The mother of a 5-year-old Georgia girl found slain in east Alabama two weeks ago agreed to accept payment for someone else having sex with her daughter, according to records made public Thursday.

The human trafficking warrant against Siple states she did knowingly subject another person to labor servitude or sexual servitude.

“She did agree with another person to pay her for having sexual intercourse and sodomy with her minor daughter,’’ the document states.


Siple told the television station that Kamarie’s father, Corey Holland, had custody of the girl and that Kamarie was visiting her when she disappeared.

The man accused of raping and murdering a five-year-old Columbus girl is now the subject of another cold-case murder investigation on the other side of the country.

Authorities in North Pole, Alaska, more than 4,200 miles from Russell County, confirmed to News 3 they have reopened the investigation into the 2005 death of Naudia Treniece Williams, Jeremy Williams’ one-month-old daughter.

North Pole Police Chief Steve Dutra confirmed to News 3 Thursday the 2005 murder investigation of Williams’ infant daughter has reopened.


In the Alaska case, Williams and the baby’s mother were living in North Pole, where she was active duty Air Force.

The death was originally investigated by the Air Force as well as the North Pole Police Department. The infant died of blunt force trauma.

A missing 5-year-old girl out of Georgia has been found dead, according to the Russell County Sheriff's Office.

Authorities announced Tuesday that the girl was found dead in a vacant home in Phenix City, Alabama. They said it appears she had been strangled.

They said Jeremy Tremaine Williams has been charged with capital murder in the case.

Authorities said Williams previously lived in the home where the child's body was found. Williams was currently living in Columbus.

Authorities said Williams was found in a motel with his uncle after being suspected in the kidnapping of the girl.

According to officials, Williams had been charged in the past with abusing children.

The woman told police it happened at William’s home on Dozier Street on December 12.

According to the report, the victim got into an argument with her boyfriend and no longer wanted to remain at her residence. With nowhere to go, the victim reached out to a friend who connected her with Williams.

She ended up at Williams’ residence on Dozier Street where she got an unsettling feeling and then tried to leave. Williams then placed a deep freezer in front of the door to block her entry. The victim claims he came up behind her, and covered her mouth and then forced her to perform sex acts.

Williams also called the adult victim by Kamarie’s name during the assault and told her he had taught a 5-year-old how to have oral sex, the report details.

The victim explains in the report that the only way she could get away from Williams was to tell him where to buy drugs. They then left the residence and stopped at the store, where the victim mentioned she had to use the restroom. Williams instructed her to leave all her belongings and cell phone with him while she went.

The victim had a second phone which she used to call for help while locked in the bathroom. She remained in the restroom until Williams’ car left the parking lot of the store.

The following day, Kamarie’s mother, Kristy Siple, reported her missing. She was found that night in a vacant home previously occupied by Williams.

Very fortunate she had two phones I'd say. She managed to keep that on her and hidden while performing sex acts and she managed to take it to the restroom without his being aware? I'm not doubting it, who knows, but this all sounds like quite the cast. He didn't know where to buy drugs until she told him. And what kind of friend sends you to someone like him. She never knew him prior?

I realize she is a victim, I don't doubt the story has been verified or as much as can be, but we have an innocent child in the midst of all of these people who at minimum aren't around the best people or lifestyle... Sad.

Williams appeared in front of Circuit Court Judge David Johnson and his attorney Chuck Floyd gave a hint on the strategy they will use.

Williams pleaded not guilty by reason of a mental defect or mental disease to four capital murder charges involving the murder, kidnapping, and rape of Kamarie Holland.

He is also charged with human trafficking, abuse of a corpse, and production of child pornography.

The little girl’s mother, Kristy Siple is facing murder and human trafficking charges in connection with her daughter’s death.

Williams will undergo psychological testing.

Chief Assistant District Attorney Rick Chancey told the court the state was ready for trial, hoping to take it to a jury before the end of the year.

“We’re ready for trial,” said Rick Chancey, chief assistant Russell County district attorney. “We have got everything we need. The witnesses. We got everything we need to go to trial as soon as we get a court date.”

Defense attorney Chuck Floyd does not believe it.

“They know it’s not ready for trial,” Floyd said. “There are so many more capital murder cases in this county ready for trial and there is so much to be done in this case. But, that’s fine. We will do what we have got to do to make sure his constitutional rights are protected. And he’s given due process of law.”

The defense was raising concerns about a lack of discovery. Chancey said there was one graphic videotape in particular that the prosecutor asked that Floyd view in his office.

Johnson put it on the docket for August. The judge said it was more a placeholder, acknowledging the case would not be ready for trial at that time.
