JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

1580704661510.png

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events
  • April 3, 2018 - Tylee Ryan's father, Joseph Ryan, dies. Death ruled heart attack.
  • December 2018 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow make first appearance on Preparing a People podcast.
  • February 2019 - Charles Vallow files for divorce from Lori, claiming she viewed herself as a god preparing for the second coming, and she would kill him if he got in her way.
  • February - April 2019 - Lori disappears for nearly two months, leaving her children with others.
  • June 2019 - Lori's niece demands a divorce from her husband, who says she shares similar beliefs to her aunt.
  • July 11, 2019 - Charles Vallow shot and killed by Lori's brother Alex Cox. Shooting initially ruled self-defense.
  • August 2019 - Lori moves to Rexburg, Idaho with kids
  • September 3, 2019 - Joshua "JJ" Vallow enrolled in school
  • September 23, 2019 - JJ last attended school
  • September 24, 2019 - Lori unenrolls JJ from school, saying she would be homeschooling him.
  • September 2019 - Tylee also seen in September, but it's unclear when and where (she had graduated early)
  • October 2, 2019 - Lori's niece's ex-husband was shot at, missing his head by inches. Shooter was driving a vehicle registered to Charles Vallow.
  • October 9, 2019 - Tammy Daybell, Chad's wife, called 911 and said a masked man shot at her with a paintball gun.
  • October 19, 2019 - Tammy Daybell dies, death is ruled natural
  • October 25, 2019 - Tylee, or someone using her phone, texts a friend
  • Late October / Early November 2019 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow get married

Good refresher too on Emma's testimony re the wind direction Google search, etc. She gave way tmi and so obviously a lie. Anyhow, as a;ways. a good watch. Haven't finished all but a fair amount. have to go.
Did you see anywhere about the event that she supposedly was hosting? She said she was googling wind weather because of an event, but no one ever said what it was. I wonder if it even happened?

All the testimony is finished for Chad Daybell's trial! This afternoon they will be working on jury instructions and then tomorrow will be the closing arguments.

Well per Emma and some others, there are things about these things. And that church is certainly about the End Times always has been. Now most Christian religions are or at least know of it but most don't go overboard on it and do all the prepper stuff or keep predicting the date of the end of the world as many in this one do and always have. The were aware of a lot imo and Chad's own SIL was telling them. They knew of podcasts, Julie Rowe, lots. How many church members or higher ups even followed such...

Chad was "respected" apparently. Almost all save Alex who had been excommunicated at least once and I forget dates and when back in and kicked out again I think were active and also went and used the facilities, all of them.

This church from early days was also always anti government and many still are. Polygamists and there are broken off branches OR it even went underground to this day.

Blaming them I don't know but I do know all of it is very conducive to this kind of thing if you ask me. And the church is very involved in their members live as to tracking them, dictating what jobs are okay, note how all want to be authors, etc. I'm sorry but it's just weird. Watch, and there are a ton and dig for things of those who have left or managed to leave (cults are hard to leave) and the reasons or what was happening. I've watched many, not recently but in the no so distant past, a lot. The church in this case in its infancy WAS a part of it or so it seemed and it all got shut down pretty darned fast.

I don't know but I will say I see it as comparable to Scientology who tracks their members and more as well.

There was NOT long ago a HUGE money fraud thing, I mean HUGE, at the highest level of the church. Some org reported on it or one or two and never another word. Staggering, of the type government should be shutting down the entire church, seriously.

Blame them? I don't know. I know my opinion of them and dont' believe we know it all by a long shot but Chad and Lori and pals, etc. are to blame but if something was going on under your nose and you were being told about it well I'd say you certainly don't have the cleanest hands or nose.

Chad, Tammy and the kids were all active and known... And yet per Emma all had these beliefs and ideas and Tammy even rated people etc. It doesn't come somehow from this religion...? I'd say overall they are very secular, and if not a member, there are things not shared, and money is a huge thing, and position is and I'd also say they believe selves above all others (like us), and their religion.

All that said I'm sure there are members who don't fit all this or even see it so long as all is well. Try to divorce and take the kids though... As the female. And watch the church. Many a story out there about this.

Some may say it is certainly whacky branch offs or old school types but it is NOT in every case by a long shot.

Remember just for one example, Lori's dad thought them all superior to most others. This is not unusual. Chad did the same imo and his family were chosen ones only Tammy had to go as he dind't want that wife in the 144K. In fact I believe they think all the 144 will come from the LDS and they are the chosen ones.

The 144K also is interpreted differently in different religions.

A quick Google. Wikipedia naturally is far different than the King James bible. Note in that one any man defiled by or with a woman it sounds like can't be part so Chad is out but made rules to have himself in I guess lol.

Long day. I googled but did not read these results at the links so maybe I have the Virgin thing out of context, not sure.

A couple results.

What is the significance of 144,000 in the Bible?

The numbers 12,000 and 144,000 are variously interpreted in traditional Christianity. Some, taking the numbers in Revelation to be symbolic, believe it represents all of God's people throughout history in the heavenly Church.

Search for: What is the significance of 144,000 in the Bible?

What does the King James version say about the 144,000?

[3] And they sung as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four beasts, and the elders: and no man could learn that song but the hundred and forty and four thousand, which were redeemed from the earth. [4] These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins.

From this search results page:

I should have also googled 144K and the LDS beliefs but don't have it in me. Worked 12+ hours, they kept us past closing to face the entire store, I hate when they DO THAT and I think we should have a choice but we don't. And I have to be back at 7:30. Like a 9 hour space between getting home and going back, less actually. I also think those working an eight instead of a ten hour should have to stay instead of all and I think since some people NEVER work nights (even though all are to be available to do so) they NEVER have that happen to them. NOR do they end up working til close one night and having to be back early as heck the next morning.

And I need time when I get home to at least to get over what is a long very hard day and so I'm sure I'll be going on little sleep as I should be in bed right now but have had no down time after the day.

Anyhow I don't know. Just some overall and even random thoughts.

And probably shouldn't get further into a religious discussions, some may get in trouble for it as it is a no, just like politics.

Even though this case certainly can hardly be talked of without it coming in in ways at times and they tried that with the court cases too although Prior keeps asking everyone.... Church power has imo definitely been present to keep such down through this case AND I still remember that deal when Lori was in a hospital where the church attorney or some such actually could call her and did... Or some such. Oh they're around this case... I find myself wondering of each and every player and even juror who is LDS. Again not all bad I'm sure as to members... I mean Chad's sister in law is LDS and warned them of what he was doing but they ignored it all (hmm), I honestly would guess the juror Nate interviewed is and I really liked her, couldn't ask for more intelligent, thoughtful and seemingly with all the right morals and common sense that one could want in a juror.

AT minimum the Church turned a blind eye and kept a deaf ear...

I guess I always need that longwinded one to change modes after work..

And I'm no expert of course on this religion just talking what I've seen and have seen a ton of it and recall a fair amount of things at the beginning of this case too...
Wasn't this based on the 12 tribes of 12k from each tribe or something like that? The 144k would not be all Mormons.

Please excuse the typos. These are live updates from the courtroom.

3:42 p.m. Nothing further today. Join me tonight at 6:30 p.m. on “Courtroom Insider.”

3:41 p.m. State has no issues with any of the other jury instructions. They are fine to have it proceed. Prior has no issues with the jury instructions. Copies will be prepared for the jurors and parties for tomorrow. Instructions will be read to the jurors at 10 a.m. followed by closing arguments.

3:39 p.m. Batey asks to modify rule #14 and that the word “questions” be added to the instruction. Prior objects, but Boyce allows the change.

3:35 p.m. Boyce says it’s problematic to him that the jury would get an instruction and then later on the instruction changes. It can cause confusion on appeal because there could be questions about what instruction the jury relied on when deliberating. Boyce says for the practical purpose of not getting the jury confused because they have heard the old instructions multiple times, he is going to stick with the old instructions.

3:31 p.m. Boyce says he’s been thinking about the change since it came down last week. The order states the new instructions are effective immediately, and it is recommended the judge use the most recent instruction unless the judge finds another instruction that more adequately sustains the law.

3:28 p.m. Prior says there aren’t many differences between the old and new instructions. He says the new instructions won’t throw jurors off or confuse them – rather, it will help explain what reasonable doubt is.

3:26 p.m. Prosecution believes jury should be given the old instructions. Ingrid Batey says they are caught between a rock and a hard place but believes it’s best to give the old instruction rather than trying to instruct them on an entirely new instruction after they’ve listened to all the evidence based on the old instruction.

3:24 p.m. Boyce wants to discuss jury instruction #5. It’s a standard instruction included in all criminal cases about reasonable doubt. The Supreme Court issued new approved instruction as of May 22 about reasonable doubt. Boyce wants to hear argument from both sides about using the instruction given for decades in Idaho or using the new instructions issued six days ago.

3:23 p.m. Boyce confirming exhibit numbers match between the defense and prosecution list before being given to the jury.

3:18 p.m. Boyce says 41 instructions will be given to the jury. Boyce lists of the instructions that he believes won’t cause any objections by either side. We don’t hear the instructions – they will be read to the jury tomorrow.

3:17 p.m. We are back on the record after the attorneys and Boyce met in a closed hearing for the last several hours. There will be discussion on jury instruction.

10:57 a.m. Public dismissed from the courtroom. There may be on-record proceedings later today. Standby for updates later.
10:52 a.m. Jurors will be dismissed for the day while some administrative actions are taken care of. A formal jury instruction conference will be held later today, Boyce says. Exhibits will also be discussed.
10:51 a.m. State has no further rebuttal witnesses. Boyce says the next stage is jury instructions in the case. They have been working on them. Closing arguments will be conducted tomorrow.
10:50 a.m. Blake has nothing further. Prior has no questions. Hermosillo is done.
10:48 a.m. Blake asks Hermosillo if he ever saw Emma Murray at the gym. He says one time before the kids were found. He says he did not approach Emma, talk to her or work out by her. Hermosillo says he drove by the Daybell property at part of the investigation and his dry cleaning business is near the residence. He also has family that lives near the residence. Hermosillo says most importantly, he drove by because the kids were missing. He drove by before and after they were found.
10:47 a.m. Hermosillo began working on the investigation when police received a report that JJ Vallow was missing. JJ and Tylee were eventually found buried on Chad Daybell’s property.
10:45 a.m. Next rebuttal witness is Rexburg Det. Ray Hermosillo. Lindsey Blake will question him.
10:43 a.m. Boyce is on the bench and jurors are taking their seats.
10:36 a.m. Back in the courtroom. Waiting for Judge Boyce.
10:02 a.m. Morning recess until 10:30 a.m.
10:01 a.m. Boyce suggests we take a morning recess. Blake asks to approach. Attorney huddle in corner of courtroom with Boyce as white noise is played.
10 a.m. Prior has nothing further. Wood will now re-direct. Wood asks Stubbs if he is aware Chad and Lori were having an affair. Stubbs says yes. Lori had an iPhone. Wood asks if a person could also delete their location data to cover tracks of crimes committed. Stubbs says yes. Wood has nothing further.
9:57 a.m. The person doing the search was using the chad.daybell account. Stubbs says he can not say who was using the account but it was Chad’s account. Prior asks Stubbs if he knows who was the computer expert in the relationship – Chad or Tammy. Stubbs can’t testify to that. Prior asks if it’s unusual to have someone delete their search history if they were having an affair. Stubbs says possibly.
9:56 a.m. Prior says it wouldn’t be unusual for someone with an iPhone or iPad device who was having an affair to try and hide the fact they were having an affair. Stubbs agrees.
9:54 a.m. Prior asks Stubbs if he is aware Chad had an Android device. Stubbs is aware. Prior asks Stubbs if he knows Tammy had an iPad. Stubbs is not sure. This search was dealing with Apple devices.
9:53 a.m. Stubbs clicked on items on the search history from the account. It took him to the same web pages that would have been viewed by the user of the account. There were specific detailed instructions on how to turn the services off on iPhone. Wood has nothing further. Prior will now cross examine.
9:51 a.m. Wood shows an exhibit on the screen. It shows a request to Google to have all location services deleted that was sent on Aug. 24, 2019. The deletion range goes back to 1970. In a lot of computers, that’s when their format date starts.
9:48 a.m. Stubbs says you can request that Google delete your location data. On Aug. 24, 2019, a request was made through the chad.daybell Gmail account to have all location GPS history deleted from the account.
9:46 a.m. We see an exhibit on the screen that says, chad.daybell@gmail.com does not have records data available. If there was location data available, there would have been an Excel spreadsheet showing the locations of the device.
9:44 a.m. Stubbs opened a folder on the account that said there were no location services available. Wood moves to admit another exhibit.
9:41 a.m. Wood moves to admit the Google search history from the chad.daybell account. We see it displayed on the screen and there is a search from Jan. 3, 2019 of how to turn off location services on iPhone.
9:39 a.m. Madison Co. Prosecutor Rob Wood is questioning Stubbs. He asks what type of records he received from Google. Stubbs says he received search history, location services, user, owner of the account, etc. Stubbs found that on Jan. 3, 2019, the user of the Chad Daybell account looked up how to turn off location and GPS services on an iPhone.
9:38 a.m. Next rebuttal witness is retired Rexburg Police Det. David Stubbs.
9:37 a.m. Blake has nothing further. Prior asks if he can follow up with more questions about Chad’s kids. Boyce says Blake stayed within the scope so Prior cannot follow up. Christensen is released.
9:35 a.m. Christensen says nothing about this case was different as far as gathering information concerning Tammy’s autopsy – just there was a lot more data. Christensen would have reviewed statements by Chad’s kids provided to law enforcement but there weren’t any.
9:32 a.m. Prior stresses that Christensen did not mention inflammation in the lungs and it never came up until Prior brought it up. Christensen says that’s correct. Prior says nothing else. Blake follows up with re-direct. Christensen repeats there was no indication that inflammation in Tammy’s lungs caused her death.
9:31 a.m. Prior asks why Christensen didn’t note the inflammation in Tammy’s lungs. Christensen says it’s because there wasn’t much inflammation in the lungs. “There was not significant inflammation in her lungs to account for the pulmonary edema.”
9:30 a.m. Christensen made the final decision on the autopsy about 14-15 months after doing his investigation.
9:28 a.m. Prior asks Christensen if he spoke to any of Chad’s children. Christensen says no. He did not speak to Chad’s mom or dad either. Christensen says nothing was provided to him from the family and he did not ask for anything. His information came from law enforcement.
9:27 a.m. Christensen says he spent multiple hours going through all the information provided by law enforcement. The final discussion was deciding between undetermined or homicide.
9:24 a.m. Prior asks what information Christensen received. He says a lot of reports and other details. Prior asks Christensen if he’s heard of the term “confirmation bias.” Christensen has heard of it. His understanding is when you come to a conclusion and get information to validate your conclusion while rejecting things that don’t affirm your opinion.
9:23 a.m. After reviewing Dr. Raven’s testimony and report, Christensen says his opinion of cause and manner of death has not charged. Homicide by asphyxia. Blake is done. Prior will now cross-examine.
9:21 a.m. Christensen says no sign the asphyxiation was natural, accidental or suicide. The two categories left are homicide and undetermined.
9:19 a.m. Christensen is aware Tammy was taking an antidepressant. There was no sign that played a role in her death. No sign that sleep apnea played a role in her death. Nothing was in the medical records about sleep apnea. Christensen says sleep apnea could cause a sudden death but normally someone would be significantly obese with heart problems. Tammy was not obese.
9:17 a.m. Blake asks Christensen if it’s likely Tammy died of anything related to toxicology issues. He says no. Seizures were also assessed and no signs of those. No signs of irregularities in Tammy’s heart. What was left was asphyxial causes.
9:15 a.m. Christensen says there was a fairly short list of Tammy’s possible cause of death – cardiac arrhythmia, asphyxial deaths, drug intoxication and seizures.
9:14 a.m. Christensen says when you are looking at multiple possible causes of death, you get as much information as you can to narrow down how the person died. Blake asks what external injuries Tammy had. Christensen says there were bruises on her arms and chest. Tammy had normal organs – brain, heart, no significant pathology in any of her organs.
9:12 a.m. Christensen reviewed records from the Teton clinic and Seasons Medical along with records from Springville, Utah. Christensen reviewed Dr. Raven’s report. Christensen reviewed a lot more than Raven did and Raven did not review any medical records.
9:11 a.m. Christensen says if he is doing an autopsy where the cause of death is not immediately determined, they request medical records to help learn the background. Christensen received multiple reports from law enforcement. His office kept a list of all the documents they reviewed.
9:10 a.m. Christensen explains that he gathers as much information as he can about how someone died because their patients can not talk to them – they are dead.
9:08 a.m. Blake asks Christensen if he has watched any portions of the trial. He has not but he read the transcript of Dr. Raven’s testimony. She’s the defense expert who argued that Tammy did not die from asphyxia.
9:06 a.m. Jury is seated and Fremont Co. Prosecutor Lindsey Blake will question the first witness today: Dr. Eric Christensen, the Utah Medical Examiner who did the autopsy on Tammy Daybell.
9:01 a.m. Olsen says there was a group of people present for the conversation but this isn’t information the defense knew before trial. The defense has not been able to verify who was at the table when the statement was apparently made. Boyce says limited the testimony down does not provide the jury with full context of the conversation. Boyce rules to exclude Janice Olsen from testifying further as a rebuttal witness.
9 a.m. Boyce says he doesn’t have anything that would question Olsen’s truthfulness but he has an ongoing concern about the statement of Tammy Daybell making the comment about upping her life insurance before retirement. “There wasn’t any real context in the trial about facts of when she was retiring, if it was any time in the near future,” Boyce says.
8:57 a.m. Wixom responds that he doesn’t appreciates Prior’s innuendo that Wixom has influenced the witness. Wixom says he was honest with Prior and respectfully told him what had happened. Wixom says there was nothing that prohibited Prior from reaching out to the witness and getting her version of events and Prior never did.
8:55 a.m. Prior argues against having Olsen testifying and says “over the four day weekend, Mr. Wixom preps the witness” and claims her testimony changed. “There are too many uncertainties here…We do know after reviewing Emma’s testimony, the light suddenly came on.” Prior says there are a number of red flags here and it’s unclear what else Olsen could say.
8:54 a.m. Boyce asks Wixom if Olsen watched the previous motion in limine hearing about her situation. Wixom says he’s unsure if she watched it but she was made aware of the court’s ruling.
8:51 a.m. Wixom says Olsen has listened to Emma Daybell’s testimony because she was released from her subpoena. Wixom says they can keep questioning very narrow and does not believe Olsen has been tainted. Olsen candidly said she has been watching the trial and listened to Emma’s testimony so Wixom says she can be trusted.
8:48 a.m. Wixom says the issue concerns a witness named Janice Olsen. Olsen heard Tammy Daybell say she wanted her husband to raise her life insurance. She was having lunch at school with Tammy a month before Tammy died and during the lunch, the issue of life insurance was raised. Tammy said her husband wanted her to increase her life insurance.
8:47 a.m. Boyce says we are concluding with evidence and rebuttal witnesses today. An issue has been raised regarding a proposed witness so there will be a motion about the matter. Fremont County Dep. Prosecuting Attorney will argue the issue.
8:44 a.m. Judge Boyce is on the bench. The 17 jurors have returned following the long holiday weekend. Only 12 of these jurors will deliberate when the time comes – five alternates will be excused. They will be chosen with a random lottery drawing.
8:31 a.m. Bailiff giving instructions to courtroom – phones on silent, no sleeping, no whispering, etc. A courtroom conduct order is in effect and there is a separate order in effect for the entire courthouse. No photos can be taken in the courthouse.
8:27 a.m. Attorneys leave the courtroom to meet with Judge Boyce in chambers. Chad is sitting at his table alone scrolling on his laptop. Gallery is full today. The court has brought back the reservation system so you need to have a reservation to get a seat.
8:23 a.m. It’s day 30 of Chad Daybell’s trial. More rebuttal witnesses are expected to be called by the prosecution. Chad is laughing and chatting with his attorney, John Prior, at the defense table. Prosecutors are at their table.

Just as examples, the tribe of Asher is supposedly those people in Lebanon, Assyria etc so they would be Muslim. There are at least three tribes that were Jewish, I believe.

And I heard the number of the sealed, 144,000, sealed from every tribe of the sons of Israel
12,000 from the tribe of Judah were sealed,
12,000 from the
tribe of Reuben
12,000 from the tribe of Gad
12,000 from the tribe of Asher,
12,000 from the
tribe of Naphtali,
12,000 from the
tribe of Manasseh,
12,000 from the
tribe of Simeon,
12,000 from the
tribe of Levi,
12,000 from the
tribe of Issachar,
12,000 from the
tribe of Zebulun,
12,000 from the
tribe of Joseph,
12,000 from the
tribe of Benjamin were sealed.

That proves that she is a liar, and the rest of her testimony can be dismissed. At least that’s how I would feel if I was a juror. When Garth tries to explain away his different recollections of finding his mom, he sounds like it takes him a minute to figure out a way to answer to not look like a liar, too.
Imo too. She lied clearly with that and almost clearly with her claims about Tammy's health since it is contradicted by many. I don't think either helped Chad, both were terrible and not believable. Hoping the jury thinks the same.

Did you see anywhere about the event that she supposedly was hosting? She said she was googling wind weather because of an event, but no one ever said what it was. I wonder if it even happened?
No and that's another thing that was more than likely a lie. She obviously had to come up with a lot, a reason for looking up the wind direction (an event) and a reason she used their computer and more. I don't believe there was any event and how could anyone prove otherwise all these years later?!

But the Mormons think its 144K of them. I think Jehovah Witnesses believe the same?
Agree, pretty sure I read the same about Jehovah when looking up the LDS. Lori and Chad were to lead the 144 and they sure weren't talking about finding them all and leading any others (like an any of us from other religions) other than LDS members.

Not liking the not allowing the friend Tammy talked to life insurance about Chad wanting her to up it. I guess Emma's lies kind of stand for themselves with the insurance but still...

I also believe Hermasillo about the gym versus Emma's embellishment which I think is what she did with much. Trying to make cops the bad guys was a theme with she and hub. And Hermasillo flat out admits driving by both before and after the kids were found. So WHAT? Doesn't try to hide it at all nor deny that he saw her at the gym.

The Haunted House guy last week that said Garth told him HE found Tammy I found very believable as well.

And all the problems with Emma's and Garth's testimony actually I think put more nails in Chad's coffin. Too much, way too much. Emma took responsibility for about all that would save Chad. Wind direction, wanting no autopsy, more that I forget right now, it was all her, her, her. Oh her with her mom when the life insurance thing was completed and Chad had nothing to do with it and signed on a Sunday they did. B.S.

Chad is burnt toast on all charges imo and closings have not even been given yet. Even IF the jury leaned more on one murder than another, they then have to look at the likelihood he was involved in one or two and not the other one or two when ALL these people were DARK and ZOMBIES and this is what happened to such in the world of Chad and Lori and Alex (and more imo).

Everything he did was leading and I couldn't believe there weren't more objections or the judge admonishing. Boyce did get after him more than once for interrupting before a witness was done answering, I didnt' even watch all and saw that said NUMEROUS times.

Someone, I think Nate (possibly Linda but think it was Nate and he's there too) thinks a lot of the sidebars were about the leading... A fair judge tries not to admonish too much in front of a jury and even both sides need to decide when worth objecting as a jury can feel one side is being beat up on or even have it influence them etc. especially by a judge when no objection imo. But Boyce DID get after him for interrupting... Wonder why not for leading...

He totally was testifying, leading, throughout almost. The WHOLE time with the kids pretty much.

I wouldn't say he was only asking leading questions. He went further than that many times. Jmo.

I JUST took a look, was catching up here on threads. Only 11 minutes in and right off and I heard it before but Chad's turning off location and such and all the evidence of it is HUGE in this case too. He KNEW what he was doing and did it for a reason and that's why only Alex's phone data is found. Lots of testimony re that and evidence of it.

Nate talking of now again after rebuttal today.

Nate is LIVE:

Crime Con is coming and Nate is going and he may be gone if verdict not in by Wed or Thurs. I had heard recently it was coming up. Nashville I think. I would LOVE to go to that but would NOT love to deal with the parking, crowd, travel, etc.

This WEEK one of my former managers, moved to another department as head manager, stopped to talk and he is taking time off to go to Nashville. He is YOUNG and not at all the type by dress or behavior that is likely into country music. And I said just for the fun of it or to see relatives and it was for the fun of it... It passed but I thought it odd, didn't seem to fit him. A couple of days ago, I recalled Crime Con or heard Nate or someone is coming at that very same time and I WONDER if he is a crime junkie!! I've been watching for him so I can ask! I BET he is going to crime Con! Never struck me that way but I don't know his personal interests, just that he is young. Would you go to Nashville when it will be FULL of people attending crime Con but to do that????

I NEED to ask him!

Nate reminds he is going to talk to Summer Shiflett there and has other things he committed to and planned to host/hold.

His shows are ALWAYS good but this was REALLY good. Jury instructions can get dry but interesting nevertheless and all else was. He had viewers send in videos of what they thought was of the most important in this trial, etc. and what INTERESTING things and various things all NOTED, all I think had a hard time picking one, wouldn't we but a LOT of food for thought and good takes on it. He put up probably 30 or more, I lost count. His show before that too, awesome.

Another interesting thing is whether jury will go into sequestration, and he thinks they may be, not even sure public will be told if they are, etc...

If there is NO break or day off and he doesn't expect one between instructions and jury deliberating I personally expect a verdict Thursday. Wed late would be possible BUT depending on time jury gets it, I am placing my bet on Thursday.

And I think guilty on ALL counts.

Highly recommend this show as we come to the end of this one. It is going to be REALLY odd after BOTH of these trials now end... Lori still has more but we have lived THESE main ones and charges on both for YEARS...

Linking once more. He is still live, answering viewer questions now.

He just said he reviewed his interview with Julie Rowe last night and he THINKS they may release it. He doesn't want to distract right now but will likely do it soon. He said what she said to him versus what she has said publicly has a lot of differences (I am paraphrasing). Interview was three day before kids were found. He says they likely will, then he says maybe lol...

Finally he says if verdict comes in at 10 or 11 tomorrow night or 2 in the morning, he WILL go live. Jury it sounds like can go as LATE as they choose...

Much of interest like that about the jury being able to deliberate late, Saturdays, etc. or whatever they decide. Viewers videos with thoughts were really good. Etc.
