LIBBY GERMAN & ABBY WILLIAMS: Indiana vs. Richard Allen for 2017 murder of two Delphi girls *GUILTY*

On February 14, 2017, the bodies of Abigail Williams and Liberty German were discovered near the Monon High Bridge Trail, which is part of the Delphi Historic Trails in Delphi, Indiana, United States, after the young girls had disappeared from the same trail the previous day. The murders have received significant media coverage because a photo and audio recording of an individual believed to be the girls' murderer was found on German's smartphone. Despite the audio and video recordings of the suspect that have been circulated and the more than 26,000 tips that police have received, no arrest in the case has been made.[1][2][3]

Police have not publicly stated nor released details of how the girls were murdered.[6] As early as February 15, 2017, Indiana State Police began circulating a still image of an individual reportedly seen on the Monon High Bridge Trail near where the two friends were slain; the grainy photograph appearing to capture a Caucasian male, with hands in pockets, walking on the rail bridge, head down, toward the girls.[4] A few days later, the person in the photograph was named the prime suspect in the double-homicide.[5]

On February 22, law enforcement released an audio recording where the voice of the assailant,[7] though in some degree muffled, is heard to say, "Down the hill." It was at this news conference that officials credited the source of the audio and imagery to German's smartphone, and, further, regarded her as a hero for having had the uncanny foresight and fortitude to record the exchange in secret. Police indicated that additional evidence from the phone had been secured, but that they did not release it so as not to "compromise any future trial." By this time, the reward offered in the case was set at $41,000.[5]

Worth watching imo. Said a million times the channel may not always be a fave but I'll take an actual interview by someone in the case any time regardless. Direct knowledge, words, etc.

Pretty interesting. She's a bit rapid fire, don't always like.. RL is also covered.

I'll give her this, she asks almost all the questions some have or the BS and such in the case....

I'd hope most would watch the things like things and later even that are going to keep coming out...

We unfortunately did not get to hear everything or see everything but I KNOW he is BG, been saying that for months on end. I hope all look at the things that now start coming after.

For me it was the voice. Definitely not the only thing but it's when I really knew. Not from this, long ago.

I recommend the watch.

I mean they can FINALLY talk...

I will end this by saying THEY are allowed to do some things, tactics, I've done it with my kids, honest to GOD, back when. It's a good listen.
Manipulative, wife standoffish.

Still watching. Seriously make of it what anyone would. All the hard questions pretty much are asked. And I mean the hard ones.

I'll give her that.

Would be interested of opinions by others.

I've said it before and will again, LE is allowed legally some tactics, and he freely admits to a couple. What I find more interesting is RA and how many times he said it was over and his wife's reactions and things like that, and her own sh*t, which we to this day haven't seen.

My God it's about time the other side has been heard from.

Things really need to change. BIg time.

People listening to one narrative for example for what a year or more?

It also speaks to KA. To be fair, Lauren actually is fair to her, I am way beyond doing that.

And as far as the D attys, all know probably where I'm at. Personally IMOHO they should be disbarred for life.

Said it before but it really is all there. When one clears the blizzard effect. Which I guess had its intended purpose on many, then enter news running with such. These are my remarks not the interview here.

I guess I'm happy in the sense that I know, and can see, the right person is in prison, AS the jury also did thank goodness.

But back to the point I guess, ALL the hard questions ARE asked pretty much.

You know even in our far less known case, the other family ran all over doing almost a PR campaign, and it was SO sickening, something we had to deal with all of the time while the P side doesn't talk and says do not talk if can help it. Smaller scale, but I SO get it. And of course people buy into such.... The day of his arrest when FINALLY we could say a bit, people were like WTF, no way. WE knew but few did.

It is something I ALWAYS keep in mind. In any case.

We also see the frustration in many a one of them.

I don't entirely agree with it, things do need to change...

Like Carter so angrily said, WE lived by, abided by the gag order but the D did not... I hope people keep such in mind as it's absolutely fact, and it's very hard for families, and for families to even understand at one of the worst times in their lives.

Then the PR or D side doesn't abide and you watch people falling for it all.

Yes between a rock and a hard place.

Again well worth a watch, still watching myself.

It would be nice if some common sense/logic came back.

And things DO need to change. Good luck to us all with that however.

Man he's sharing tons that was not allowed to be shared,or in court, too prejudicial, etc. ANYONE who thinks Gull was not fair should definitely listen.

So RA portrayed as he put it as some fragile egg. BS!

The video not allowed at Cass I believe was in an instant how he could go from a zero to 100. Then come back to zero, with total control, of his own.

Like I said, it's a good watch.

And I for one know we have a total SK type and manipulator and child killer in prison.

It's a good watch to just for what LE etc. and all have to deal with and go through.

Gee, I am still not done with yet honestly but again have to say, so worth a listen.

Now he is sharing what he thinks likely happened that day.

He does talk to KK. And the Shots profile, etc. Does think it POSSIBLE they thought they'd meet someone that day, NOT SURE.

I mean he's really answering all that can be with the gag order now off. Thinks KK was NOT there, seems like they could confirm that much.

Imagine without the gag order.... What we might know.

However he also talks to that, the judge...

Not the first one by a long shot of how following the law, and fair...

God this was good. Leave the family members alone. I'm still not quite done, not sure I can take more, I need something lighter.

BUT it is addressing ALL of the b.s. in this case. Truly. I may well have to up my opinion on her. And Holeman seems to be flat out saying it all.

I do not know whether the Gag order was necessary or not but it is clearly a relief it is lifted to at least one side. Other side never abided anyhow.

There is a break in the interview and he explains that it was for KA to come in.

KA says " You didnt tell me you went to the trails that day".

Was she just saying that?

Also, they found nothing at RL's place. Alibi was tight but checked out.

Also the guy who mentioned spit on the girls said like if i spat on the ground and someone scooped it up and put it there. He was miles away and nowhere near Delphi that day.

About half way thru so far.

Things they could not share.

Declined a polygraph several times.
Video of RA 3 or 4 incidents. Started yelling and screaming, banging his head against the wall, making slashing movements with his hands, then changed and sat down calm again. They wanted to take him to a padded cell. Detective Holeman thinks that is similar to what he did with the girls, ie they said or did something that put him in a rage.

They didn't allow the O theory because the judge said they couldn't as there was no nexus or probable cause.

They are not sure if they were intending to meet someone.

He believes the D wanted to plant doubt in the jury pool by getting these O theories in the media and social media.

The F memo was mostly lies or embellishments he says. Mike P also said this in his impact statement.

Re RA, odd behaviour in court, eye rolling, writing on sticky notes and showing it to the D and then eating it. Staring in to space a lot.

Nobody has talked to the jury to his knowledge.

Defense: PI does not speak on behalf of legal team

“Shocking revelations” and accusations of a plot to kill an FBI agent connected to the Delphi murders were shared on a recent Court TV episode by a woman claiming to be a “family advocate” and “private investigator” for Richard Allen’s Defense team. The catch, she is not speaking on behalf of the Defense team, the Carroll County Comet learned this morning.

Erica Morse spoke Friday on a podcast, as well as Delphi media coalition partner Court TV, making statements to lead listeners to believe there is a larger plot at work among investigators, law enforcement, and others to kill or harm individuals connected to the case.

One allegation Morse claims is that FBI Task Force member Greg Ferency was killed by a former prison guard from Terre Haute who was an Odinist. The defense has long claimed that Abigail Williams and Liberty German were killed as part of a ritualist killing by practicing members of a Norse pagan religion known as Ásatrú. The members of that group are called Odinists.
“He was one of the three members of the task force tasked with investigating all of the tips related, and I mean all of the tips, related to a particular group of individuals, and Greg authored the report,” Morse told Court TV.

An email to one of Allen’s defense attorneys, Jennifer Auger, shows that Morse is not speaking on behalf of the defense team.

The Comet’s Amy Graham-McCarty reached out to Auger Sunday with the following email: “This is Amy Graham-McCarty with the Carroll County Comet. I am reaching out to you as a member of the defense team to follow up on statements that have been made by Erica Morse, a private investigator who says she is employed or was employed, by your team that represented Mr. Allen.

“Ms. Morse has made claims, speaking on behalf of the defense team, that Greg Ferency was killed by Shane Meehan, a former prison guard who was an Odinist. She also claims that Meehan killed Mr. Ferency 5 days after the Odin Report was released. She eludes that this was done to silence Mr. Ferency and send a message. She also claims that Mr. Todd Click was arrested because of his involvement in the Odin Report.

“My question is, does Ms. Morse speak for and on behalf of the defense team that represented Richard Allen? Are her claims true? Would you, Mr. Baldwin, or Mr. Rozzi be willing to speak with me more about these issues?”

Monday morning, Auger sent this reply: “Ms. Morse is not speaking on behalf of Mr. Allen’s attorneys or legal team. We have no knowledge of these accusations as we have been focused on providing a defense for Mr. Allen.”

A Department of Justice 2021 press release on Ferency’s death makes no mention of Odinist, Norse pagan religion, or Delphi.

In part, the 2021 release states, “According to court documents, Shane Meehan, 44, drove his pickup truck to the gate of the FBI Resident Agency building. Meehan exited his truck and threw a Molotov Cocktail toward the building. Detective Ferency walked out of the building shortly after Meehan threw the incendiary device and was confronted by Meehan, who was holding a firearm. Meehan raised the firearm and shot Detective Ferency. Detective Ferency was able to return fire to defend himself but later died.

“Shortly thereafter, an FBI Special Agent ran out of the building and engaged Meehan in a gun battle. Despite being shot twice, Meehan got into his truck and fled the scene. Meehan was located at the Vigo County Regional Hospital, where he was treated for his gunshot wounds. A firearm was recovered from Meehan’s pickup truck along with three Molotov Cocktails and additional ammunition.”

In November of this year, a judge said Meenhan “is presently suffering from a mental disease rendering him mentally incompetent to the extent that he is unable to understand the nature and the consequences of the proceedings against him or assist properly in his defense.” He was to be hospitalized for up to four months to determine if he could move forward with the trial.
Attempts to reach a representative at the U.S. Attorney General’s Office for southern Indiana were unsuccessful.

“This is one of the many details about the Delphi case that the State does not want the world to know … They don’t want the world to know about the number of people associated with this case who have died or have been charged, myself included,” Morse told Court TV. “I have to be careful, but the blood spatter expert who testified at the Delphi trial was at my home, alone inside my home, two days before he testified in the trial, and Bob can attest to that.”

Morse’s mention of “Bob” is Illinois criminal defense attorney Bob Motta, who sat with Allen’s family during the trial. Morse spoke to Motta Friday on his podcast. During that interview, she spoke of how Andrew Baldwin, one of Allen’s defense attorneys, and another individual took her out to the Monon High Bridge Trail and the area where Abby and Libby were killed and asked her to join the defense to help with the case.

Morse also told Motta on the podcast, “… now that I’ve been cleared to talk to certain individuals and you and Ali were at the top of that list, we’ve been cleared to talk to.”

Throughout her appearances on Motta’s podcast and Court TV, Morse uses words like “we” and “team’ to describe her connection with the Defense team throughout the trial.
Morse told Court TV during her interview, “Let’s go. I’m ready. I told you I was going to talk the day the gag order was lifted. Let’s do this.”

Motta spoke on Court TV against law enforcement, claiming they were “casting shade” on the defense for “doing their job.”

In Morse’s case, it seems if she’s doing her job by making statements about the case, according to Auger and Allen’s defense team, she’s not doing it for them.

Yeah, it explains a lot, imo. I mean we didn't get to see a thing at trial or a person but this one can watch and decide on. You know, I don't even know if I should judge the decision of the judge to not have any recording of the entire thing (other than traditional court reporter) but I have judged such and was not very happy about it for many reasons. However, I mean the case really was nuts and I can't even imagine what they all dealt with.

All your mentions here yes, this explains a LOT imo. I'm not the biggest fan as I've said many times of the channel but it raised my opinion of Lauren, she asks all the questions here, the tough ones.

I'd say if you don't mind that you and I and a few others have always seen this WAS RA that did this. The stuff really IS there, and then the jury saw it.

You might not be finished yet but the only thing that is left and he says it too is that he does think or not know re RA knowing the girls would be there. Re KK or some other way.

He says repeatedly RA is the one that checked out and they had probable cause for. RL did not. The Os did not. The spit kid did not. And they did all that work.

I think I am more mad at the D today then I ever was.

For me, even before this, they have the right guy in prison and I don't say such easily but it is all there.

RA is a manipulative total SKish type evil POS. I've said that and it is on here long before Holeman (sp?) ever spoke here.

Yet some made him into the victim out there. Always about the defendant.

Even though we could not see them as far as live or recorded, the anger in the statements and outrage, with LE like Carter and families, sometimes one can just tell truth. I watched almost every YTer I watch who was not on the guilty page at all but undecided and some even for the D, change/decide at this trial and ALL came over to guilty before the jury ever decided because the case was proven to the extent and beyond. The confessions that WE have not heard, all sorts of things.

Another thing is how many darned times he said it was over, RA, this interview touches on. Well not even touches, he SAID it, many a time.

I'm just going to say and I already felt I knew that, the right guy is convicted and in prison. I DO think there may have been some knowledge of his the girls would be there and he more or less says that too, but they could not solidify that.

That would be the only question I have left mainly. I personally don't think anyone other than RA did this or was there, have said that prior, it's' on here, and he is the same.

Perps always have a story. Ours did. This case was like five years later when they got this that Kathy Shank found, to even RA being there and the one.

He talks of what ever redaction or thing not allowed was.

Made me think of how angry Carter, family, etc. was at the D.

Well deserved imo and yet they abided by the gag order and this is what such does to people, we were not "gagged" officially but advised and it's harder than he77, when all are so upset and grieving and needing justice.

I do understand families like mom of Dylan Rounds and Kaylee Goncalvez I probably have names not right

Yes, would not polygraph. Judge was right on the O thing, we already all have talked of that, the law is they HAVE to have enough reason and they did not.

The only thing he wonders I believe is if somehow RA knew these particular girls would be there and he did not ex out the KK possibility if I recall it right.

Thanks for sharing what I couldn't get to as you watch. Yes no juror has talked it seems. THus far to anyone they know of.

I have to say even though I've always said not my fave, Lauren asked all the tough questions and basically every one of them we've all talked of, wondered about, etc. as to this case and investigation. I do think it was discussed probably before hand as to the questions, there was a moment in it something on that order was said. I've stepped her up one step.

But we weren't even able to watch or listen to a thing at trial. This we can hear and decide on.

It is so clear they have all been waiting to speak, prosecutors, LE, families.

Yeah I should comment on that too again. The video they wanted played (denied by the judge that many think was one sided) he went from 0 to 100, and then back from 100 to 0 all seemingly under his control to do so when he wanted.

I have absolutely no illusions with RA. It is very clear what he is. Who he is.

I don't even need the discovery and recordings but all will probably come and of course I want to see and hear.

The right guy is in prison.
