LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

This bunch is making such a point of being fair and accurate, it's refreshing. It's the best thing of this entire trial and coverage yet. THey've covered so many things.

Going to just watch and trying to not keep reacting but all I can say is we coulldn't watch or hear something live or recorded, and we can't, then I'd never assume anyone knows what they or the jurors saw, heard and picked up on, that benefited or hurt either side.

I was already for decades not a traditional news type for good reason but did look at such during this with no time. They have not even come close within a hair of the info in this. Or Tom's throughout but in this one we have many picking up on many things throughout. Gee and reporters pooled their notes and can't even come close to this.

And again, some of it cuts both ways.

The 10/13 interview by the way is the ONE that really clinched RA is BG. He was normal voiced, not angry, etc. and acting normally or more like he probably would in daily life...More than one of them with that one knew then too, he was BG.
From mannerisms to voice, to more.

I STILL don't know whaty the P did not do comparisons, etc... I can only guess they want them as more than one of these people did, realize that themselves?

And they sure did go looking for it Saturday imo. That's from me, they didn't say that, the last part, just to be clear.

I think this is a LOT like what would be going on in the jury room as far as talking all. Yes their initial vote was all guilty, but they are now discussing all the reasons why and even the things that weren't great and leaned the other way perhaps. Etc.

Okay. Leaving it at that. For now anyhow.

Warning to anyone who thinks there is some conspiracy, it is covered by a few how absolutely ridiculous that is and why and all the reasons and what is being done with such.

Some points of which have been made here but they really show how ridiculous it is. Just a small part of all though. Talking everything.

Okay. NOW a lot being said that is about TIME IT BE SAID. Like idiots who think Kelsie did this and the b.s. and conspiracists that amp such up. And how absolutely ridiculous.

They really, some, let it go at the ridiculous sh*t like that out there. Now back to RA's confessions with mom and wife. And how TRUE they are and how they leave he is trying to TELL THEM THE TRUTH and how he wanted to know they'd still love him. NOTHING psychotic in them, etc.

Impacted them all.

I'm really glad as I have been throughout Tom's but this is even more coming from many and how it all hit them, that the jury has heard and had the same impact they have had imo.

And there in just makes my thought that we will get a guilty verdict even more my prediction.

Not saying there coudln't be a one off or something but again they also talk of how attentive the jury was and the intelligent questions asked.

IF for any reason this would be retired, all parties need to listen to this one.

Okay the one woman was only there one day and is saying to about all the others how they were there every day or close to ever day and she said hats off to them being able to do it. One day absolutely exhausted her physically and emotionally while the others did day after day.

Just goign to repeat again, to get full coverage on this trial and experience, well, there's better out there... Than news. Again jmo.

SO MUCH detail about the confession calls, and time frame and what was said.

I'll tell you, listen to the people who cover it all, and take the entire and it is the closest to being there as one can get. All their notes, etc. on each day and so on.

Man, I am only halfway through as I keep feeling the need to relisten.

Such a GREAT conversation.

Another key point, what matters is his mental state when this happened, was he psychotic, etc. Nope he was holding down a job, a life, etc...

Tons more I haven't touched on.

The question was basically either/or. I responded regarding double jeopardy.

If they come up with a different suspect, it's a completely different case then.

If he's found not guilty the police won't pursue any other suspect. They'll say they are positive they got it right and nobody else will ever be investigated. The WM3 case has a suspect they could probably get a guilty verdict on, but the police couldn't care less.

Day 21, Monday 11th November live blog. Info at link Will update, through the day, and I will copy pasta as usual. Today is the day, hopefully. ♡ Abby and Libby. Remembrance day would be very fitting for a verdict IMO.

Just adding this from Saturday as i don't remember this before. Judge Gull said they could only see the evidence they asked for once. WTF ????
Anyone ever heard such BS before?

If, if, if.........

Continuing this awesome discussion and far fuller courtroom coverage through it all this morning.

Did we know this? The P tried to get pics in of RA from 2017 during the trial to try to show this slight man sitting before the jury looked anything but like that. The D objected as the photos were not time stamped, Gull went with D. [I would point out another millionth decision on the side of the D in the trial by Gull for the naysayers, there have been TONS]

Anyhow, brilliant move by the P when his daughter testified, the P showed pics is this how your dad looked around that time, etc., about four of them if I heard right, and she said yes, and they were able to get them in that way so the jury sees that he is not this guy trying to look nothing like BG now. Etc.

There are tons of good things in this and points, and in both directions.

Many of them went into the trial on the D side and came out otherwise.

The coverage in this case was horsesh*t and I am hearing more things I also never knew even though I watched far fuller coverage. Of this trial.

Even how a different seat at trial made so much difference as to what one could hear or see from day to day.

They also cover a lot of missteps by the P, and a few by the D. Just a good watch. Susan takes over a bit lol at times but they all get their chance if and when they want it. Tom actually says little, jus there and there and lets them all discuss, brings a few things up here and there.

You can't go by what one department does and predict what another will do. However, there are no other suspects. RA is BG and his own words showed it.

There's also not going to be a NG verdict.

One was saying that going by the D photos in the Frank's, how the D said no blood around Abb and listen to this and you will find out there most certainly was and a lot of it. Most was underneath but was leaking out. The girls died here, there was no other crime scenes.

All comes from trial and the things seen.

Again for all who truly care about the case one way or another for a very full amount of coverage on it, no matter the belief, I consider this a must watch. And it isn't tiresome, it is downright informative and interesting. And again many were on the D side but not by the end as to guilt. Most attended, not all.

It's my belief we are going to have one. If they come down to more time with anything, it may be which of the four charges, all, some, etc.

Of course, I can't know but it's my gut. I hope I'm not wrong only for the sake of the girls and justice, other than that I have no problem being wrong as far as predictions--however it would be a travesty of justice but would be retired.

There is no NG verdict coming. I'll bet the farm on that one.

Or maybe after lunch. Why not one more as many do... While they see if all feel the same after Sunday off, etc...

These are just my thoughts of course, I could be way off.

I have never heard of one instance where someone is found not guilty and then the police pursuing someone else. Dateline and other shows like that have had a few of them.

Well who Is it they should be going after say in this case? The one with the probably cause is RA, and with the evidence. It's all absolutely not relevant at the moment anyhow and is not going to be since no NG verdict is going to result imo anyhow.

In any case they can't just go manufacture a suspect out of thing air but yes, they can keep investigating should such happen. In the TWO most touted, OJ and Casey (and I am NOT going down that road of discussing, been there many a time), I believe I'm correct, you and the world and myself thinkst them both guilty no so who is it they should be after now?

I was just saying you can't predict what one department will do based on another BUT yeah it's unlikely when probably cause and evidence was enough to point to one individual.

And in this one they were already down some of those roads.

I'd suggest a watch of Tom's ten person panel. You'll find things of interest in it I promise you.

One thought when the Wabash was being looked at/flown over, they may have been actually looking for RA's missing phone, not sure what It think of that, but interesting thought, and NOT so much things re KK.

The conspiracy nuts blaming Kelsie have lost their minds.

They didn't stay much to that kind of thing though, but did put it in its deserved place. It was simply an all around good discussion of everything. Personally I hope they do another. I've got a bit left yet but went to shower

I know many resist what they think will not match what they want so they don't watch but anyone who just wants a good all around discussion and care about the case would like it. Many WERE on the other side, they point out blunders by BOTH sides, they say the P missed more than once chance, etc. A very good coverage of what was seen and went on in the courtroom.

Do we even have a report yet that the jury has arrived and is deliberating? I mean reporters aen't standing in line any longer. Isn't it 10 a.m. there already?

I checked Lauren but no one else. Interestingly, she carried Toms show with she says 12 channels, it was 10 lol. So that was kind of cool.
