Crimes by the Justice System and Police

The dog part was unacceptable and definitely something to be determined whether the officer heard the order or not BUT I almost think with a man with his hands up, etc. no dog should ever be released unless given the order TO DO SO. No? What I mean is was it being ordered the dog not be released as it was known this particular cop may very well do that or had before? Just a thought.

On the other hand, it does have to be said this man was not complying with a traffic stop and did not stop. When he finally did, he did not get out. Then he took off again. Etc. He should have been complying from the start and I doubt backup would have been called would it? They had to take down his tires didn't it say?

This does not excuse the release of the dog IF the moment the dog was released he was known to be complying with hands up, etc. and known and seen by all officers and the order heard.

I need to know more.

These officers will not suffer any consequences for what they did here. What happened because they were too lazy to REALLY investigate this crime fully is nauseating:

They both should face the death penalty or at least life in prison without parole.

Authorities charge 9 current and former California police officers in corruption case

Nine current or former Northern California police officers were charged Thursday in a federal corruption investigation that found evidence they committed civil rights violations and fraud in an effort to get a pay raise and lied on reports to cover up the use of excessive force, U.S. authorities said.

Ismail J. Ramsey, U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of California, filed four indictments that outlined charges including wire fraud, deprivation of rights under color of law, conspiracy against rights, and conspiracy to distribute anabolic steroids. Nine police officers and one community service officer are named in the charges, though only two are charged in multiple indictments.

The defendants could face decades in federal prison if convicted of the charges.

Tripp said the arrests were the result of a two-year investigation.

My mad face is not over the charges but over the fact anyone could do this or this go on to begin with. Does anyone think they will get decades in prison? We will see I guess. You know the battle by the defendants and their attorneys will be coming. The twist, the show, the attempt to turn the story.

What IS this? A ONE YEAR OLD? And prosecutors were going to let him off? Really?!! His attorney wants him to not have an SO status? Well so WHAT?!! he chose his actions and don't tell me about his being a sex addict. These are still CHOICES he made and they can take their addict EXCUSE and stuff it.

How did they find this out anyhow and who does the child belong to??!!!

So he was abusing his position and looking up women's backgrounds and then stalking them! What came or will come of that? Anything?? What, did they stop that investigation or tell him of it when finding this out?

He dam*ed well should be registered for life as an SO, all should be aware of and warned of someone like this!!

FILTHY PIG. Oh the poor man, WHAT of the child and women??

Explain to me anyone why prosecutors would make such a deal to begin with?!! No one has to explain the defense attorney acting as if his client is the important thing here and HIS life, TYPICAL. However, he may have set himself up for being ineffective counsel, shouldn't he have advised his client to take this deal?! I almost think they should change his attorney to avoid that possibility. And don't tell me next he has an attorney from a police union or benefits or anything, he wouldn't would he?? I would hope not.

I'm sure the stigma of being a registered SO will have effects throughout his life and SO WHAT? He chose this and abused both a one year old AND women! And prosecutors were going to give him a deal with probation. SMH. And they have a CONFESSION. I don't even know what to say any longer in some of these cases/instances, they are so outrageous and here now the side that should be trying to put him away makes him a deal where he wouldn't go away. I will give them that they wouldn't let the SO status go but that's it.

Better keep your eye on this one for us because they will likely be trying to get this deal back or still get it WITH the SO stattus taken off it in exchange for say seven years probation or something.

As to the women, this is SHEER abuse of authority.
