JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

I still think Joe Ryan's death is suspicious, and that was WAY before Lori met Chad.

(Cuz, Joe Ryan was Tylee's dad. Also died suddenly!)
Oh I agree and Alex harmed him with a stun gun and did do time for it. This also though plays in with me of some of the reasons I think Lori met Chad earlier than said OR was in his or related groups or some such. One of many reasons. Yeah, she was no innocent angel even prior...

2:40 p.m. Brandon now recounting the events of Oct. 2, 2019. He got the kids ready for school, dropped them off, then took one child to daycare and took the last to Melani’s house. Brandon then went to the gym. After he exercised, he left the gym to go to his new house.

2:42 p.m. Brandon said maybe five people knew where he was living – his neighbors, who helped him move in, and Melani, who he had to tell. As he turned the corner onto the street of his new house, he noticed a Jeep parked really close to a van that was parked on the street. The Jeep Wrangler had a Texas license plate and there was no tire on the back of the Jeep. Instead, the window was kind of open.

I can't remember if it was Charles or Tylee who owned the Jeep? I think it was Charles.

Well, here's the answer:

2:45 p.m. Brandon met with a detective and remembered that Tylee had a green Jeep Charles had purchased for him (sic) with Texas plates. Brandon knew the VIN number so he gave it to law enforcement. Charles gave the VIN to Brandon earlier as Brandon was an insurance agent and ran insurance quotes for all of their vehicles.

So she will blame Alex (who is now dead) and Chad (who buried them in his garden). Nothing to do with her.

However, I think the purchasing of her and Chad's wedding rings and outfits prior to Tammy's death will seal her fate.

From previous posts -

"1:20 p.m. Kay noticed a lot of emails in the account including a confirmation email of an Amazon order that was sent to an address in Rexburg. Kay said after she saw that, she contacted her private investigator and Brandon Boudreaux. Kay then went into the browsing history of the Amazon account and saw searches for a beach wedding dress, a bathing suit, mens large white linen top and pants, and malachite wedding rings. The date of the order was Oct. 2, 2019."

"They were also charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the death of Chad Daybell's former wife, Tamara Daybell, who died Oct. 19, 2019, less than a month before Lori and Chad married. Chad Daybell was also charged with his former wife's murder."

(I just noticed the date of the Amazon order was the date Brandon got shot at. 2nd Oct 2019. That was a busy month)

Ordered wedding items before Tammy was dead. As to the kids, if she didn't kill them why lie about it and lie about their whereabouts, claim they were with Mel Gibb, refuse to tell, take off when the welfare check was done, etc. Yeah, I think there is a LOT and I can't even come up with the half of it right now. Definitely depends on proesecution stringing all together for the jury to form a complete picture in a very convoluted case with many players and events and victims.

Labeling the kids dark and possessed or whatever I think is huge too. And gee, Alex just kills both Tylee and JJ next door while Lori is home and she just never bats an eye, looks for them, calls cops, grieves, attacks Alex, etc.?

EVEN IF Alex did the acts, there still is major evidence of a plan and conspiracy imo. Who was he killing them for and why????

I wonder if we will finally get to see the Preparing the People podcast that they did together, with Melanie Gibb.
What I watched last night was a reminder that Jason Mow former COP introduced Mel and Lori. He was with Preparing the People or isn't it also AVOW? I have always felt he is one that one doesn't hear enough of in this case.... Who knew them both and Chad I believe and others.... They try to separate these other groups and people as not part of things but I'm not so sure.... Not saying they necessarily did as Chad and Lori did but a lot of inter-relation here... With End Times, Dooms Day, preparing for such, podcats, money and more. And Julie Rowe... And...

It is a full 33 minutes in that is all Boyce reading jury stuff/instructions and the clerk reading the charges, etc. before opening statements start.

Last time Tylee was seen was like the 8th or was it 9th of September. JJ was last seen on the 22nd of September. That is TWO weeks in between. Lori's alibi claims Alex killed them both on such and such a date in his apartment and she has an alibi as she was in her apartment with others. Funny though isn't it that Mel G and David W etc. never saw Tylee on that weekend they were there... Did Alex have Tylee tied up and gagged or something? And Lori never noticed her missing for two weeks etc.? Yah right. David and Mel never saw her all weekend but did see Alex, etc. Yah right.

The words and points in opening statement are strong and significant but I wouldn't say the delivery by Lindsey Blake is strong or vehement or anything. Maybe if we could see her it might seem to be more of a strong delivery but not at the level of her voice and emphasis in listening to it. The points are made well with how it was written but delivery is lacking imo.

Kids disappeared on September 8th, and September 22nd and Tammy in October and Chad and Lori were married 17 days after Tammy...

Lori changed money Tylee received from her account to Lori's account. About a month before JJ was last seen she started receiving benefits for him. She took that after too to fund her lifestyle.
