There's a picture of it in the suitcase and he had some in his hand luggage too. He probably used an airport trolley. 500 pound bundles × 800, I guess.
Actually no thats not right. If they are £50 notes, each bundle is 100 notes, so £5000 per bundle. We are looking at 25 bundles with probably another layer underneath. 50 x£5000 = £250k in one suitcase. If there are three layers in a big suitcase that would be £375k easily plus the hand luggage they mention.

On Friday, Feb. 14, 46-year-old Carlos Johnson was arrested during a traffic stop in Newport News. He has been charged with two counts of first degree murder in the deaths of Keir Johnson and their daughter Chloe. The Hampton mother and daughter were last seen on April 30, 2017. Keir was 34 years old at the time; Chloe was eight months old.

The apparent leader of a cultlike group known as the Zizians has been arrested in Maryland along with another member of the group, Maryland State Police said Monday.
Jack Lasota, 34, was arrested Sunday along with Michelle Zajko, 33, of Media, Pennsylvania. They face multiple charges including trespassing, obstructing and hindering and possession of a handgun in the vehicle.
A bail hearing for the the two is scheduled for 11 a.m. Tuesday at Allegany District Court.
The Zizians have been tied to the killing of U.S. Border Patrol Agent David Maland near the Canadian border in January and five other homicides in Vermont, Pennsylvania and California.

On Sunday, Feb. 16, shortly after 2:30 p.m., Maryland State Police troopers arrested Jack Lasota, 34, of Berkely, California, Michelle Zajko, 32, of Media, Pennsylvania, and Daniel Blank, 26, of Sacramento, California, on Piney Mountain Road in Frostburg, Maryland.
