Kasey had a fun girl's night out in Louisville before the judge realized the error. Poor girl, so much for bar hopping.

Jamey Noel has lived in Clark County Indiana for his entire life, according to Inside Edition. He served as a state trooper for 22 years before becoming a sheriff in 2015.

He also ran the county's Republican party in addition to the Utica Township Volunteer Firefighters Association.

His life of public service, however, began collapsing around him last year, when Indiana State Police investigators began seriously probing his finances.

The sheriff is accused of spending lavishly including buying more than 100 luxury cars using public funds and selling them at a personal profit.

He further stands accused of using his former deputies as personal errand men and handymen on his private properties during work hours.

Court documents also allege Jamey Noel, at some point, had an affair, during which he impregnated Clark County Council member Brittney Ferree, who gave birth to his child.

It is alleged by prosecutors that Jamey Noel used funds from the Volunteer Firefighters Association to pay his court-ordered child support.

Jamey and Misty also allegedly charged nearly $200,000 in tuition and college expenses for two of their daughters to credit cards taken out in the fire agency's name.

In March, authorities seized 26 shipping containers filled with $7million of missing military surplus equipment, which state police believe belonged to the sheriff's department and were hidden be Noel during his time in the role.

Special prosecutor yanks immunity deal with Jamey Noel’s brother-in-law

april 5
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Newly filed court documents in former Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel’s contempt case reveal his brother-in-law Bradley Kramer was offered an immunity deal in exchange for an interview with state investigators.

But the document also reveals the prosecutor withdrew the agreement Thursday, three days after Kramer was
interviewed by state police.

Kramer’s attorney Jennifer Culotta is now asking Special Judge Larry Medlock to reject the subpoena filed by Noel’s attorney Larry Wilder for Kramer to testify in the upcoming contempt hearing.

Noel has been ordered to explain why state police found two handguns in his house during a search for custom clothing. He was required to turn over all his guns, except one shotgun, as a condition of his $75,000 bond.

State police told WAVE News Kramer and Noel’s political associate Charlie Moon retrieved the guns and turned them over to state police at Noel’s direction. Moon’s attorney said last week his client helped retrieve the guns at the family’s request and was directed to the guns by Kramer. Moon has also been subpoenaed by Wilder to testify.

According to court documents, Noel used the Utica Township Volunteer Fire Fighters Association's credit card to buy clothes from a custom men's clothing company.
