Karen Read accused of backing into boyfriend and leaving him to die *MISTRIAL*

This woman didn't do this. I'd be willing to bet that someone in the house did it. Someone in the house looked up "How long will it take for somebody to die in the cold." Karen couldn't have done that search.

Well, we know Read drove into John's driveway at some point after Fairview and there's Kerry's testimony (btw, Kerry wasn't cross-examined) that Read pointed out the damage to her taillight in John's driveway, yet there's no ring footage that shows that either event occurred.

A number of people pointed out yesterday that the sallyport video appeared flipped. Bukhenik confirms it’s “inverted” but he says he doesn’t know why

The answer to whether or not she'll testify seems fairly obvious. If the defense thinks they are behind the eight ball, they may have her take the stand. If they believe that enough reasonable doubt has been presented, they'll rest without having the defendant take the stand.

It wouldn't be for me if not for the incessant sloppiness and lack of protocols that have been uncovered so far. It's just another layer of incompetence.

Also, Ring data wouldn't show any manipulation was done if the manipulation was done after they downloaded what was from the link. That, to me, nails it that it was manipulated by whomever made the cd that was given to the defense since Ring said no time was missing in their link they sent. That is IF it's the same video.

Still no power but it looks like they are clearing trees (yes, plural) from the lines up the road. It also took our Internet line so no telling when that will get repaired.

IF it's the one I was speaking of, they did not say there was no manipulation of the video. They stated there was no manipulation on the Ring system. The video was made by the prosecution from the link Ring gave them and they made the video to give to the defense. They stated there was no missing minutes or manipulation done for the info given in the link. That link conveniently didn't exist any more due to time elapsed before they charged her. Huge difference there.

So since Ring (if cuz is correct on which video is missing 3 minutes) stated that there was no manipulation of the data nor missing minutes when the link was given to the prosecution. That only can mean one thing and that's that they did not include it on the disc they turned over to the defense.
