The BBC reported it was not considered a terrorist attack about 2 hours ago but it has disrupted flights. Apparently some US flights had to be turned back. Will update again when i hear more.

Latest on Heathrow fire. Doesn't appear to be due to a crime, at present.
A substation in Hayes, West London, that supplies Heathrow airport, caught fire. Apparently back up generators, that had been changed from diesel to biomass previously, couldn't cope.
(NB: Hayes is approx 4 miles from Heathrow)

Columbus police did not mention Darnell Jones, the man accused of killing 13-year-old Kei'mani Latigue, by name, but said the person shot by police was from Toledo and was wanted for the murder of a teenage girl.
Columbus police said the victim was raped and her hands were cut off, and her throat was slit.

Pali Lookout Attempted Murder Suspect Arrested - Honolulu Police Department
The Honolulu Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Gerhardt Konig of Maui. Konig was on Oahu with his wife this morning, when he attempted to push her off a hiking trail and struck her in the head with a rock. She was transported to a hospital and is currently in critical condition.

According to authorities, Gerhardt Konig attempted to push his wife off a hiking trail at the Pali Lookout and beat her in the head with a rock prior to his arrest.

She said police called her and told her that there was a "mob" outside her home, and that police would assist in escorting her from her home.

When law enforcement reviewed the girl’s phone, they found 17 separate Apple Pay payments, totaling $191, from Ibarra.
