There are three documents included in the 15 various images at the beginning of that article. 568, 569 and 570. The letter from the US Attorney for SDNY is the image numbered 11 and 12 and is asking for the court to perform an inquiry. Again, page 3 is not shown so we cannot see who has signed it.

Tomorrrow morning I'll pull up the Federal court case & query the latest filings to keep us as informed as possible.

My thoughts are that both her and her then boyfriend will have a criminal record that can be researched. I think it was already mentioned she had a felony on her record but both of them will be searchable by name now. She could possible not want to put herself and her family thru it all. She may be asked about lying about her age and the fact that Virginia asked her to do that. I do wonder what her motive was for renouncing the anonymity. I also wonder if "Jane" and "Kate" will do the same. I also wonder why Virginia Roberts was not called as a witness.

"Jane" was not believed and only Carolyn's testimony is what carried the other charges. Now there will likely be a retrial which could go worse for the prosecution due to difficulty being able to find an impartial jury IMO.

It crossed my mind that Judge Kaplan could be holding off to hear the arguments raised for Ghislaine's retrial. He's under no obligation to make a quick decision.

The offer was made in a letter to a judge filed jointly late Monday by the prosecutors and Maxwell’s attorneys in federal court in Manhattan. The defense countered by asking that questions about the perjury charges be put off until the judge rules on its request for a new trial.
