And that's what I'm doing with the observed-her-at-8 info, that is, yes, that's what's in the Incident Report but it isn't what the mother said in her interviews.
Granted, she didn't directly say that she didn't see Madeline that morn but the impression I got was that the last time they spoke was also the last time she saw her.
Yes, and while Gray's still trying to confirm the actual time Sterns was on that site- whether it was just before midnight or just before 5am- just the fact that he was on that site during the timeframe of Madeline's death is certainly highly significant!
Yes, per the arrest affidavit, his vehicle was seen "driving away from the school", which to me, just means that he was in that vicinity at 8:10.
I suppose he may have actually wanted to be seen near the school, heck if I know. I know he tried to keep up appearances...
As for a having flat, now that I've thought about it longer, I think he really did. I think he drove off-road to where he dumped her body and that's how/why it happened.
Gray can't figure why he returned to the complex but I think it was to keep up the appearances (to the mother that morn and later to police) that he was back after having taken Madeline to school.
His point about why return with the body intentionally visible makes sense and so I don't think it would have been intentional.
Gray can't decide whether Sterns left the apt complex at 7:35. Well, I think he ditched Madeline's belongings on his way out of the complex.
Gray asks where the body was from 8:19 until that afternoon. Well, he appears to have forgot that the Incident Report says that Sterns said he returned to the apartment for about an hour and then left to" run errands".
I agree with a lot here. Or at least question the same. Gray was not on some things for sure and I didn't follow his train of thinking on some of it but I guess it is caused by these ame questions we all have.
I know you think the mom didn't say she saw her getting dressed at 8 but I tend to believe that. I'm not sold but I think you know we disagree on the leaning on that one. I do tend o agree with Gray on that one. Stephan to mom is like what do you mean she didn't get to school and is missing?? You know I didn't do anything, I love you and her but they are going to look at me because I'm a bf, stepfather. You know I didn't do anything and you were passed out sleeping, can you just say you saw her in the morning so they can look for the real perp or whatever or if she ran off and so forth? You know where I dropped her and that I took her to school. Can you just say you saw her so they don't go down that road wrongly. I think mom most DEFINITELY likely lied for him to her detriment. Maybe believing of course it wasn't him but still did so. Alternatives are what you believe that she never said an;y such thing or that she really DID see her getting dressed and he accomplished this and killed her within minutes and less than half an hour after.
So mom sees her at 8, allegedly, he is seen near school I think at 8:09 by plate reader, and back at was it 8:19 with her somehow seen dead in car? This man is an idiot or on something though. It does seem he was trying to show he went to school and came back but then you have her in the car when you come back! I can only guess he thought cams etc. would establish him going and returning in reasonable time but not that they would catch her in the car? It is the same thing that confounds all of us I think.
I tend to think too he really did have a flat tire. I have thought that from the start even before watching this. It would be sheer timing and coincidence which I don't tend to usually believe in but generally but I this case I think it entirely possible. I guess whether he did or not really isn't huge but he did have another tire on the car and completed it would seem a tire change.
Gray was going into thoughts like he'd left her somewhere and had to then go back and retrieve her and I could not follow that line of thinking AT ALL. I even backed it up and listened again and still coudln't. I'd had a long day but that is so far fetched and nothing I ever thought of or anyone had as far as i've seen that I don't know where he was coming from with that.
Stephan being on that site I do think significant. Again it is also a site for "normal" users but also known for this stuff and we know what he is. An evil pedo. And this is the night she was killed or the night before she was and when he drove around with her dead body and so on.
Did he get ramped up going on here or was it after?
I know we don't agree but respectfully, mom is not clear with me whatsoever.
I still can believe POSSIBLY she was head in the sand intentional denial but she at least I think lied for him where deep down she knew. Imo if that is the case, you come clean now and say so even if it is through your lawyer if you have one and you do all you can to help prosecute this creep.
And unfortunately there is also nothing showing me she didn't know more or have a part or even that she coudln't have done it which I feel unlikely BUT based on things as they stand, she was home with her and he "picked" her up. I know again that si debated but things are clear as mud and is why we all have the same questions but feel differently.
I am not a Gray fan. ANd then he espouses JT and Trisha last night too and Vinnie all of a sudden has him as a guest more than once. That's another kettle of fish for another day.
And another subject.
I absolutely could not follow his thoughts of wasn't it that he left her somewhere and went back and got her? Never has anything like that crossed my mind.
I will say though that the Telegram thing is worth hearing and he did have a ton of his friends on that contacted him. He is doing some shorts maybe trying to stay relevantor get people to watch who can't take his hours of fund raising and b.s.
Normally his shows are 3+ hours long and I can't take them and the noise and the first hour is all fund raising and never case info and so on. I will say thought hsi mapping and some things he is worth listening to if one can find it in the hours long money making pounding and going on about nothing he does around real info. Jmo. I will listen to someone like Tom in Delphi for three hours I don't have to spare because every bit of it is talk of the case. Gray not so much. I have a headache before I am through 1/2 hour of a long one.
