JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

I know Justin Lum posted documents, but I gotta run.

Kay Woodcock is the "victim" sitting for JJ, Summer is the "victim" sitting for Tylee, and Colby is the victim due to immediate family. Larry did not get victim status. Read the documents before you hit the roof. :)

Actually Chad signed his house over to Prior quite some time ago. :)
Found what I was looking for. I had to screenshot my screenshots ha ha. This shows Chad Daybell signed a quit claim deed to John Prior on June 10, 2020. The day after Tylee and JJ were found buried in his backyard.

Interesting

I was just listening to a YT by Nate Eaton saying the same. I didn't know they were divorced and looking at the chat of Nate's neither did most other people. That sure was kept quiet, assuming it is recent anyhow... It also said Larry is not JJ's bio grandpa. I'm confused. It was their son who had JJ right? It must be only Kay's son or something...

Well anyways, Lori didn't win on Kay and we all know she'd love to hurt Kay. At least one can share later what the other missed. Also, if Wood puts Larry up first, he can then see all the rest most likely. That's IF he does that.

Probably so he could keep the life insurance. Also, no one would want to ever buy that house where the murderer of three people had lived. It will probably eventually be demolished.
I wouldn't count on it, that money may be long gone. First Lori and Chad were living it up paying for a place in Hawaii, etc. and flights and second, Prior has been on this case a long, long time. Chad's property looks to be pretty modest, not sure it is worth all that much, And first they both were represented by Means and who was paying that bill and who paid it after he continued to represent Lori for a long time...? She didn't have a pot to pee in from what we know... $$ I mean of course.

Are the kids still in the house? I thought they were, except the married daughter of course... Wonder if Prior charges them rent or is just letting them stay free to be a nice guy (would surprise me)... I believe there was only one who was still a minor so maybe I'm wrong...

Zillow Zestimate
I'm surprised. I think that'd be worth 1/2 that here unless it is nicely up to date inside which it may be. 1.5 bath isn't much THESE days anyhow for a four bedroom home.

We have no way of knowing though whether there was a mortgage on it do we? I mean those records could likely be obtained but I don't know. He moved Tammy to that area and if I recall she wasn't keen on going (said it was his calling, vision or some such) so quite possibly it wasn't paid off but life insurance may have paid it off, hard to say. So let's say $200,00 was still owed, Prior then only received $200,000 or so after paying off the mortgage, etc.

It has acreage. Not sure how much, but some.

I don't think it's any 40, much talk of it says it is smaller than some think so I've figured a 5 or 10 maybe. My place that i have to deal with yet has 12 and so I kind of based my guess off of that as I know what that value was a year ago. Of course the homes are different and location. He is in almost more of a town/rural setting, very close to town with plenty of neighbors where mine is more private and the location itself is what really adds the value being a rural dead end with not another property behind, it is at the end of it. And he wouldn't have that value. On the other hand, I saw a Zillow estimate a few days ago that I consider way off on another home, one someone I know has and may be selling. That one was the other way, I think undervalued as I know it was remodeled but Zillow wouldn't know that since the last info they have is the last sale generally, at least pretty sure that's how that works. I just wouldn't have thought of that small area as being very pricey but then there is BYU nearby... I don't know. Anyhow, I know what my divorce cost total so a criminal attorney in this high profile murder case and he has had an attorney from day one is going to blow through that pretty fast...AND the life insurance. That's without down the road and possible appeals. Chad's trial alone if as long as Lori's will likely finish it all and that's IF he had any money left. If I recall he also took his family to Disney World or some such after Tammy died. Still had at least one son to support and a home to maintain with son in it while they were in Hawaiii...

So it's all guesswork. I mean Prior could even cut him a deal, that's all private but no reason to believe he has. Attorneys don't seem to very darned often...

Well I will give Boyce some credit on this one. Kay did not qualify BUT Charles did, if Charles was alive he could be there to watch the trial of the murderer of JJ. Since he is dead, a person can be appointed and given those same rights on behalf of JJ so Boyce named Kay to do so is the way I am understanding it. He is affording her Charle's' right.

Summer also didn't qualify. But since Lori is the defendant so can't be a victim family member of Tylee and since Tylee's father is dead, Boyce appoints Summer the right to stand in for Tylee...
