I caught that it wasn't final the first read but it wasn't my focus in replying. If I recall right lol. Been on Delphi and stuff this morning.
Well here's my thought--I just realized in Delphi the spousal exception, you can't make a spouse testify against the other spouse... Dont' know if you've been in there yet today but you know one big thing I have wanted to see is what RA's wife has to say on the stand... And I also asked though if she voluntarily gave interviews to LE would they at least be able to be played, etc.? Because it was voluntary?
And then bringing that to this thought, why is this divorce not finalized? Because she does not want to have to testify against CB? Because she HAS info...?
Oh it was always to protect assets or move them. In this case. Now not sure how NY works but here, in a divorce, there'd be a temporary order before final ever does off. And last I knew CB wasn't contesting anything, meaning all would go to A and it's AAA (I loved that new one you came up with)... We know things are liquid as the SC property just got transferred for $1.
I got sidetracked and exhausted last night but was going to go back and check, did you say her and the dog and the son are living at the SC property??? I MISSED that. And never did go check it out.
Right now imo the only reason not to finalize the divorce is not to have to testify against him, etc....
Her move to divorce quickly was always about assets and protecting them, not just for there but for him too, imo, and it would be smart to do it for herself for any spouse of a murderer but it imo was more than that here. We know she did not file because she doesn't want him any longer or thinks him guilty. It's protection of assets so they can't go to a private atty, public defenders can come in, victims' FAMILIES can't sue for anything, etc.
