Who is the Long Island Serial Killer?

The Long Island serial killer (also referred to as LISK, the Gilgo Beach Killer or the Craigslist Ripper) is an unidentified suspected serial killer who is believed to have murdered 10 to 16 people over a period of nearly 20 years.

Seriously? YES. You can add anything you want. A full sized keyboard. A full sized monitor. A mouse. Get one with a few USB ports would be best. How many USB ports do you have on yours? I don't have many so I buy a combo keyboard and mouse that uses the same USB plug so I only use one port. For about $20. Wireless. And that gives me a full keyboard and mouse. I guess we all know different things when it comes to tech. I am not much of a touchpad type, phone or tablet user but I know this stuff. Do you have a Best Buy? Actually you could probably find on Amazon, I dont' do Amazon but would not doubt. Go get the keyboard and mouse combo, look it up first, I think Best Buy, Menards, Walmart have the combo mouse and keyboard. You can buy separately if you have a lot of ports on your laptop but if not, get the one that has both but only uses one USB for both of them. Easy/simple. Plug it in and go. Also you can add a big screen or monitor. Just as easy. Consider your laptop the tower. It is the processor. it has a keyboard and all but it is the computer/the tower. You can connect what you like to it. Some have less ports than others.
 
For the record, I have never done it but you can add a full keyboard or mouse to a phone or tablet. Pretty sure. Not kidding. All of these things are THE unit, the processor, THE computer. You can add such things.
 
I also have done internet on my TV and run my mouse on it. And at my mom's as well. She was like what the hell, how did you do that? If you have a big screen TV you can be doing all you do on your computer on that screen from your laptop, etc., even from your phone.

Zero? You have to be kidding me. I've seen just one, that's on a Chromebook not a standard laptop, but all laptops have them, generally a few. So you can't even run a printer??

You could still do it probably through Bluetooth or some such, I don't do that sh*t. I am telling you though you CAN have a mouse, a big screen, a full keyboard.
 
I still think you can Bluetooth a mouse. I don't do the Bluetooth, etc. stuff but I am just telling you that you can have a mouse, a full sized keyboard, a big monitor or even a TV working from a laptop.

I meant to look for more links on the hearing but have had an entirely screwed up day. I did get 2.5 hours of sleep in the last two days plus. From 10:15 a.m. to about 12:45 if I recall... Been a very messed up day. I have barely caught up here, haven't been on the computer or YT even much. Caught up with some messages. Emailed work a few times. Daughter is coming over shortly, not really ready but that's okay as I don't need to be for her, I just feel like my day and head are all screwy and have not went right lol. I just would probably be better having no one until I can get back on a semi normal schedule but again, she won't mind. I'd just rather have had a more normal day and be ready for it. IF that makes any sense, it probably does not.

Did my dishes, tried to get self on what seemed to be a normal schedule but I am just wiped I think.

Anyhow, by now, some YTer probably has the direct coverage OR news does and the PC or whatever with Tierney. If I do get a chance eventually I will look and link if I find such. She is due here shortly though. Not sure if she is staying over or just coming over for a few hours tonight. She is bringing us dinner, I said I would buy. I think it will be Applebee's, I guess they have a $10 deal going on... Rarely do I do or get Applebee's but let's give the $10 deal a try...
 
So I found out something interesting.... it sounds like Peaches identity is now known but isn't being released as of yet..... interesting interview with Tierney. Seems like a decent guy.... this "slight slip up" as I will call it is somewhat near the end but nonetheless how Tierney answers questions is respectable and very victim centered

INTERESTING. I used to like Grizzly but then she kind of turned me off. I will watch her though if she has an exclusive interview or some such, I'm just not a huge fan these days.

We have thought the identity of Peaches should be coming or they had to be close, etc. and talked of it a few times in this thread. Her identity would be great, which then MAY lead to her murderer, and if it's him, that would be another pretty big game changer, especially if the baby then is is also found to be a victim of the same crime. Not sure how far they can get on the murderer but just the indentities would be HUGE and she'd finally have her name back.

Tierney is okay, very professional. In fact, I'd be surprised if he slipped. He lets out a nugget here and there.

I'm not "in love" with him but have no complaints as to how he has handled this so far. The politics there at times can be seen. I mean as to how all get along at times BUT not to where it affects the case, these days anyhow. I don't think he and Harrison were best buddies but Harrison is not there now.

Both, however, seemed devoted to this case though.

No complaints about Tierney here.

That's great news about Peaches. I am going to tag @Tresir as she will want to know that.

With a moment to think though, he was on her show or talked to her? I'm not sure what I think of that. There have been issues with other officials being on YT shows, etc. in other cases, where it even affected the case in some cases, etc.

It isn't always looked at fondly when they go on ONE show, choose one, AND share things and things about the case. It doesn't always happen right away either, sometimes it comes back later on to bite them in the butt.

It turned into a huge deal in Morphew was one example. There are other examples. And THAT was a DA too.

She talks to him via video call. Only just caught up on this case today. I had a quick scan thru Grizzly's video to just find the Peaches discussion and it is around 41.5 mins in. He says the toddler was found in Suffolk County and Peaches in Nassau County so they have been coordinating with Nassau. He says Peaches identity hasn't been released yet. So to me it sounds like they do know the identity.

Hmm. I watched the first few minutes hoping to see if he was on, by call, etc. and saw the start of it with him on but after a couple went back to something else I'd been watching and never got back to it, just not a fan of hers. I had meant to skim through to see if I could find where he said that and maybe even listen to all of the "interview" with him but didn't. Thanks for the time stamp, I'll just take a look at that. Was there anything else he said that seemed of note throughout the interview?

If they do know, I wonder how long they plan to keep her identity under wraps...

Maybe it's a matter of 2 things or even 3....notifying babies dad if she is also identified, next of kin of Peaches notified and tying her to or ruling her out of cb victims..... who last saw her and when.... those things

makes sense. and there's definitely probably some difficulties case wise too. if I recall, not even sure they could determine the child's cause of death and so forth. found in different counties.

and it's hard to say if they can determine the baby's dad. meaning finding out who mom is is one thing and maybe talking to her family would point to the baby's dad, they may know, or they'd have to try the genetic thing or some such with the baby too.

@Tresir may recall better but it seemed there WAS someone back when if I recall it right that they were talking to or had found who might have been a relative of hers... The memory is very vague so I might have that wrong, just seemed as if they had some lead, maybe a distant one, I really can't recall and I don't think we had much info, just some hint of such...

I think I know what you're talking about. I think but not sure it was a male relative, older maybe grandfather possibly uncle or great uncle something like that down south or in a southern area type state
