc.

There has just been WAY too MUCH. Of course none of us KNEW or heard much of this until recently as it comes flowing out by many did suspect.

Anyhow, yes taking a break because at about the same point as last night where I'm going to have to replay parts tomorrow morning if I keep going tonight as I'm saturated with it, need to process it and getting beyond tired and hard to take more in right now.
 
Okay, continued for another minute or two. My God.

9 a.m. they tell her and she just doesn't seem shocked. in fact she asks 9 in morning or night, stalling imo. A pic and what was being talked of would clearly be morning not night.

I need to stop it. I went to watch something else could not find much. Went back to this and every minute or two in this portion is like over and beyond belief. I'm beyond processing it so need to stop.

So at 9 "they" are near Sea World.... She is not reeling at all...

I have comments for her but I will save them until less tired or filled with too much of it.

And I GAVE the benefit of the doubt and even now allow for meds, issues, denial, naivete but it is NOT flying any longer for me.
 
Not going to spend much more time here updating this one but man, is it a case. it has taken me, struck me, and hit me. No one here is following anyhow.

Bill Cannon (sp?) the other night and more than one night and time, lifelong NYPD LE career has said he has never seen a case in his lifetime with so much evidence or anything like it. And that's saying something coming from someone that has seen a ton. And he isn't the only one that has said that.

Hey @Regina I will respond to you if you talk or comment here. We sure don't always agree but you're great for well we don't but let's respond and talk about it as I enjoy and like debating even if we don't always agree as well. And you seem to be the same. No biggie.

I'm just saying there is so much out and that has come out in this one that I'm not going to give play by plays and no one else is following it here anyhow that let it just idle here. No one here follows it.

I will say the stuff that keeps getting released, well, whoa, maybe think about the Jennifer opinion because it gets harder and harder to give her any benefit of the doubt...

I have not even finished this most recent one yet of Jenn recorded but the Woody Allen remark ALONE by Jenn, and some other things are a huge red flag.

I don't know if you've seen this newest released, but it is something, and I haven't finished it yet either.
 
So first time today I am back to it, I had to stop. And I rewound a bit again just to be sure of what last heard.

I said gate clicker but thought they had actually been talking of a garage clicker but I said gate as I knew that was the story by him, etc...

BUT the detective and her are talking garage clicker when I went back over it to be sure. He and her both had one and I don't know WHY if separated he would still have one! You pretty much kick him out, you TAKE the clicker. She also did not know if the roommates had one? Huh? I could see them having a gate clicker but NOT a garage clicker.

She is finally emotional and crying and cracking in this one BUT believe it or not, so far I have trouble judging if real or not... My leaning is not or tears just from stress for self BUT such situations bring things you'd never expect. You need to be strong and not fall apart for instance but there it all is ready to take you down and if you allow it, you'll never get back up... So, thus far, I\m not going to judge that part but I've not heard it all yet, AND I do find it odd she's never been close to this in all the interviews before or about cracking or emotional...

Gray Hughes and Plunder now also have their first ones out on this video that the three pay for and The Docket gets to cover first, because he's the instrumental one and the one in contact and doing all the work pushing for what is legally to be provided on FOIA requests. Imo anyhow, it looks to me that's how they do it. I also think he pays the most of the fee for each and all.
 
But Good God she does go from upset totally fine and with it in one instant, several times. it's really hard to buy...INSTANTLY.
 
Probably my 5th time at least over this part since last night. Shown a photo just says immediately that's Maddie asleep in the car.... I don't care how many times I hear this part, it is NOT flying with me. I relisten and relisten and NO.

I don't want to even think about it but I've seen several people die and their bodies just after and no way in HE77 would you mistake death for sleep. I do not know what's going on here where she is concerned, but nothing is going to surprise me. He has been arrested at this point with this interview and she knows this...

I'm not buying her. Any longer. And I've said it before, but at minimum she needs some SERIOUS help.

And I don't buy it's that minimal any longer....

Apparently by the way, there are SEVERAL more interviews that aren't out yet. Or that's the guess... This one is a doozy. Of course she comes down on him here and there, but not convincing at all imo. Uses the F word I guess for emphasis to make it seem she means it but it doesn't fly for me...
 
I could listen to it 1.000 times and it just doesn't fly. Shown a pic, the way it sounds, since we can't see, out of the blue and surprisingly, and she instantly says that's Maddie asleep in the car. Detective immediately says that's not Maddie asleep in the car. She instantly says what do you mean... It rings false every single time I give it another try and listen... Do you believe Maddie's asleep there? She goes, is she dead? There's more.

I need to quit going over the same part. It just is not believable at ALL...
 
Again when questioned further she says that's an odd way for her to be laying down sleeping. This certainly though was not her first reaction at all, only when pressed further...
 
Most people commenting when this was live are saying she knew she was dead. I am getting the same sense sorry to say. It just doesn't wash and she's not shocked and almost seemed prepared to claim such, hard to explain...

Woody Allen. She can't sleep with me any longer, I can't risk it...

NONE of this is explainable in any innocent way imo.
 
The pic was at 7:30. I may have said that last night. She goes, that's way to early.... Well duh you liar about 8 a.m. and the dog being put out, AND claiming you saw her getting dressed at around 8 and she DID say that.

There's just way too much here. Beyond too much. People are up in arms that she is not under arrest and sorry but have to say I am getting to about the same point. She is going to be at some point, I would BET ON IT...
 
Kind of stuck in the same spot as when I quit last night. I had to relisten several times. And now have to break again from it. Just too much. Weighty. I guess is the word for it...
 
Okay. I lied. I am continuing and I believe I talked of this last night too. Now they show her a video or pic taken near Sea World at 9 in the morning with Maddie dead in his car... No shock. Nothing. 9 in the morning??? She says. Uhm as The Docket guy says you can't tell the different in 9 in morning and 9 at night? This is absolutely not flying and is not truthful imo...

Tears are long since abandoned but one would think the first pics of her dead daughter would bring something on....

I need to break but I also need to get past where I was as I'm not going to have time to finish this after today or get further...

Never, ever have I seen any case like this. It's just over the top bad and unreal...
 
If your child was missing and you were worried to death, would you LIE or not get times right? I sure the HE77 wouldn't. If I didn't know, I'd want them to KNOW I wasn't sure! There is just toooo much to ignore here.

The first time she sees a pic of her dead child, she's just calm. Remains that way as well... Through next pics and being told.. Cool as a cuke...
 
The comments are at least as interesting. She KNEW. She KNEW. She KNEW. Just an example and I really can't even begin to differ... Put it all together with her sending her 13 year old to bed with her bf in a single bed... And all the rest... Woody Allen. I can't risk having her in my bed any longer...

JUST the fact she knows about Woody Allen says she knows about 'such" things and was not naive to such at ALL.
 
This case, this case, this poor girl, has gotten to me big time. So maybe won't be excused but I'm asking to be excused please. it's just awful.

I've always said I don't believe in too many coincidences, one, okay, two maybe but the radar goes up.... Three or more and forget it and this one is well beyond that... Way beyond.
 
Now I'm into new territory... Pic of Stephan throwing trash in dumpster they tell her. her first question is what day... OMG.

They tell her Monday around 7:45 a.m. Has that already been taken, she says, were you guys able to be able to look at what was dumped? He says mm-hmm. They ask her what she thinks... She guesses clothes....

He tells her her backpack, her laptop and one of her Crocs... Maddie's... She asks if the dumpster had already been taken (meaning stuff gone) or were they able to get stuff (paraphrasing)...

Now I want to insert here that the pics received I believe show Maddie's other downstairs, I believe in Jen's bedroom. Now JEn's bedroom DO NOT quote me on, I think that was the case but for sure her other croc was downstairs not up in the bedroom shared with her mom's 30 something year old bf...

This moment was the first I knew one croc was in with the laptop and backpack...
 
We get a pause from Jennifer and then she seems to sound a bit emotional and said are you telling me you're looking for a body right now... She gets a bit emotional but I have to say, it is hard to buy...

And I have allowed for meds, that she's just different, shock, you name it but man there's just way too much...
 
hmmm. He's pushing on her a bit now and all maddie's school absences and are they all excused... She said yes for most part she thought. He asked if she was sure... She motions her tons of doctor's appts. Maddie's...

I recall her doing this with herself and jobs, and all her doctor appts, for Jenn.

She also said when he asked her about excuses for Stephan who she just wanted him to know they were all the same, all with ADHD all forgetful, etc. Her, Stephan and Maddie...

So I am guessing Maddie missed a TON of school on top of all else... And her replies are not flying yet again, not for me...

They KNOW imo.... They certainly know more than she thought they did...
 
I am going to take the time to say The Docket is the one to watch these new things on. He rarely interrupts and when he does it iis to rewind, say note this and make some observation that is right on point. Once I hear a full interview, I can take going and hearing Plunder take it apart and such (not Grizzly, OMG, she can't stop herself). He I had not watched a lot but he is the one who gets this stuff and pursues it and I've watched him a bit more now and I'm really liking him. The shows always look long but I'm guessing with this one the interview will end then it is likely a few hours of chat.
