Bernard Madoff says he is dying and is asking a judge for compassionate release from prison, where he is serving 150 years for orchestrating the largest Ponzi scheme in history, according to a Wednesday federal court filing.

Madoff, 81, has terminal kidney failure and a life expectancy of less than 18 months. When the court sentenced him, “it was clear that Madoff’s 150-year prison sentence was symbolic for three reasons: retribution, deterrence, and for the victims,” the court filing states. “This Court must now consider whether keeping Madoff incarcerated … is truly in furtherance of statutory sentencing goals and our society’s value and understanding of compassion.”

Madoff said in the request for compassionate release that he “does not dispute the severity of his crimes.”

I don't post such but I think you all missed one at least. A week or two ago he announced or made a ruling there are only two sexes. Male and female.

Hey if tax payer funds won't fund my dental care or make my face asymmetrical, then I don't think they need to be paying for sex changes in children either. And I will also say children are in no position or of any age to have their **** together and no what they want and any parent deciding such for them should have their head examined. And I'd be okay with THAT being paid for.

People have lost their marbles. Well some have. There are still a lot of rational people.

I did see that and think i may have posted that link on the Trump thread. Then i saw emu post some on here, as they are current news, so i started putting them on here too as his didnt get deleted.

N/A for me so here's an updating link. Pretty bad so far. Why are these Potomac crashes always in freezing weather making rescues so difficult?

ETA 30 bodies recovered so far. (See BBC link )

60 passengers and 4 crew on the jet with 3 soldiers on the helicopter.




Also a BBC updating link. It sounds bad. The video at the beginning of this article shows the helicopter and the jet colliding (circled) and there is another jet higher up taking off so how three aircraft could be close in the vicinity of each other like that, i just do not understand.

The two aircraft were transmitting different types of signal but both were visible on a tracking website called ADS-B Exchange as they approached each other.​

The plane was sending out ADS-B signals, whilst the Black Hawk helicopter used another system called MLAT.​

Aircraft such as these have systems onboard to detect nearby flights, including a Traffic Collision Avoidance System (TCAS).​

Doug Rice, a retired American Airlines pilot, told broadcaster NBC that TCAS isn’t effective below 700ft (213m).​

Data from the tracking site shows the American Airlines plane had been on a steady descent approaching Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport from the south. The helicopter was flying from the north, along the Potomac River, also on a descending path.​

The last recorded altitude of the aircraft just before the impact was around 200ft.​

Both the American Airlines flight and the Black Hawk helicopter were transmitting information about their paths and altitude ahead of the crash.

I'm waiting for the remainder of the JFK records. He said he would do it the first time, he tried and something or someone stopped SOME from being released, more were but not all. And also the MLK records.

I'm just sitting back and watching and waiting, on everything-- and not jumping to anything like some news would like people to do... I watch one cook/life blog where the woman is having a meltdown. OMG. I already was borderline with her and the way they raise their kids, etc... Both parents are children/juveniles, seriously. They are gamers with their kids and go to gaming things, her house is a mess, she home schools, her kids well.... Nice kids BUT one is seeing the effects as they grow older.. Been watching the channel for a few years or I probably would not be there... Her mental health is a mess due to this election.... God Almighty GROW THE EFF UP. You have kids. You are not Chicken Little.

Sit back, and calm down.

I've been very unhappy many a time but you deal and handle your life for God's sake.

LOL. Some actress was on social media bawling her eyes out and apparently the comments she got were to grow up so she posted still bawling saying she had deleted it. Get over it.

Yeah, same thing happened when Hillary did not get elected. All meltdowns per the news. Man kids of parents like that need some HELP and intervention. Same with this woman. And seriously the rest of her channel, she and her hub are gamers with the kids, they go to gaming things on the weekends, she wears (the mom) her hair like some kind with little ponytails, she thinks she is attractive and she is majorly overweight. I mean seriously so. She dresses like a little girl though. No kidding. Her daughter is overweight and she has her in tank tops where too young for it but due to her being a bit chubby the nipples show and she shows them on her show and seems not to even realize how she and her family look.\

Don't get me wrong in that I watch her channel or was as I liked it and I do get some recipes on occasion from her. Not many but I think my Korean beef one came from her.

But yeah on top of it, she has been having a mental health breakdown over the election and not able to cope. She has kids. COPE LADY. My God how long have you lived in our world and this nation? Grow the EFF UP. They of a certain generation are all about their mental health too.

My kids are the same generation and Thank God have come through.

You know this is our world and it is not new. Deal with it. Do the best you can for you and your kids no matter who is in office. Take care of your own. Go have meltdowns over it, give me a break.

This though is what has been shown and taught for some years now and add in media/"news".

I am not sure if her boy is sure he is a boy or a girl. I guarantee you that comes from her and not anything natural.

She home schools but from what I see they are all gaming all of the time. The parents and the children.

She told everyone about a month ago if they were not in agreement with her politics and her talk to get lost. LOL. As she had her meltdown. Another one this week.

They will be gaming again this weekend, mom, dad, and kids and going off to gaming things... With her hair in ponytails and little girl clips...

And dressed like a little girl. That's mom. Seriously.

I don't know why I stay. I guess I like her on occasion. I saw her kids since young and stupidly care even though it is just YT. Not bad people, I guess I hope she gets it one day...

I am rambling and still have not slept. Sorry for the rambling... I am tired but not. I just can't sleep even though I know the need to...
