LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

If "Dr. John" has it right RA had shown no signs of psychosis and nothing noted at all when he confessed to his wife. It was when his confession was rejected by his wife that the next day he started having issues. he finds this very notable and due to the rejection by the person he is dependent on... Etc. He wants his wife to believe him, he wants her to HEAR him but she doesn't. He wants her to validate it badly and she does not.

I'm sorry but this is a warped family.

Around the same time his attys gave him the evidence against him. He thinks the timeline is VERY interesting. He has no psychosis when he confessed.

Gray Hughes had spoken with Libby's grandparents way back when and he's recently reposted the video.

Good morning Regina!

May take a look later. I think I've seen it, I don't seek Gray out always but have varied over the years and if he had them on, believe I did. Rings a faint bell. But sure I'd have forgotten much of it by now.

Yeah, as with the video of the former DA, I may have posted it here before, too.
In it, Becky explains how Libby's father called Libby on his way to pick up the girls but Libby didn't answer and when he got to the trailhead, he called again and again, no answer. She goes on to explain how he ran into the older man and that the older man told him he hadn't seen the girls but saw a couple under the bridge.
Anyway, it's good info because since we know when Derek was on the trails, we also know when that older man and the girl and her boyfriend were there, also.

This case has went on for sooo many years. So many questions.

He is stuck with the timeline and the closing was done well showing that. I haven't "heard" the defense's yest and not quite finished the P's yet either with some broken sleep pattern LOL but heard a lot of it so far.

Stuck with SO much, too much to ignore imo.

Going back to some of these things, IF time, just reinforces a lot. Imo.

I'm really hoping for a verdict today and that @Tresir called it right. I do think it could happen. Or tomorrow. I wasn't sure at first whether they'd deliberate Saturdays or not but now been confirmed they will be. I could also see Monday but that would be the latest of my predictions. Were it to go beyond I'd start to sense a problem. Even then though they could just be not in agreement of one of the (is it four?) charges.

It's all here for me. I think there are some things we will never know nor the family either. I actually have this weird hope that one day RA will tell all, and truthfully, once away from and I'm sorry to say it, but his wife, mom and attorneys... Probably dreaming because the other side of me thinks he is a manipulative, calculating and evil man... That belief wins out generally for many a reason...

It's going to be really strange when this is over. A good thing but strange.

No news but some may find interesting. She shows people outside the courthouse and shows what they go through with numbers and the line, etc... Of course Lauren has a variety of line sitters, I've heard of at least four so far...Numbers on sidewalk, some have chairs, some don't, etc. Walk around the courthouse and people outside, etc.

She's saying they used to have to sleep like on the steps and last three days now are being told have to line up on the sidewalk instead. What a bunch of b.s. I think Gull may enjoy doing this to people.... Seriously.

On the other hand if Lauren ever slept on the steps or stayed in the line herself more than a time or two I'd be surprised. She has constant line holders... It seemed to me they couldn't do that in the beginning at least... Or they have to be back there to replace BEFORE let in at least...

Wow. It's worth a watch just for the signs placed outside... Some on behalf of RA. Some of behalf of the girls and justice. Some saying shame on you Indiana, this is bullsh*t. Another saying, no cameras, no wonder...

And I'm not done yet but interesting the signs laid down...

Since we are in verdict watch with some time in this case, good time to mention I think that when Tom quit attending just a few days back, his most recent videos he has taken an amalgamation from like three traditional news sources and right off, I noted two had completely different things with a couple of questions and answers and only one can be right. Traditional media also has front row and can hear unlike back row like him, HTC, etc.

And to give Lauren credit in last night's show, there was one moment she was reading from her notes and using her memory and started to say something but then stopped herself and said she wans't going to say it because she wasn't sure she heard or noted it correctly.

All of this is to lead up to how archaic this is and I think what Judge Gull did here should be banned for anyone ever doing. There will be NO recording of this trial except from ONE (likely) HUMAN court reporter. And all we have other than that is IF attendees say YES this person REALLY said this, news sources have reported differently as in any ability to argue an incorrect record and so on.

Most know I am with her on most of her decisions and even Tom has said with the objections she's been fair to both sides, etc. he feels and very even handed. But I am NOT with her on what she has done with the coverage decisions and some other things. NOT AT ALL.

Thankfully too, Tom when taking traditional news sources, was there, knows this case very well, and is taking from MORE than one source (three) and can intuit or decipher a lot of when he knows something is wrong or likely false.

Then this morning, seeing Lauren show the chairs and numbered spots in line, etc...

And it has also changed throughout with THAT.

But boy, ya know YTer Bob Motta had a seat.

I'm just very disgusted with this part of all of it.

And I DO blame Gull for it. There were many options.

I can't even recall who was saying I watched last night or the night before, that when things are at least live or recorded, when news says something you think to be incorrect or even a commenter under news or videos, etc., you can CHECK them by going and watching it yourself. IT has actually allowed MORE B.S. to go on from the irresponsible ones because we arent' there and can't see to say NO, this is NOT what was said.

This was the poorest choice I've ever seen in a case and trial this big. I was not a fan of Judge Boyce with a lot of things in Daybell but I will tell you over time and his handling of the trials, etc. that has changed some for me.

Since no new testimony will result, etc. and we are on verdict watch, and I have this final day off before another week, thought it a good space and time to talk of some things .

I'm also going to give Lauren some rare credit from me for taking us outside the courthouse and showing all these VERY different notes put down around the courthouse by people. That alone down this morning makes it worth a watch let me tell you. Imo.

I saw those A4 sheets taped to the pavement in another article. How absolutely ridiculous. Why couldnt the just be given a seat number when they turn up and that's that? You know, like one of those roller ticket machines. If there are 60 seats then issue 60 tickets per day.

It is absolutely asinine. I also knew long before today, many have to choose whether to get in line by 2 p.m. for the next day or watch the rest of that day's testimony. 2 p.m. through all night to the next morning. I guess Gull hates the public. Pretty sure through the public pays her...

I now nor in the future will ever hesitate to criticize her on these decisions and coverage too. It's a very bad look as well to not have this trial preserved and recorded. Imo.

I mean that's the old school way and many still are that way, don't get me wrong, every single solitary day they are. But not of this magnitude and numbers wanting to attend and get seats and of this much interest to people.

She shall remain on my sh*t list for this decision. On the other hand I will give her credit for other things. She didn't bail like the male judge and I doubt it's been a picnic for her whatsoever.

But when so strict and watching all, what the heck is she doing allowing a D attorney to interact and give a post it note to a YTer?

If Lauren is to be believed and I see no reason not to, she said in Daybell NO interaction was allowed between any attorneys on either side and gallery members. So Gull is that stringent yet Motta sits in a basically reserved seat and Ozhayyy hands notes to a YTer.... And then turns around and smiles at that person... And this being from the leaky to YTer side of the table, the DEFENSE.

I like John Kelly and during this verdict watch, something to take a listen to if anyone looking for something. Always interesting imo.

Love this part. One of the first things you want to do is eliminate your client from being there but they couldn't eliminate him because he put himself there. Lol. NO SH*T. Giving me some chuckles in a really not funny case.

Just listening to it after I posted it... Man already he is showing the WAY too many coincidences and things to explain away. I WISH I could get a few out there who believe all such crazy excuses are possible for every single thing, listen to this... He is putting it in VERY plain terms...

Man if one just listens to him and his guest they'd realize how ridiculous some of these other theories are. Talk about plain old common sense and experience.

One thing I have never understood is why they couldn't work out BG's height. They know Abbey's height so why couldn't they use her as a template for his height?

OMG best thing I've watched in some time. 'with all the crazy theories and thoughts, and even borderline ones and beliefs talk about cutting through it all with plan old commnn sense, login and experience. Where the heck has such went with some? He just CUTS through it and it all makes perfect common sense. If you believe other things then you'd feel like a fool after watching this imo. It would clear your brain and you'd see it. GREAT POINTS.

Listen to John Kelly and guest. Not done yet but man talk about how straightforward and no nonsense. Thankfully I have fallen for none of the b.s. so I dont' have to feel like a fool lol but any who have fallen for nonsense if they liseten SHOULD feel like a fools and I'd imagine adjust their views. Not sure what has happened to this world but what a good dose of plain old common sense and lining it all UP.

As to the height I don't know. Why did NEITHER side go hard at such.... Why was cell phone stuff less than expected.... In the first days it was made ap oint with the eyewitnessses that some said big, or tall, but that's about it throughout the entire trial. That is IF of course news gave full coverage...

John Keely is a breath of fresh air. He is showing how laughable all is and connecting the dots in a way that they should use him at trial and in qustioning. SERIOUSLY. the P did great and I know this in closing but talk about cutting through the bs that some believe and showing why not to believe it and how ridiculous, he does it VERY WELL.

Quite glad I ran into it and gave it a listen. I despiar sometimes of where things are going but mostly only when I get near traditional media or people who fall for things so easily.

It's just a GOOD listen. He cuts through as I said all the bull like so well, much of which some are buying.

Sadly those are the ones unlikely to watch it.

Anyhow, haven't accomplished a ton today. Some but not a ton. Had that business type meeting got some very good advice. No cost too. Even better. Got a sold answer re some tax stuff and that's big. Did some dishes, a few left. Cooked some chicken soup with dumplings last night but still had the dishes. Heard some sad news from my mom about someone I'd say was one of my first childhood memories. Not passeed but in some dire straits. My age. A few other things. Enough to do yet with having to be back to work tomorrow. Shower, get the cat food out of the car downstairs, I am always ahead of the game, almost out but haven't brought up yet or filled the buclet/ Sigh. More.

Well at this point, not over yet, but looking like your Friday verdict may not be correct. I was really hoping it would be the case. AND it still could be and I hope it is. This needs to be OVER. For the families first and foremost and even for RA and his. To know where it all stands.

Imo it is all there. Just waiting for that decision.

So how was your day? I've accomplished little as I said but on the other hand that's not entirely true. got some answers I needed, some good advice and got more than normal done. Just never as much as I always hope to accomplish.
