JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

She’ll probably have to get new attorneys just because they’re going to have to deem her and insolvent and give her public defenders again. Idaho taxpayers wouldn’t be too keen on paying for her attorneys in Arizona.
Yeah I'm curious to see. I think she is about due for a stunt or mental health exam. I mean now she knows she is going to prison and even if she felt she had good chances on appeal, there is more sh*t raining down on her.... Maybe she's stay stoic and not pull anything but there just isn't any chance in sight for her now imo so we shall see...

She definitely will get a new team imo. Few attorneys are licensed in very many states and if they are it is generally a neighboring state. I could see someone in Idaho more easily also licensed in Wyoming or MT or WA for instance...

Although if a Mormon attorney, maybe I'm wrong. There seem to be a few states the religion all travels to or has homes in, etc. so maybe the attys. do the same, some of them. My top thoughts are CA, UT, ID and AZ and I've seen enough to know it isn't unique... And not saying there aren't a few other states as well. Arias travel, wasn't that AZ to CA, CA to AZ and another one or two with the conferences or whatever they were. In Kenzie Lueck, CA to UT. Lori's family did the same, etc. with CA at one point and AZ and Colby even has went from UT to AZ etc. So maybe Archie is licensed in AZ, haven't seen anyone bring it up in the news if she would need new attorneys or not, interested to find out...

Adam says plan to kill Joe by Lori and Alex. He says it is odd that when Lori desperate for money Joe dies and he leaves her $50k and Tylee got $2k...

Huh...?

I have watched Adam's interview(s) before back in the past but hmm does my memory fail or is this all new?

All seem to be coming out of the woodwork now... Lori is FAR from done answering for her crimes I'm thinking....

I think it’s indicative of how obvious it is that she was guilty. In the cases where there’s opposing discussions about verdict, they usually keep pretty quiet. Have we ever heard from a juror in the Casey Anthony case?

Yeah they'd have to explain how they all voted innocent and why...

I saw one juror interviewed in the Anthony case. He said they all thought George was hiding something.

Well I'm confused then. Roundpeg's post says she WAS already charged a year ago for it.

Vallow was charged on 2/24/22. The late Allister Adel was the county attorney at the time

So the way I am reading the part you posted is that there are going to be ADDITIONAL "new charges" for Mr. Boudreaux's attemped murder.
I think they must mean indicted by the GJ in Feb '22. I certainly had not heard about that.

Well then news really worded it wrong or "accidentally" for interest and sensation.

And your post is worded like this and I take that as a "quote"----
plan to hit her with new charges over Mr Boudreaux’s attempted murder.

Charges not ONE charge for his attempted murder but plural.

It may be just a case of news with tiny little "mistakes" trying to grab the attention of people who pick up on it which is exactly what it is doing with me...

I was watching a talking head recently, who was going on and on and on about Charles being Lori‘s first husband. I switched programs. Obviously the guy didn’t know the case as well as I did. Why watch?
That's what I thought at first with this one and yet the other two never corrected him and he went on to clearly know it was her "nephew" and not her brother. Of course nephew meaning "niece's" husband which isn't exactly correct either but...

Linda had a couple of things wrong on West last night too. Not picking and not saying mistakes can't be made but these more national "news" type programs well they have a LOT more viewers and teams to help so I'd expect them to get it right...

Have to laugh though at what you said, who was it that thought Charles was her first? Lol that is DEFINITELY not someone who knows the case.

They don't want to have to admit that they just were sick and tired of being sequestered.
And the fact that the prosecution didn't prove the case without the defense creating reasonable doubt. AND sequestration. i think several things played in here. 12 jurors don't agree on such without failure to prove the case imo.

We all know she did it, but the evidence was not there for the jury imo. i don't doubt there were jurors who wanted to convict her but couldn't give a strong enough evidence basis to argue it with the others. Jmo.

I wish I had been sequestered, the food would be a lot better.

Our jury wasn't sequestered but got to order in each day, not leave for lunch. I don't know that they had a lot of choices, small town our county seat is in but it smelled pretty darned good on occasion... We don't see many days long trials much less murder trials so they probably arranged the best stuff they could for them... There was a golf course/supper club in town and a couple of other choices...

Still watching and again, so impressed, I think they had a serious jury that really wanted to do the best job in either direction they could.

True with him at least...

I was able to listen to this interview while doing no brainer work. He sounds like the kind of juror I would always want serving in our courts!
Sounds like he has served more than once. Probably because he truly listens and weighs things.

Long day here. I watched a few things. I THINK that's the case.

He is so well worth watching and yes if I was in trouble or wanted a conviction, either way, I'd want him as a FAIR juror...
