LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

Continuing this awesome discussion and far fuller courtroom coverage through it all this morning.

Did we know this? The P tried to get pics in of RA from 2017 during the trial to try to show this slight man sitting before the jury looked anything but like that. The D objected as the photos were not time stamped, Gull went with D. [I would point out another millionth decision on the side of the D in the trial by Gull for the naysayers, there have been TONS]

Anyhow, brilliant move by the P when his daughter testified, the P showed pics is this how your dad looked around that time, etc., about four of them if I heard right, and she said yes, and they were able to get them in that way so the jury sees that he is not this guy trying to look nothing like BG now. Etc.

There are tons of good things in this and points, and in both directions.

Many of them went into the trial on the D side and came out otherwise.

The coverage in this case was horsesh*t and I am hearing more things I also never knew even though I watched far fuller coverage. Of this trial.

Even how a different seat at trial made so much difference as to what one could hear or see from day to day.

They also cover a lot of missteps by the P, and a few by the D. Just a good watch. Susan takes over a bit lol at times but they all get their chance if and when they want it. Tom actually says little, jus there and there and lets them all discuss, brings a few things up here and there.
I haven't watched it because they are like us and know everything about the case, so are not really like jurors. Thanks for watching and reporting it though, so I don't have too LOL.

Are they even deliberating today? Today is a holiday and our courthouse is closed, along with any other government entity.
Yes, saw it, it was said, despite it being a govt. holiday, they will be deliberating. Forget where I saw it but I did. Just like they voted ahead as well. it was planned for I guess is what I mean.

I didn't report all by a long shot lol, and I think you'd really enjoy it. But up to you.

And they arem\t like us, they were there, and are probably more fair than us lol. Lots of info not heard imo in any reporting.

Do we even have a report yet that the jury has arrived and is deliberating? I mean reporters aen't standing in line any longer. Isn't it 10 a.m. there already?

I checked Lauren but no one else. Interestingly, she carried Toms show with she says 12 channels, it was 10 lol. So that was kind of cool.
Yeah they arrived. i just updated the Wish TV link. Post 9310 on this page 466. About 14 posts up.

Day 21, Monday 11th November live blog. Info at link Will update, through the day, and I will copy pasta as usual. Today is the day, hopefully. ♡ Abby and Libby. Remembrance day would be very fitting for a verdict IMO.

Just adding this from Saturday as i don't remember this before. Judge Gull said they could only see the evidence they asked for once. WTF ????
Anyone ever heard such BS before?

8:27 A.M.: JURY ARRIVES AT COURTHOUSE

Vans carrying the 15 jurors — 12 who will decide if Richard Allen is guilty and three alternates — have arrived at the Carroll County Courthouse for the fourth day (third full day) of deliberations.

Their task is to determine whether suspect Richard Allen is guilty of the 2017 murders of Abigail “Abby” Williams and Liberty “Libby” German.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF DAY 20 OF THE DELPHI MURDERS TRIAL

The jury wrapped up deliberations on Saturday after five hours.

At one point, the jury asked Richard Allen’s defense team for another look at some of the evidence they presented.

Special Judge Frances Gull said the evidence could only be displayed one time. !!!!!!

The court did not say what evidence the jury wanted to review.

News 8’s Kyla Russell says Allen and his defense team were seen leaving the courthouse just before 2 p.m. It was unclear why the group departed.
Well, I've been saying this for years. Our jury could not review anything and could take notes but could not even TAKE their notes with them when they entered deliberations. All we hear is how anti D the system and this judge has been but it's far the opposite. This has been going on for some time and I don't think many are aware of it. They think the jury can have anything, review anything, have all the evidence in the deliberation room, etc. and it is NOT true any longer.

I'm sure some may disagree but I'm not a Russell fan either, watched most of these during this trial and came to my conclusions on all or opinions. There isn't anything odd about them departing, the D and Allen, they came in to be there when reviewing the evidence, they aren't there when deliberating necessarily, at least RA hasn't been from my understanding. That remark to me is jus nothingness trying to make it somethingness. I guess since they have nothing to report, let's act like something that was nothing was odd. It's like the "no verdict" thing lol.

Anyhow.... Jmo.

So the jury has to remember the whole 18 days evidence and can't have any notes with them that they have made over the course of those days. What BS ! Is this normal re juries?

What should i forget about the yellow rope? Remind me.
The way they put down yellow rope (LE) and the way the D tried to twist it (because they had to, what else are they to do). I don't honestly know that I ever knew about it until watching this video. Do you mean you did know about it? I don't think I ever did and I've followed all through the many years.

I';m jus saying there is a LOT in this video of interest to all imo. Let's remember we've hardly know the P stuff through the years and news sure didn't cover a blip of it all. Again I don't care what side of the fence anyone is on, there' just a LOT of additional info I don't think most have heard, self included.

Oh I think this one CAN have their notes but OURS could NOT. If you got that from me, But this kind of sh*t has become very common practice over the last decade or two. If it's evidence for instance, and accepted into EVIDENCE, why the heck can't they look at it more than once and for the matter why can't they have it in the deliberation room? Same with transcripts by the way here. NOPE.

Just saying when some out there whine that the D side has it so unfair in any case, uhm, not really so much that way any longer... Any jury should be able to look at ANYTHING that was part of the trial, their notes, evidence, recordings, you name it but nope... Betting many a person did not know this...

Been going on a long time now.

I have heard mention of yellow rope but never read any detail.

They used it to mark where had already been searched. There's quite a bit more about it in the show. I think Aspen also did an entire show on it some time back. Which I didn't know either. I never have heard about it. It's about how much we never knew and how twisted it was tried to be made, etc. and is why they centered on different areas of searching, etc. It's all worth a listen is all I can say. Getting down to my last hour plus here and time to start getting things ready, etc.

I never knew of it either as I said. That I can recall anyhow.

Well WTHR has one out, just a nothing burger so not linking. Jury got there at 8:30. He showed what he claimed was a live shot from the courtroom, (empty), but huh? Dont' think it was live myself but who knows. Defense is there but not RA. Kind of honestly wondering about that... How come they are there? I mean of course they can be but don't have to be... Anything going on on with the sides and he judge? Would we know if there was?

Probably nothing but just saying they don't need to be there, just within five minutes.

Anyhow wasn't worth linking nor was there short supposed overview of the case and trial as I find it lacking as always. Just the usual short nothing news blip.

Lunch should be soon if not already done or going on...
