Bernard Madoff says he is dying and is asking a judge for compassionate release from prison, where he is serving 150 years for orchestrating the largest Ponzi scheme in history, according to a Wednesday federal court filing.

Madoff, 81, has terminal kidney failure and a life expectancy of less than 18 months. When the court sentenced him, “it was clear that Madoff’s 150-year prison sentence was symbolic for three reasons: retribution, deterrence, and for the victims,” the court filing states. “This Court must now consider whether keeping Madoff incarcerated … is truly in furtherance of statutory sentencing goals and our society’s value and understanding of compassion.”

Madoff said in the request for compassionate release that he “does not dispute the severity of his crimes.”

The timeline of events leading up to the murder. What a bunch of f'ed up beyond belief individuals. That poor girl, How she had to live and die. And they met on the website "Plenty of Fish". That's a christian dating website. I don't understand that at all. What?. " Have you been rejected by E Harmony like me?.Looking for someone who loves meth and is as f'ed up as me." The timeline of the day is just filled with running around for drugs, Taking drugs, Alcohol and meth insanity. IMO they deserve the death penalty. But I really hope they will give them life without parole because of her being assaulted and because what was done to her after death. Why did this take so long?. She would be going on 16 now.

She was an actress in the porno she did with her ex husband, Tommy Lee. Ugh. Why did you do that and act like it was leaked information?. From where?.

I agree. Never let them out. I don't know if he didn't know. I feel like what was shared was missing some things. Kind of cryptic or like parts are missing. So he wouldn't have burned the house down if he knew...? Yeah, flowers. What is that? I almost wonder if it is a word for something else... Maybe not. I just didn't think the texts made total sense...

Yeah I knew about that. I only mentioned Baywatch being her only big thing as an actress as i don't count porno as an acting credit although all the oohing and aahing and panting I guess is acting... I think Meg Ryan ruled at that without ever taking her clothes off in When Harry Met Sally... LOL. It disgusts me that notoriety and porn now bring fame. It used to ban you from any chance to be seen in anything legitimate ever. She sickens me. Sorry but she does. And there are probably some that aspire to be like her... I'm guessing Paris Hilton was one.... ;) Gag to both.

I've had a time or two I just can't so I don't. I hate to do that but sometimes you have to. Those months I was off last summer I couldn't catch up on all. I still run into crimes and cases etc. that happened then that I didn't even know about.
