JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

1580704661510.png

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

Just posting the important details about Tammy's death. She was reportedly "frozen" when Garth called 911. Also, when officers arrived rigor had already set in.

On the day Tammy died, 911 received the following call:
“We just found my mom. She’s on the ground frozen…or she’s stiff. I don’t know,” Garth said. Then Chad interjected, “I’m Chad the husband. She’s clearly dead.” Dispatcher Christina West asked for clarification on where Chad lived. You can then hear Chad say, “Oh no,” as he’s reportedly crying, “She’s frozen.” Chad then gives the dispatcher his name calmly, “Chad Daybell.” Chad continued to reportedly cry while saying, “Oh man.” The dispatcher replied, “I’m so sorry,” and sent someone to the scene.

Doctors determined her cause of death is a “diagnosis of exclusion” that requires other causes to be excluded. There are two natural causes for asphyxia — seizures and heart arrhythmia, both of which Christensen explained would be unusual for a woman with Tammy Daybell’s age and health.

Her husband, Chad Daybell, reported seizure-like activity to the coroner, but Christensen said there was no support for that in her medical records. He also reported that she was coughing and vomiting and he noticed her torso and head had fallen off the bed at around 5:40 a.m.
Christensen also said pink foam found around her mouth is a fluid that leaks into airways when people die. He said it can happen in asphyxiation and was a factor in ruling out other causes of death.
The autopsy also revealed signs that Tammy Daybell was laying on her back immediately after her death for a while. Christiansen said police officers reported that her body was stiff and cold when they arrived, which typically happens after a person is dead at least an hour or two but it could be even longer.
Christensen estimated she died hours before Chad Daybell reported her death.

This link above explains the stages of rigor.

This is simplified in the link above as follows -

In general:

  • If the body feels warm and no rigor is present, death occurred under 3 hours before.
  • If the body feels warm and stiff, death occurred 3-8 hours earlier.
  • If the body feels cold and stiff, death occurred 8-36 hours earlier.
  • If the body is cold and not stiff, death occurred more than 36 hours earlier.
Tammy was frozen and stiff so had died between 8 and 36 hours earlier IMO which would be prior to 9.30 pm the evening before. So how could she have fallen off the bed at 5.40 a.m. in that case?

Well FROZEN would seem to indicate 8-36 hours or more than 36 hours later. She was though, was she not, seen at school and working the day before? Or was it a couple of day sbefore? I believe it was the day before. Which for me would leave it at the 8 to 36 hours.

Garth being there has always been the puzzling part of it. Did Alex sneak into the house? After Garth went to bed?
Based on rigor mortis and being frozen she could have been dead long before Garth knew, even the day before or when he was possibly gone, etc. If anyone gets a chance, when was she last seen independently? I'm sure it was at school I think.

And I don't think Chad simply killed her either. I think he made sure she knew he was behind it and tied her, etc. based on the bruising, probably with contempt and for being that "boring" wife (taking that from listening to the one recently on some shows that was borderline part of the group, Janell I think the name is). The boring, contemptuous, insulting part of him to people about Tammy. Paraphrasing. I think he looked for a good wife, ensured he had one, a boring, bread winning, church going, mothering type, controlled her and obtained and created all that and then showed contempt for it. Sadly I can picture the type. They make things what they later complain about, or make the person that way or look for the type.

I looked at a calendar and October 19th, 5 a.m was a Saturday, so if she was at work approx 12 hours earlier at 5 pm Friday, her death could have been any time in that 12 hour period.
Yeah I am pretty sure she was seen the day before at work/the school and remarks were she was JUST FINE. That's what I thought but was then wondering if I had it right and it was say Friday she was seen and this happened on a Monday but no, you just confirmed what I thought. Thanks.

And Garth worked there too did he not? So he as much as anyone both at work and at home knew his mother was just fine before being found dead.

I didn’t know Garth worked there, too.

I don't think I did either. I heard it in the last few weeks by someone on Chad's side whether Tammy's family or his, can't recall i my muddle of no time but minutes kind of life. If I did know it ever, I forgot it. This case through the years I've watched almost everything on but as you know, it is soooo much! And recently since Lori's trial approached and then she was tried, more have come out, family that has maybe stayed silent pending trial, etc. Cousins, SILs, more.

But yes, pretty sure it is fact, he worked at the school too. He is also the one who did not want to move to Rexburg wasn't he? Or am I mixing up the sons? Maybe I have the wrong son at the school... Is Garth the youngest? I may mean the older one. Darn it.!!!

I didn’t think any of them wanted to move to Rexburg. I thought the whole family wanted to stay where they were living. But I could be wrong because just like you said, there’s just so much information coming at us over the years.

They did but there was one boy that I thought was on his own or in college or had a job that really didn't want to. But as I wrote tthe last post, I realized that wasn't probably Garth. I am getting so muddled like we both say with the flow of information and overload in this case through the years. I think the one working with her was that one. Isn't Garth the one that was still a teen and at home?

I just did a quick google of their names and I'm sure it was Garth the woman said worked at the school with her. Now don't get me wrong, the one I am talking that didn't want to move may be an older one. I agree that they all did not want to move but one very much not. Mark maybe?

Too much info and it doesn't help that Chad's kids haven't been out in this so I definitely am not up on them. Emma and Garth are the ones I know of the most. There is Seth, Mark and Leah in addition. I didn't look at ages, it was quick and my first google about Daybell children brought up Lori and Colby, Tylee and JJ. Sad. I didn't say Lori Daybell I googled Daybell children. So then I had to add Chad.

So last night I came across this "live" YT video only it wasn't. It was a "premiere" where the channel holder was present in chat, etc. while playing an interview she did a while back and people could chat whle it was playing for what I took to be the first time even though recorded some time ago. I think. It was late and i was tired.

It was of Braxton, the cousin making the rounds. The first I saw him was on JJ and Tylee's Silver Linings by Rex and Adam but this was very different. A Tale of Two Cousins and how one took thje good path and one of the bad.

He is as loony as SHE IS. I need to go find it for everyone because it was upsetting people, they were calling him racist and other words and LEAVING and refusing to listen to him/it.

It upset me. Much of what he was spouting I gather was LDS doctrine. Lauren called him back to it a few times (the channel holder). I also think he is tooting his own celebrity or tryiing to become one and looking for attention quite honestly. This man is not just some average prepper. I think he goes to show this entire family is messed up and it runs deep.

Even with Rex and Adam I feel an intent to normalize or save the church and Lori maybe but with them it isn't OUT THERE, with this guy it IS. He sounds nothing like he did on their show though.

And it was on Hidden True Crime and believe me I think they held it for a reason and now that he has been talking to all and trying to come across a bit more mainstream, they are sharing it? I don't know.

I need to go find it for everyone and I came into it late, but I am telling you his mantra will bother you imo in parts of it.

I almost forgot, I got sidetracked with a lot going on.

Here is what I was refeerring to. I didn't see it all last night but saw plenty and if you ask me he is as loony as Lori and pro Lor in this one (which I think was before his recent ones). He does nothing for the religion and in fact cements my opinion of it. Sorry but it does. There is also a recent one with Nate Eaton, another I haven't been able to watch all of but just letting others know. I may not have time but some might. I saw a bit of that too but it is nothing like THIS ONE. People were really upset with what they were listening to and leaving it. It was not live as in he was there but it was live as in Lauren playing this interview from back when.

He talks politics and of Obama and blacks and more. I was no Obama fan but he I think shows what this family really is and I think it runs deep.

here is another one with Brax. As Kimster said he sure is making the rounds. This one is with Nate. In everything I've seen him in he makes a point of mentioning his appearances on TV, on a show called I think Doomsday Preppers, a book I think, etc. I am NOT impressed and honestly he is as obsessed as his cousin Lori, maybe more so with the prepper thing. They were close on this stuff and I really have to wonder about him. Anyone so impressed with Julie Rowe just adds to that imo.

See the headline? "Starred in Doomsday Preppers". He ensures he gets this into every thing/show he is on.

Okay. I am part way through and THIS ONE is the most interesting one yet. FINALLY they are addressing some things and not "avoiding" them with Alex and his sexual things. They are talkign of his Colombia trips. And Alex when Rex was divorced actually tried to get Rex to go along... How these were package trips and even though Alex not the best looking or worst was the better looking at these things and not as old as some of the men who did this. Of course the women wanted to come to America, etc... The women that went to meet these men, many older men, etc. lol Alex felt like a beatle as he walked down the stage and the women were chanting his name... I think they mean one of THE BEATLES. FAmous, special. Wow the sh*t that goes on in this world. Not quite a mail order bride, but a new version?
