JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

And this is outrageous. Since it is LDS and THE Salt Lake City church, THE church, who takes in billions upon billions it is even more outrageous. As is fhe fact probably less than should be will be done about it or has been.

Watch the answers of a few of the church higher ups.

Doesn't surprise me ONE BIT though.

Melaniece wrote herself a cheque from Brandon's business account after she was removed as a signatory. Who does that remind you of? I think we can guess where she got that idea from.

There more than a few videos out there wanting to know if Mel P is going to be charged... Most feel she should be I'd say...

That same article states that the Maricopa District Attorney is not going to charge Chad for Brandon's attempted murder. Have not read the justification for that yet but still trying to understand this one.

Here's the latest article that mentions it. I wonder if it is because Alex is dead that they are not pursuing it against Chad, or Melanie, yet they are with Lori right? I just don't follow this. Maybe they are going to test the water with Lori's first.

Why was she dismissed from the charge? I guess they don't deem her as dangerous since her killer uncle is dead now.

Agreed, no surprises here.

AS to murder they could test the water as there is no statute of limitations. I imagine there IS though on attempted murder. How many years are we past Brandon's attempt? Not sure on that but to my knowledge only murder is there no statute on and now some rape cases have far longer as well if someone was a child but most other things are like three years, at least in the states I am used to. Or maybe three years is just civil and there is longer like five or seven on criminal, heck I can't recall any longer. Saturated with life overload and details in all these cases. Can hardly keep up.

I don't like it as I want them charged but if I'm honest, I do have to say I'm not sure if there is ENOUGH proof there. I mean there is enough totally to surmise knowing the entire story of all and putting it all together for us. To get that across to a jury though without covering ALL THINGS, timelines, murders, texts, etc... And it isn't quite as direct or obvious as with the three murders Lori was just tried for... Or maybe there is enough but (and I am talking about Mel P with Brandon's too), there was a deal made, etc. or someone won't go against her, etc. IS Brandon against her? I am serious. I failed to understand when he allowed and quit fighting to go to joint custody after all he knew and when things were going against her... And even Ian wants to protect her... I think there is a lot we don't know or these men are idiots.

As to Chad I THINK BOTH he and Lori had a pact to kill both of their spouses. I think Lori got upset even after she took care of Charles that Chad hadn't gotten rid of Tammy yet...

I have two guesses. First, things between hub and wife they often just don't take seriously or think there isn't gray area. Look at how little help Charles got. Or Joe. All domestic they figure. Custody. Divorce. Emotional. Personal. That's how cops and courts look at it. Emotions run high in such times. They act out like they wouldn't otherwise, etc., etc., etc.

OR some kind of deal or trade for info.

If Mel P had a deal though I'd say she sabotaged it and reneged on it. Just like David W, watching trial testimony, etc. They did put him up to testify but not Mel P. Because she couldn't be trusted imo as to WHAT she would do or say.

She should be charged just for THAT if there was some agreement!

She disgusts me. Both of the Mels in this case do. @Mel70 I bet you do hate them having the name but you aren't one of them. I from hereon out call these two Melvins. Why not? They think they wear the pants while putting on their oh so clueless nicey nicey personas.

Lori, Mel G and Zulema. Who are the other two groupies? I bet Chad loves it.
AND who as taking the picture? I don't know about anyone else but this picture brings many a thought. First of a coven. Second it seems dark but what is the area glowing and alight in the background? Also my first thought is of like some Halloween thing and some movie of good but bad witches but whatever.... Their expressions in a normal group or family would be some fun goofing off photo but I don't quite think that in this one. It makes me think the cookies they are eating are of some part of some ritual of eating something, bunch of weirdos. And the two who strike me the most confident or set apart from the others are Chad and Mel G....
