I believe the years she was with him were 99-07. Don't quote me on that. There were 4 helpers named who did get immunity. It's all on the net with the names of those 4 known. This was all done by Acosta at the time. Perhaps she wasn't named like the others, because she was no longer with him by 2007. I haven't read the actual plea agreement bit but I will try and find a copy, because that is what this all boils down to. His recruitment was like a pyramid scheme.

I'm not going to have the time to get deep back into this or read much, etc. but I do recall bits and pieces and his deal in no way covered her that I recall and is what is said. She has faced some but no one else has. That, however, does not mean she does not deserve what she got. I think she deserves more quite honestly.

How is she the only one facing justice? He was facing justice and then he died while in the process. Just because she's the one left she gets to go free? That makes no sense at all.

All she would have to do is give them up and I'm sure they would prosecute more. They evidently feel they have enough to charge her and not enough for others. Seems like an easy way to get the heat off yourself or at least lessen it. This is on her.

We already know who they are. The victims know who they are. The problem is they are rich, powerful people.

This information with names finally came out early this year. I also posted another article a few posts back that describes the scheme run by Epstein. Girls were paid to recruit other girls. Pretty much all names are known now.

However, I have no problem with saying the others should be facing charges, however, we don't know what cases they have against them and if sttrongn enough but let's say one of the girls says so and so did this to me and that to me, the one who COULD corroborate what went on with all IS Maxwell who helped run all this sh*t or even did run it. She could back up the girls to make it more than a he said she said case. I think she's even more disgusting because she hasn't done the right thing to help see justice done to the others. For that reason, yes I'd say she for sure should be the first one in prison (JE too but he's dead).

I would HOPE they're looking at other cases and if strong enough for charges but I sure would NOT count on it due to who many of them are. Also, any of them engaging when the girls were over 18 is going to be tougher sell/case even IF the girls were brought under control and groomed at a younger age.

We've seen most of not all of the names before but I guess this was the first time the court released them this year? Let's hope this is a sign that it's coming OR by putting them out they hope someone who was there may say hey I remember this or so and so with this underage girl but good luck on that one.

Your stating that you think she's just a scapegoat gives the feeling that you might believe that she doesn't deserve to be there. She's where she needs to be, whether she is the only one there or not.

I have never said that. I was quoting her lawyers and articles, but I do think she was a proxy for Epstein as they couldn't get him again and she is serving her time, 20 years is certainly way longer than Epstein, the main perp did. Abuse continued after she left and well after Epstein did his 18 month stint in a Florida jail yet no one else has been brought to justice.

ETA I edited my 2007 guess to 2004 actual since reading the appeal details from mid March, that states she was with Epstein in the years 1994-2004 so ten years. Therefore she would not know anything after 2004 and he got his deal in 2008. So that sort of explains why no one else has been prosecuted and probably won't be, unless there are plans that we don't know about.

I care that the men are named and prosecuted if they can be but I care less about her or any of the rest of it and again she could provide a lot to aid in knowing a whole lot more about all of them, about Epstein, about their doings, etc., etc. and to convict the others but she has chosen not to. She's filth, sorry. She's the worst kind of woman there is, abetting the men and using those of her own sex to provide for the men and anything they want and an enemy to women. As far as I am concerned she got off too light, shouldn't be in minimum security and shouldn't be able to pick her location either.

Pretty sure she's keeping quiet because it could possibly open up even more crimes she's been involved with.

Just because she wasn't "with" him after that date does not mean she is unaware of things going on after that date. One doesn't have to physically be present to have knowledge. I'm confident she knows plenty of what happened after 2004.

The "who" she could possibly talk about is probably why she doesn't speak, but that person/people could be of way too many possibilities to name, for me. Just with the few we do know, just imagine how many names haven't come out yet. There are reasons why she is keeping quiet.
