Who is the Long Island Serial Killer?

The Long Island serial killer (also referred to as LISK, the Gilgo Beach Killer or the Craigslist Ripper) is an unidentified suspected serial killer who is believed to have murdered 10 to 16 people over a period of nearly 20 years.

Interesting that it was another individual- a man convicted of killing two women- who was suspected of killing Sandra Costilla.
Anyway, I was half surprised, lol! That is, I was expecting Jessica Taylor but I was also expecting Valerie Mack.

yes, bitroff. I was expecting Taylor, Mack and Vergata possibly or hoping anyhow. I think the further search warrant is going to bring a lot more.

It wasn't mack here but was Costilla and that is actually very major as that puts his killings back to 1993!

mack was actually mentioned was she not in the filing. I think such is coming. perhaps she does not have hair to tie and they are laying the areas and groundwork first... and SHOWING yes now we have one outside of the Gilgo four and in a far different year and time....

I think we are seeing just the start and rumbling of the avalanche to come...
 
Now they are talking of people and experts out there who say SKs don't change their MOs or evolve and they beg to differ. I have always felt that way as well. You cannot put people in a box. Profiling may have its benefits and may help but not all are the same. And he was READING the profiling info.
 
If I am following right, Las Vegas basically had to sue NY with their dumb DNA law to get CB's DNA to test against cases of theirs.

Smdh. They SHOULD be able to be testing this evil POS DNA everywhere and finding answers and other victims.

If I have it straight, Jessica Taylor, in 2003, appears to be the only victim charged so far that was dismembered.

So if he is charged with Vergata too, from '93, does that mean he was doing that for at least 10 years and his wife had no suspicions at all?

This changes everything with a dismembered victim and a 1993 victim. And his reading books to do different MOs it seems, etc. I always felt he took them home and always felt one killer. I am continuing to finish Joe's show from last night this morning and again he felt he never took them home because he feels the neighbors and all are too close for him to ever be bringing them home and torturing them and admits to being wrong on that but he said he always felt all were one killer over all these years and he took a lot of sh*t about it from other LE and profilers and so on.

With these two new victims added,it changes all, it shows change in MO, dismemberment versus none, another decade he clearly was already doing this, etc.

And yes, while they make a POINT of making it clear wife was gone for all of these, etc., it makes it even harder to believe she never saw a thing or had any suspicions for what is now another decade clearly added that he was killing and bringing them home... And then there is MORE on the vehicle being sighted and a new vehicle being searched for and so on.

A LOT TO unpack. I am still reeling honestly. this will be unpacked for weeks to come.

Asa even though they make a point of putting her gone and almost helping her, now had no suspicions for decades....? Give me a break. It's more damning imo.
