LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

Okay. Grizzly brought up an interesting point.... Do you remember the first judge in this case recusing himself and it was almost like he reacted out of fear... Seemed like or said it was the doxing of family or people online etc. but was it...I'mt not liking this thought and where it takes one...

Thanks, I'm about 45 minutes behind the live broadcast.
I entered late by 20 or so, I like to say on time with it and watch chat but if you don't care about that, as you know, you can back it up or even play at faster speed to catch up. I like to see the lives though rare chance I get. I can go back later and watch the beginning (not that I get time to usually lol).

I went back to the beginning and started over. She's talking about the judge who recused himself.

If you noticed above, I mentioned that. Something to think about. What was his real reason for recusing? And he was not very professional about it, he like made a fuss over it all and the case, doxing, etc. or whatever. I found it ridiculous at the time and now I wonder what was he "afraid" of or wanted no part of.......?

Should I tell ya what is going on later in it? Lol.

For one she finds it not a reach with the one O that he may have LE friends and some in high places...

You gotta give it to Grizz, she does a great show and always has more than I get most elsewhere. I've seen other shows, a few, but even so she has things I had no heard yet from the filing, etc.

News does not even get close to covering things the same. It can be good, like Court TV, and they might do okay but they don't have the time for the research or the show in the same way.

She brings up Judge Diener[sp?] several times throughout this. This is the judge who recused himself. She now questions since he signed the search warrant if that could have anything to do with it... He wanted no part of it for some reason...

Man she is good. Now she is showing Doug Carter and something he said once, not what you'd think of first, and saying look at it with what we have heard now...

To my knowledge, (I'm sure you remember this) they eventually released the audio in which he said "guys" but yeah, that's it, although, you know, I'm really not sure that any additional audio would have been helpful. Of course, I'm also curious as to whether there's more audio but I can understand why (if there is more) they would have withheld it.
Didnt they publish it and it was unintelligible, like white noise or swishing noises? As if it was in Libby's pocket?

I agree with her that the patches on the guards uniforms, just wouldn't happen. He may be delusional.
That's what I thought a few days ago BUT he defense claims I believe they saw the patches and that's FOUR of them that visited him, not sure if they are all attys. but are all the defense team. However, from anything I've heard so far I don't think they have a single pic of a guard wearing a patch. On the other hand it would be really dumb for an atty to lie much less four.

What comes from Allen I tend to dismiss easier but coming from the attys apparently seeing it themselves is different level...
