His attorneys I can't stand. From before this case. I gather they have the connections number one. Number two, they mostly make pleas. Number three they are less than honest in their representations in court and in this case, the judge was clueless to the whole third party DNA b.s. for one. He also fell for "hacking" brought by those very same defense attorneys to his attention of the Webex coverage. Number four, they represent men who abuse and kill women and children, it is what they are known for. First I knew of them was in the Kelsey Berreth case (Frazee) in Colorado and learned of them there and their "ways". Morphew only amplified it. No matter what is true or not with the D.A. , those two "women" calling for it is enough for me to say ONLY if they are called out on their B.S. as well and "punished" for it as they are calling for. Don't know them personally of course, but they are publicly known and I DO NOT THINK anything of them, their ethics (or lack of them).

And yes, will Suzanne ever be found? This case was bungled from the start and long before the defense came in and even longer before this D.A. came in. And then we could talk of the sheriff as well. He can't find a missing woman or charge anyone in his county for such to save his soul.

Barry Morphew Tuesday filed a $15 million federal civil rights lawsuit which stated that he was wrongfully arrested, jailed and prosecuted for the alleged murder of his wife, Suzanne, nearly two years ago, for "a crime he did not commit."

The lawsuit lists 20 defendants involved in the unsolved case including the entire prosecution team headed up by 17th Judicial District Attorney Linda Stanley, law enforcement officials including Chaffee County Sheriff John Spezze, Chaffee County, and numerous investigators with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation and the FBI, some of whom no longer work for the organizations.

This should bring out the evidence that LE has against him. Interesting move.

I think it is a bullsh*t move myself. Not directed at you of course.

All have seen the arrest affidavit and there was ample/plenty of cause to arrest him. In the way of Daybell MUCH of it was things that would need to be put together and the big difference is no body.

HIS WIFE IS MISSING and now he wants to profit like he already did once.

His daughters remind me of Chad's kids, not there for their mom, only their dad.

Suzanne I imagine is turning in her grave wherEVER that is.

Mark my words there is more to all of this and the case not proceeding than it appears. That also isn't directed at you but at the overall b.s. of it all.

As far as discovery is concerned and finding out what they know or have on him, discovery was already provided to the defense. Old Iris and Drew were griping that they didn't know how to open files, etc. as if the prosecution should do it for them.

SALIDA, Colo. (KKTV) - Wednesday marks three years since Suzanne Morphew, a Colorado mother, disappeared.

<snip>
“The Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office, the 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office and its partners have spent thousands of hours in the effort to locate the mother of two who went missing on May 10, 2020,” the Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office posted in May of 2021.

It is important to note the old tip line of 719-312-7530 is no longer the original “FBI” tip line that was set up. KKTV 11 News called the tip line on Wednesday and we were forwarded to the desk of an investigator with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). CBI officials said they were unsure of when this change occurred, but the number is still the best point of contact regarding the case. Anyone with information on her location can still call the Tip Line at 719-312-7530.

<snip>
A representative for CBI said they also could not comment, as the case is still under investigation. They did note, however, that per Colorado state statute, CBI considers a case to be cold after three years have passed from the date the person was last seen.

So they are saying then it is a cold case aren't they? Also don't know what the phone # bs is but apparently something not stayed on top of. although first it isn't the original, then it still can be used so huh and why is that even news if it does still work.

Irritated.

As ar as the thousands of hours, whatever. Maybe if things out of the gate had been done right...

So we know Beverly Englund is a cold case by this criteria and just this year Suzanne is too huh?

I'd really like to know who this county has found or ever prosecuted and murders solved, missing people found? Not meant even as a slight, I really don't know of such... Just the failures.

And of course I don't mean someone missing for a day or two and that came back home, etc.

My addition to this: Suzanne Morphew left behind (she did not LEAVE anyone but was taken away) two ungrateful daughters and an evil husband suspected in her murder, all of who could care less about her. And the girls cling to daddy like Fangirls... Or girlfriends it almost sickly comes across as. See hearings and Dr. Phil. Maybe it is the Iris influence...

DISGUSTS me. TO NO END.

Barry Morphew, a Colorado man accused of killing his wife, Suzanne Morphew, in 2020 before charges against him were dropped in 2022, spoke out Monday, marking three years since Suzanne went missing.

It was the first time Barry, 55, has spoken publicly since he filed a lawsuit seeking $15 million from the 11th Judicial District attorney and other prosecutors for allegedly violating his civil rights after they accused him of killing his wife and then subsequently dismissed the charges.

"It's very hurtful to lose your reputation and your integrity," Barry Morphew told ABC's "Good Morning America" in an interview with his daughters, Mallory and Macy, that aired Monday.

<snip>

When asked whether he killed his wife, Barry told "GMA," "Absolutely not."

"They've got tunnel vision, and they looked at one person, and they've got too much pride to say they're wrong and look somewhere else," he told the show. "I don't have anything to worry about. I've done nothing wrong."

Voter fraud and lying aren't exactly considered right Barry even if you were innocent of murder which I don't believe you are. You led them to you, tunnel vision didn't. If they had tunnel vision from the start, you and your friend would have never got near that bike nor slipped something into a drawer the night of the day she went missing because you wouldn't have been ABLE to. You'd have been sitting in a cop car or somewhere with a cop...

Ohhh....HIS precious rights. Another one. So dismissed. What a bunch of complete bulls*it!!!! He's never going to admit it, No matter what. They never do. Except O.J. came close with his book. "If I Did It". YOU DID!!! The if on the cover is very small.

Not sure what kind of response that is by the governor's office. They said not a word about the special prosecutor, just about it not being their office who covers attorney discipline.

It is outrageous what Barry and his attorneys are pulling now with his lawsuit. Money loving Barry... Puts all his focus on such instead of finding his wife and YELLING about that. If he didn't do it then why isn't he doing that? They are full of sh*t and his daughters sit there and LIE outright. Another to follow that covers that that I'll post.

Don't know what kind of outfit that is that Macey has on. It is Macey isn't it? They both went same hair color now, think I have them straight. Did she join some cult or something?

You won't find me tuning into their recent interview. I've seen a few clips in something like this and another and they all make me want to puke every time I see them and listen to their bullsh*t. I am well past feeling any guilt over the opinion I now hold of these daughters. My opinion of him has always been the same.

These girls knew full well their parent's marriage was in trouble and they deny it, deny any arguments or issues. Macey suggested they divorce in fact but they get up in front of the world and LIE. Barry the religious man fathering two religious girls right....? THREE LIARS. You know denial is one thing but lying another and these girls are lying. As of course is he.

I feel for Suzanne's family. The family that loves her, NOT THIS one.
