Has anyone found what the Palm Beach School Supervisor (Dominique Hyppolite) testified about ? I haven't been able to find it so far.

According to prosecutors, Andersson-Dubin may not remember much these days. Assistant U.S. Attorney Alison Moe hinted that the witness has an underlying medical condition noticed by her family, but she said she would not prod into details that would invade her privacy.

“It’s very hard for me to remember anything from far back,” Andersson-Dubin said, referring to events in the case spanning back decades.

Andersson-Dubin said that she had a hard enough time remember events back from “last month.”

More stipulations: "It is agreed that the birthday of Mike Wallace is May 9, 2018." (Jane cited 80th birthday party Now London addresses and dates. [Note: Judge Nathan indicated when this is done, she'll tell jurors to come in Monday 9 am, to 5:30 or 6.

Now stipulations being read into the record including... Annie Farmer's boots were seized by the FBI on June 29, 2021. Also, when the Lion King opened. and that Dominique Hyppotite would testify that the Palm Beach school maintains records (Roberts)

Ok now I understand the point of the Agents' testimony. They don't show their notes to the interviewee. Therefore casting doubt on "Jane" saying their notes were wrong. She would not have seen their notes.
Also, re Carolyn, she told them she got Epstein's number from the phone book. Therefore, she contacted them, they did not contact her.
 
Obviously I will consider the closing statements but out of all the victims in this, if these are the best 4, then I don't believe the charges are proven. It seems that Maxwell worked in NY not in Palm Beach. "Jane" appears to be the strongest witness yet there are big discrepancies in her testimony. Eg. The Lion King, whether she travelled to NY or lived there with her family, the notes with which she disagreed etc.

Judge stated at the beginning that Kate wasn't a victim. Also it was stated that Annie was not a victim in the NM jurisdiction. We have just heard that Carolyn got Epstein's number from the phone book and we heard in testimony that her boyfriend, who knew Robert's boyfriend, is the one who took her there. With Jane, there are still questions on her testimony, where she lived at the time and her mother's role. I may have missed it but did her mother testify? I know her brother could not testify as she discussed her testimony with him and called the defense lawyer a ***t. So he missed his chance of corroborating anything she said.

At this stage, I cannot see that the prosecution has proved it's case.

The charging conference is open to the public. We'll have to see if any MSM covers it though.

Well that's Kelly's anonymity gone. ( I am guessing Eva, Michelle and Kelly were the potential witnesses that wanted anonymity. It's tough testimony admitting openly under oath that your husband had sex with the masseuse while you nodded off. ( they have three adult children so I hope she or he warned them. )

I've never heard of Kelly. Who is she? All that's been said is she was going to plead the 5th.
 
The witness who didn't show is listed on this page of the black book under the name of a well known bank. Clearly that is why she wanted anonymity and did not show, I am guessing. (I think it may be a good idea not to post her full name in our posts.)

Does this always happen like this? I am gobsmacked. They are reducing the severity of the charges and counts so she can be found guilty? What a load of BS.

No, it doesn't usually happen like this. I'm not sure I understand the law behind this being permissible either. The jury should have a copy of the indictment and a voting form that corresponds to it.

Maybe fed trials are different?? It looks like Jane will be the only victim left on the charge sheet. Do you see it that way?

They are not providing the indictment to the jury.
