JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

OMG. I have not watched this yet. First off, I forwarded it to about 21 minutes before the judge even enters the courtroom, etc. and then one of the first things I see is Lori all smiles and full of it.

Scott Reisch said about this a night or two ago that it is ridiculous trial is 4 months away and no way, the court hasn't even got the DNA sh*t taken care of yet, etc. and that the time being taken in it is ridiculous. I am PARAPHRASING but that's the gist of it. It just goes on and on and they set another hearing or whatever, etc. etc.

As I said I haven't watched this yet but judging by the smle on Lori's face in the car above and how she starts out in the courtroom here Ms. Child and Husband killer is back in true form it appears to me. Alleged killer of course. I wonder what the rest has on it where she is concerned.

Good Lord her attempts to look concern I think are more laughable. You can see her thinking oh, turn mouth down, look concerned, etc. She is soooo inappropriate and her expressions aren't even schooled, it is like she realizes oh don't smile, put on a concerned look and it is soooooo false.

She does her concerned look but every time Rob Wood starts talking (prosecutor) she looks around and smirks then she smirks towards each of her attorneys as if sharing a "secret". Camera doesn't show that they even notice or react back but it is sooooo put on. I noticed it the first time but now he started talking again and she did the SAME thing. Don't get me wrong, I don't think it is anything but her "act" And then she also usually does a bit of a turn or attempt to look at who is back in the benches and come back with the same smirk again when Rob Wood is talking.

This "thing" (I can't bring myself to say woman) is so put on it is ridiculous. Incompetent my arse... I'm really trying to figure out how anyone ever fell for her bull in the outside world.

So the defense is arguing about the conspiracy thing and how they can't be a conspiracy once the conspiracy is over and all sorts of that kind of sh*t. And that they are separate conspiracies, etc. and charged wrong or confusing for a jury, etc., etc., etc. All that legal stuff.

Rob Wood then says in response that the state believes there are three conspiracies/three agreements. At this point she like makes this face when he says that... She'd probably be rolling her eyes except she closes them as in "give me a break" like it is b.s. then swings her head and smirks. Her own counsel does not look towards Rob Wood when he talks, they sit there at the table facing forward. She, in the middle, puts her head back behind her defense attorneys to look his way.

I don't get time to watch much these days and this one ran for a bit but it is worth watching just to see her. She doesn't deserve notice she deserves to be stoned imo but watching her little games is interesting. The chat is also active and Linda from It's a Crime is on it and I think Kay is on it and Annie (relations to victims).

Wood says one conspiracy was to kill Tylee and steal the SS money, one was to kill JJ and to steal and continue to collect the SS funds that were allotted to him. These two counts are the ones at issue in this hearing and he says they do believe they are linked and so they ARE linked and he believes the jury will find there was thihs "agreement' on these things. This is an argument of why they fall under I think the same crime, etc. which the defense has argued. And yet there are three separate conspiracies or something like that. She does more expressions. Anyhow...

Her botox has more than worn off. When she does her frowny concerned face it more than shows many a time different lines in her forehead and more. Still sports that hairdo though.

He points out you don't even have to complete a crime to have the conspiracy. Oh gee there she goes again. I wish they'd show if her attorneys actually interact with her smirking etc. about Wood but they only show her doing that towards her attorneys and don't show them in that case.

So her defense atty. also argued about an unfair law, he even brought up Rowe v. Wade! Said in this case the law may be the law but it is unfair to the defendant. Rob Wood argues that if a law isn't unfair just because it is bad for the defendant, it doesn't mean it is unfair. True, no? She reacts to this as well. Half smirky again or more. Wood says a law is not unfair just because it is NOT in the defendant's FAVOR. YES more need to realize this I think in our system that panders to defendants.

So wasn't she incompetent and incapable of participating in her own defense? She is listening to every word. She acts as if she is poo pooing what is said by the State but she is listening to it all. At the same time at times she looks like she is getting bored with her big day out and maybe not as she'd have it if she had her way I'm sure. She'd be leading the show as she was used to doing. This is Lori probably contained as well as can be.

Oh man. I was gonig to say she knows better than to smirk or smile when the judge is talking but now got a big smile but who knows, she likely things she is flirting with the clerk or the camera man we can't see OR the judge. Or there is NO ONE there. They never show who she is looking at and reacting to. She of course knows the camera is on her I'm sure.

I have to say, Casey Anthony was smarter than her. At least she knew to have a sad looking face or a pathetic looking face. I wonder if they’ll be able to keep old Lori’s expressions under control when there’s a jury in the room.

After a bit she TRIED to look concerned, thoughtful, sad, etc. but she just can't do it for long and can't stop herself. It is like a switch and it is like she all of a sudden maybe remembers she was told to look this way or she figures she should. We know she hates age or figure she does and her concerned look wrinkles her very wrinkled forehead, etc., she likely hates that.

A couple of times her wedding ring showed and people felt she was signaling Chad and making a point to have it seen a few times.

She is a case no doubt. I can't wait until she is put away for life or to the death penalty (she had better be) because I think the worst thing that can be done to Lori in Lori's world is to make her a persona non grata and a nonentity. She has I think a sick need to rule and be the center of attention.

As in all cases, it is the victims that should be the focus.

And Casey Anthony was a chronic liar, Self centered and covered up a murder. Just like Lori. I hate Casey Anthony more. I am still infuriated they let her walk. Unreal.

I can't stand either of them. Lori definitely killed more and two children. I'm not sure one is worse than the other, they'd both do it again to have their own free wheeling lifestyle they wanted kid free.

Alot of times you can see a dependent trying to fake an emotion. And it doesn't work. It shows in their impact statements after conviction. Just empty words of apology. When they cry, It's for themselves.

Ten minutes relating to this.

If you recall, a retired attorney filed motions to get the public access to all of the sealed stuff going on.

Scott was all for her doing that.

He finds the judge's response condescending and I think it is too. Not only that, I notice in the end of the responses it puts denied three times in capital letters. DENIED. It is about form over substance per Reisch and why people don't trust the system and I agree. This judge reminds me of someone and I don't like him based on what I've seen from him in this case. This was actually fairly quick in my opinion where everything else in the case filed by defense takes forEVER and just delays and a lot of dilly dallying and hearing after hearing goes on.

Smug, arrogant, condescending.

Scott tells that retired attorney to call him and they'll put something together. I gather he has already talked to her. It is one thing I like about him, he does not back down from the fact the public has the right to know, he doesn't hesitate to call others in his profession out, etc. which MANY do.

Sounds like a by the letter, arrogant, full of himself judge. Just going by what we've seen. Like all in the public, how would I know otherwise? It's not a good look. And she is or WAS an attorney he condescends towards!

Worth listening to that ten minutes in my opinion. It starts with it.

Thanks! I’m going to try to carve out some time to check it out.
