Their "speculation" that they are testifying that happened needs to be officially possible though. Their version, that their own "expert" testified as to what happened, need to be physically able to happen the way their own "expert" says it did. What he says happened, makes no sense and when questioned about how he says it happened, his "expert", official answer was "it just did". More reasonable doubt added by the prosecution themselves.

Steps, not stairs, and 6 feet in front of the steps if he got knocked back onto them. Nobody knows what caused that straight wound on the back of his head which killed him, but if she hit him by reversing into the driveway at 24 mph he could still have been 6 feet in front of the steps and could have still hit them.
Ok so what does make sense to you as to what happened? You can't just keep dissing speculation but not come up with anything yourself. Maybe you have said what you think happened but i have not seen it.

The head injury definitely did not happen anywhere near the location he was found and the only evidence presented and story testified to by the prosecution and their expert witness was at the road and the flag pole. His head injury, with no evidence on his body of even being hit by a vehicle, says it did not happen the way the prosecution determined it happened.
Her blood test was done by a process that has way too many flaws. One being that presumably that she was never asked if she had any alcohol after she left the place she left him.
