JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

• April 3, 2018 - Tylee Ryan's father, Joseph Ryan, dies. Death ruled heart attack.
• December 2018 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow make first appearance on Preparing a People podcast.
• February 2019 - Charles Vallow files for divorce from Lori, claiming she viewed herself as a god preparing for the second coming, and she would kill him if he got in her way.
• February - April 2019 - Lori disappears for nearly two months, leaving her children with others.
• June 2019 - Lori's niece demands a divorce from her husband, who says she shares similar beliefs to her aunt.
• July 11, 2019 - Charles Vallow shot and killed by Lori's brother Alex Cox. Shooting initially ruled self-defense.
• August 2019 - Lori moves to Rexburg, Idaho with kids
• September 3, 2019 - Joshua "JJ" Vallow enrolled in school
• September 23, 2019 - JJ last attended school
• September 24, 2019 - Lori unenrolls JJ from school, saying she would be homeschooling him.
• September 2019 - Tylee also seen in September, but it's unclear when and where (she had graduated early)
• October 2, 2019 - Lori's niece's ex-husband was shot at, missing his head by inches. Shooter was driving a vehicle registered to Charles Vallow.
• October 9, 2019 - Tammy Daybell, Chad's wife, called 911 and said a masked man shot at her with a paintball gun.
• October 19, 2019 - Tammy Daybell dies, death is ruled natural
• October 25, 2019 - Tylee, or someone using her phone, texts a friend
• Late October / Early November 2019 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow get married
• November 26, 2019 - Welfare check requested for JJ at the request of extended family - police are told he is in Arizona with family, but he is not
• November 27, 2019 - Police return to serve a search warrant, finding the Daybell's gone
• December 12, 2019 - Lori's brother, who had shot her ex-husband, dies mysteriously in Arizona
• December 20, 2019 - Search for JJ and Tylee goes public
• December 30, 2019 - LE says Lori knows where her children are but will not cooperate
• January 25, 2020 - Chad & Lori are located in Hawaii, served with a notice that she must produce the children within 5 days
• January 30, 2020 - Lori fails to produce JJ and Tylee

We were just talking of her and @Kimster Linda is back, I just ran into it, maybe you already know. Only thing is she's on the last hearing, not today's, but she says she is going to NOT miss all this with Lori's trials and will be covering it. I have just started maybe she adds the new hearing on at the end, but doubtful but it's still good in the Linda way. I'm fine with her being later but others will have the news out earlier but if she is actually going to watch it all live, she'll be on it then as she has been before.

She's having fun at Lori with that hearing and she'll really love the one today then.

Yeah, it has been hard lately, a lot of cases heating up, lots of shows imo. I think Nate had two shows yesterday, I haven't watched them either yet.

The last show that Linda was explaining on just a bit ago she really wasn't herself. Yesterday though she was back in full force herself imo,, her mimicking Lori's voice kills me lol, she was sassy and full of it. Says she put too much into Daybell too and she'll be there every step of the way she claims of these trials. Not physically there of course but covering every bit, every day, etc. I take it, as she did the other/s.

Nate and his photographer I believe it was actually flew to Hawaii and found Lori and Chad and got in their faces a couple of times with the microphone and camera asking Lori WHERE her kids were? A long, long time later when the bodies were finally found he got up the helicopter quickly and covered all that. He's kind of famous for the Hawaii thing. And Lori is calling him as a witness at triafl although NO IDEA how she thinks he can help her.

I'd often dislike an aggressive reporter but most of us basically intensely dislike Lori so it's loved he did that in Hawaii, she's very disliked out there too, and most people, self included don't hold back too much on insulting this woman here in the thread either.

Justin Lum yes is another one too that gave awesome coverage and I'd say also got well known for the case. Nate's in ID and Justin is in AZ I believe and there are cases in both states so that was great too. Justin and Nate and their photographers all did a show together once and it was awesome. Instead of being competitive (which they probably are but very nice about it if so lol), they worked together in some ways and we all appreciated the coverage by both teams in these cases.

She'll try imo. You know the P said yesterday that she couldn't imagine some of the things and witnesses Lori wants to question, etc. were for other than she figures character witnesses which I t hink she said isn't allowed. She is probably going to try to paint Tylee imo as an upset or depressed or disturbed girl and herself as a good mother imo but NONE of this is going to be allowed in I don't think.

Not sure if I mentioned she's also late on getting things in and the judge said very possible they won't be allowed in because late. Paraphrasing.

And yet she filed a bunch of handwritten motions right at the end, last I knew we didn't know what they are yet as she had no copies for everyone so sure the court had to get that done first before they could be filed.

You know as ready as I am for her to shut up and go away, I do like seeing her upset and unhappy, she's so often so sickeningly full of it. And it is going to be a hoot I think maybe to watch this trial, maddening but maybe fun at times too...? I sure did enjoy the last two hearings... Lol.

One viewer I forget in which show of his asked Nate if he thought Lori might be calling him as a witness so that he would be sequestered and couldn't cover the trial, do news about it, her, etc... I kind of doubt that, I think she likes Nate but it was a good question... Not sure why she likes Nate since she sure didn't like him in HI lol. He has recently said though she has talked to him and shared things that are off the record...

She likes men as we know, well until she decides to kill them, or at least she's used to playing them, using them, etc. She said not long ago that the judge is fairly lenient with her which gives me the impression she likes him too or thinks she can play things BUT that's not what happened in the hearing yesterday lol, and I imagine she doesn't like one bit the fact he does his job and It gets her nowhere other than yes, he's fair to her, maybe a bit more than but they have to be a bit she's pro SE.

I wonder what he will do since she's late with a number of her things and technically they shouldn't be allowed in... I think I'd deny her since it's legit to do so and then let her know again if she wants them in, it's up to her if she waives speedy trial and wants to ask for more time... That puts it in HER court and I think it would hold weight in any appeals since it would be up to her... However, they might bend for her so she can't whine on appeal this and that...

Back to Nate, it's Court TV Lori hates so I don't think that's her reason for calling him as a witness...And if he was sequestered, Nate would cover it anyhow, he'd just go outside and do lives I would imagine OR would that stop him from covering as a reporter until having testified....?

What he could possibly have to help her re Charles' murder, I can't imagine, or more like what she thinks she can do with him on the stand or that he knows? Even if she told him something imo she couldn't bring it in in trial and it's not "evidence" it would be her statements. Nate wasn't there when Charles died of course, you dingbat. (Couldn't help it, sorry)

Just catching up a bit before the sh*t show starts soon, and I hadn't said a lot on her witness list, etc.

I believe the first week there are no cameras or at least until they get a jury selected, is that right? It will be covered of course I'm sure by many we know as it usually is, just no live feed I don't think for that portion.

Kind of same here. I've watched a lot this past week trying to catch up on not this case but others and have a lot going on right now that needs to come first as well. Today I am on here, first day I don't have to run but I have an entire list of time mattering things to do today. And I'm not even working right now(!) so I get it. So many cases are heated up right now after in my opinion little going on the past weeks before that, and now hearings, trials imminent, many covering, etc.

That "woman" imo is never going to bow down, cave, concede until the courtroom lights are off and she's back in ID prison. I wonder too how the trials will vary... I mean with Brandon, it is attempted but the players are different other than Alex. He's the connection. Tylee won't be a thing in Brandon's at all even for Lori I wouldn't think, and how are they going to connect her to that one...? Alex is the connection... Are there texts...? Or what? I mean I know Brandon says he saw the vehicle which matches Alex's and it all fits but that's a far cry from proof. Chad and Lori were seen taking was it the seat out at the storage unit or was that for Brandon or Tammy? Even I still get confused on a few of these... I'm just wondering how much evidence they have in Brandon's? I think with Charles it is pretty clear cut. "WE" know there's enough in Brandon's and there is and the full on conspiracy, etc. and patterns of all of the cases but how much will be allowed in? And I'm just saying, they are really going to have to tie the plenty of circumstantial evidence together for the jury imo. It's all there when one knows the full story of all cases and all things but I do think it might be a bit harder one to try. Maybe I'm wrong though.

Well neither of us will ever be able to watch every minute for sure, no one probably could, but I think every day is going to be at least one debacle if not ten and we know it will be covered to no end.

I'm ready for her to go away and get silenced like Chad so far is, and as we've said, but I think it's going to be quite a ride and show. I don't think she has a chance in HE77, she is no lawyer, and she'll go down again but she will NEVER not try to control or go down until the very end. IMHO.

I think there were texts and calls between Chad and Alex. Probably also between Chad and Lori. They must have something linking her but i wonder why Chad has not been charged?

One thing can't be said imo and that's that the knowledge in these cases already have us knowing what she did.

Oh and she went at the P in one and talked about the P's boyfriend who worked on the Arias case. Having a pi**ing match with another woman I couldn't help but laugh at.

Kind of a day for me with some deadlines. Work just called in the middle of this email. Have to get some things in. TODAY. Need to do that, as well as a few other things. Saw ortho yesterday, long day, rescheduled chiro today, just couldn't, more but anyhow, hoping to catch up some as I finally can move some for the first time since Friday.

Anywho... It's hard not to laugh at some of it... Lori's filings, other things, etc.
