JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Today we may get to hear the cause of death for JJ and Tylee.

IF they could determine such after so long and after so much mutilation/desecration/abuse, etc. of their bodies.

One thing is for sure, no one thinks they died of natural causes, they were children.

I don't even buy that with Alex. Nor Tammy. And I debate on Joe.

No way with children even if cause can't be pinned down which I'm not sure it will be is there any explanation except murder or someone else did it is the route the defense would have to go regardless. I guess we shall find out.

Imo the prosecution is doing a great job and it just keeps piling and they are taking a very convoluted mess and making it possible to follow.

Lori AND Chad would do wise to take a deal for three life sentences each and $10 a month in canteen money. Offer them such. They are idiots if they don't take it.

Charles had a proper insurance business though. Remember Lori took $35k from one of his accounts?
I think Brandon was in insurance. Charles did financial planning or investments.

Yeah I recall Lori taking that. Probably not real chargeable since they were married, it isn't that "clearly" HIS money.

Yeah most I see do something lucrative and they travel and yet it is always a bit unclear. Sorry but I've seen it in more than more than a few cases with LDS etc. and it never becomes quite clear even with a case of what it is they did to live the life they did and afford it. And attend things. Or host conferences. Etc.

Pyramid schemes. Always realty, financial investing, insurance, etc. Travel. Preparing the People. Etc.

NOT saying every member is like this but I see it a LOT. And the "perfect" life or representation of such. Houses, appearance, lifestyle, etc. Kenzie Lueck. Arias. This one. And many more and representations by those that have left the faith...

FBI Special Agent Steve Daniels continues his testimony about the graves.
Second up is Doctor Garth Warren - Forensic Patholist.

They are going over autopsies and it's just breaking my heart again!

This was interesting to note, and that's the tox report.

10:07 a.m. There was no blood or urine due to the state of decomposition so a sample of JJ’s liver was sent for a toxicology. Full-body x-rays were also performed but they did not show any overt fractures or abnormalities. The toxicology report shows low levels of ethanol (alcohol), a drug called GHB (gamma-hydroxybutyric acid), caffeine and theobromine (pardon the spellings) that can be found in cocoa and tea.
I looked up "GHB" and this is what it is:

Gamma-hydroxybutyrate, or GHB, is an illegal drug that is sometimes used as a 'party drug' in the dance and club scene. It produces feelings of euphoria, relaxation and sociability, and an increased urge for sex. GHB acts as a nervous system depressant and poses a risk for dependence. .

JJ was given a "date rape" drug???????????? MONSTERS!!!!!!!!!

However,
10:11 a.m. Wood asks Warren to characterize the amounts of GHB found in JJ Vallow. He says, “inconclusive.” GHB can be found in tissues including livers postmortem and “there’s really no way for me to tell for sure whether this is just a naturally occurring product in the body that was there or if JJ was given GHB. I can’t say one way or another based on the levels.”

But Zulema said that Alex gave her a massage and she started feeling really weird. I think he was testing the drug on her, always have!

That would depend on if she was an authorized signer or not.
Not necessarily if she had login, password, etc. and simply moved it. And especially if he let her do so before or had her take care of anything that way before, do payroll, move money, help with bills, etc. Just saying it would be a gray area and she wasn't charged with such. He was ticked as he trusted her and they were married, but that's all it was most likely and she may have not been happy with something he used money for and just did tit for tat. I doubt we will ever know but I'm not surprised it wasn't charged nor anything done about it. Not only that but he also went "back" to her afterwards, etc. or tried to.

On YT I used to watch a video and then it ended and I'd pick my next one. Now some dumb setting must have changed or been updated so if I'm busy and the video keeps on while I listen doing other things, it picks the next video. Well that happened today and one from like a year ago on Vallow came up and started.

GIve this the first seven minutes in and pause it and read the text on the left side of the screen... I haven't went further yet but I wasn't even going to watch it and it is of total interest now. WHO is the blank name who gave Chad these beliefs and who this guy listened to as well...? This is someone I would say higher in the church? Or what? And who??? Julie Rowe is mentioned so it isn't her.

It isn't a boring seven minutes believe me and if anyone watches it all the way through which I hope to as it has piqued my interest, let me know. Not sure when I'll get time.

Isn't that Eric Smith? I've only seen him mentioned as a "friend of Chad Daybell" but I don't know much about him otherwise.

I don't either and I've just heard him talked of again recently, as a "friend" just as you have. I have always felt this all goes beyond what we see and it was hinted to be a lot bigger in the early days. Much of this kind of thing and others got tamped right down.

Someone taught and informed Chad of these beliefs and per Eric at first he resisted just as Eric had, etc. WHO is in the blank? Just for starters...

I have yet to listen to it and may not get the chance but already I find it very interesting. I know little about Eric Smith. I have known for some time about Julie Rowe, Jason Leu and some others.

He could have had her charged if he so desired if she wasn't an authorized signer. 35k would be a felony.

If you say so. Just like he could get her a mental eval? They likely looked at or would look at it as all marital and domestic. Sad but true.

I'm not trying to debate or argue, I'm just saying in a fantasy world. They don't even bother with such in this loaded down legal system any more than some LE bothers with looking for a kid they feel is likely a runaway.

Name me some cases where the parties are married or undergoing a divorce that such a thing isn't just a back and forth in a divorce case and charges were actually brought for a similar thing. Courts keep such in the family system.

The things my ex should be charged with believe me. THEFT. PERJURY. I could go on and on. Damage to property. Trespass. Only fell on deaf ears even with one's own counsel, don't bother...

The Multiple Probation doctrine that Chad and Lori apparently followed - this book teaches about it. The book is written by Gregory Christiansen and Eric Smith and edited by Julie Rowe. Is Christiansen the guy you are on about?

Here's a 2019 link that describes Multiple Mortal Probation (AKA Reincarnation.)

I think that to understand the motives in this case, we have to understand Chad and Lori's beliefs. I think it is madness but they believed it and taught it.

And here's a link to "The Church of the Firstborn" by Julie Rowe, Smith and Christiansen again.

GHB information. What was the drug that they gave JJ to calm him down at night?

I'm SCREAMING!

2:17 p.m. Thomas asks if Warren collected inside JJ’s sinuses. Warren says no. Thomas asks Warren how he came to the conclusion that JJ was smothered with a plastic bag. “He was found with a plastic bag over his head, it was tight and there were signs of a struggle,” Warren says.

The difference is if if was a business account. They are not the same as a personal account. Marriage doesn't affect business accounts if the spouse is not a signer. If she was a signer, then she could write anything.

I don't think we know enough to know, business, personal, mixed, etc. It was a claim by Charles is about all I think we know and far from any proof of it (not that I doubt she would do such a thing). I don't even remember what the point was. I've been gone somewhere and just came back and have had other things on my mind. Whatever the point was, she wasn't charged and it's the State that decides whether to charge and that's if he even reported it. I'm doubtful they would have charged her and look at how many bigger things she got away with with no charges for a long dam*ed time. I truly doubt they would have charged it and if anything they would maybe have told him to sue her civilly or address in in the divorce and any settlement.

What was the point, you can remind me if you like. Whatever it was, I don't think it really matters and he sure isn't going to get his money back now. And Charles couldn't get the police to help him with anything if you recall so I don't think they would have done a thing. If fact, maybe he did report it and they did advise him they couldn't do anything because he reported on her about all else.
