Lisa was last seen at her home in the 3600 block of North Lister Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri on October 3, 2011. Her mother, Deborah Bradley, put her to bed in her crib with her pacifier, blanket and some toys.

Deborah last saw her daughter at either 6:40 or 10:30 p.m. (Accounts differ.) That evening, she was also caring for the Lisa's two older half-brothers, who were asleep in another room. She later admitted she'd been drinking wine that night and had gotten drunk. She was also taking prescription medication for anxiety.

Lisa's father, Jeremy Irwin, an electrician, came home from work at approximately 4:00 the next morning and they discovered Lisa was gone. Several lights in the house were on, Lisa's bedroom window was open, the front door was unlocked and three cellular phones were reportedly missing.

Lisa's parents called 911 to report her disappearance shortly at 4:00 a.m. An extensive search of the immediate area turned up no sign of the baby.

Authorities stated Lisa's mother and father were less than cooperative with the investigation, something Deborah and Jeremy denied. They were engaged to be married at the time of Lisa's disappearance, although Deborah was still legally married to another man, and had a six-year-old son by him.

Deborah and her husband had been separated for about four years by 2010, and he was serving in the Army. Her husband stated he didn't believe Deborah would have harmed Lisa or been involved in her disappearance.

Three different witnesses saw a man walking down the road about three miles from Lisa's home at approximately 4:00 a.m. that night, carrying a baby dressed only in a diaper. It's unclear whether the sightings are connected to Lisa's case.

Authorities haven't named any suspects in the child's disappearance. Her parents have stated they believe she was abducted from her home late on October 3 or early on October 4, possibly by a person who wanted to raise a baby. Lisa's case remains unsolved.

Lisa has a birthmark on her right outer thigh. Two of her bottom teeth had erupted by the time of her disappearance, and she had a small bug bite under her left ear. Her nickname is Pumpkin Pie. She was last known to be wearing purple pants and a purple shirt with kittens on it.

The witnesses very well could also have been told to keep some of their info from the media by LE. I do know for a fact that much of the media was so that if a tip came in, they could know if it was credible or not.

yes, she said he was going into Watson's yard, the next door neighbor of Mary. You can't see the gate from the witness's house but you can see that they headed into the yard, so I'm not sure what point you are arguing???
It wasn't witnessed, is my point; it wasn't seen which way the man went.
That man may very well have gone onto the property and through the gate, all I'm saying that that isn't what "Lisa" said they saw him do.

Where is the local media in this case? After the MK special the KC star did a recap story but the headline only mentions that Megyn interviewed "Lisa's mother". Nothing about Tanko. Nothing from any of the other stations in the area acknowledging the case at all. It is a shame.

It's crickets here on it. Weird.

If you watch her interview, she explains exactly where she saw him is my point. She points exactly where she quit watching him because he was going to the house and their inner alarm was satisfied and they quit watching. She then goes on to explain that when she looked out again right after she saw him going there, she didn't see him any longer. She explains exactly what you are questioning.

She said he turned toward that yard. Police took footprint evidence from around the gate in the yard. In the MK special it shows the neighbor MH explaining this. Yes, Lisa did not have the vantage point to see him go through the gate but she said he turned that way. We don't know what the husband saw firsthand.

I wonder what time of day the dog went missing from the yard adjacent to the footprints. The proximity of all these little details...the man with the baby walking toward that yard, the dog going missing, the footprints, the sprinklers being turned off, the dumpster fire within line of sight of all of this...it is chilling.

What's weird about the dog is that we also had woke up to our back gate open a few times over that summer. Our dogs were still in the yard (or came back on their own) but they didn't bark when it got opened, either so we figured it was somebody that had befriended them previously but we walked all over so many people knew our dogs at the time. It also made perfect sense on what Spellman said about the neighbor dog barking at first, but then after he had been there for a few days, the dog no longer barked at him.

So someone was just letting dogs out all the time? Why in the world?

I’m so glad people have cameras now. If my neighbors don’t have cameras to see who would let their dogs out, my camera would pick up their gate.

Easier to pilfer if the dog isn't barking and alerting. Like I said, there was a lot of petty theft going on at the time when there normally wasn't any at all. Stuff was getting taken out of yards and vehicles nearly every night for a while. Funny how most of it all stopped after this group left the area, huh?

Yeah, I'm aware of all of the first part and all I'm saying is that I need to know the husband's account firsthand and clarification from the wife regarding her's.

Re the dog, it appears to me the neighbor who told Hurt that she saw Tanko take the dog is the same neighbor who told her that the husband / wife witnesses said they saw someone cross her (Hurt's) property and go through the gate.
Anyway, yeah, the reporter said the dog disappeared the same day as Lisa, which is oddly vague... regardless, too vague to do anything with.

As for the dumpster, I fail to see the why part of a connection.

Again, the people that ACTUALLY need to know the husbands first hand account do know. We do not NEED to know. There are so many more neighbors there with Jersey stories but just because WE havenT heard any first hand accounts in the media doesn't mean they didn't happen, does it? KCPD and FBI took statements from dozens, if not hundreds of people, yet we've only heard of a very few in the media. Many were told to NOT talk to the media or parts to not share with the media by LE.

Imagine that.

I do know that no matter if people in the neighborhood think she did it or not, all of them are glad Jersey and crew are gone. It was obvious when he returned a few years later. He must not have been hard to track down because I had seen that he was busted again for theft and poof, it nearly all stopped again. This time many people did have cameras.

What's really wild is that Missouri has never had her on the missing person's clearinghouse list. I can not seem to get an answer as to why she isn't and has never been. Odd.

What I have been told though, is that the police from the area they are missing from must submit them. Why KCPD has not done that is a mystery. No matter what reason why they believe she is missing for, she is still missing and needs to be listed.

She seems to be there now. Maybe the rules changed recently? Because it looks like they get their clearinghouse list directly from NCIC. So no longer dependent on KCPD.

I don't understand why Spellman even mentioned the incident re the neighbor's dog if he wasn't gonna be any more informative than "disappeared the same day".
I seriously wonder whether it was actually his intention to cause more questions than answers.

Personally, I think anything odd should be mentioned. It might have nothing to do with Lisa’s disappearance, then again it might. I don’t know if it was Spellman, but one of the talking heads thought the dog was released so it wouldn’t bark.

I find it very important, especially since we had found our gates open a couple of times that summer, too. One gate of ours is located to where only a very few would even know it existed unless you were roaming.

If my gate was found open a lot, I would be creeped out by it. Thankfully, I have a camera back there now, but I sure didn’t when Lisa went missing. I don’t know if I knew of anybody that had cameras then, other than a few businesses.
