The Long Island serial killer (also referred to as LISK, the Gilgo Beach Killer or the Craigslist Ripper) is an unidentified suspected serial killer who is believed to have murdered 10 to 16 people over a period of nearly 20 years.

Cancel it by writing to or emailing your bank.

I don't pay s*** to read news. They get revenue from ads so it is all bull anyway.

Actually I talked to the bank some time ago and I have to call the place charging. So I actually did bother and take time I didn't have to try to cancel it that way. Nope.

Banks can put a stop on these standing order/ direct debit things. That used to be my job standing order/direct debit clerk. They are like repetitive checks.

Well if I ever get a life it will go number 100 on my list to contact them again but the way I understood it, since I agreed to it, I first had to cancel with them before they could do such and that I needed to just have the ones taking it cancel it.

I know in a lot of cases it can be done and I've had such done but didn't sound like it here. I guess the person may have been wrong.

That would be if it is a direct debit. Tell the bank you have cancelled with them and they told you to cancel with the bank too. Put it in writing in a letter over the counter or an email. A phone call doesn't do it. $11 a month is a lot. In fact you can do a blanket cancel of all your standing orders and direct debits if necessary then start over. I have two separate bank checking accounts and a business account plus several different banks savings accounts so if they don't do what I want i would just close the account LOL.

Yeah it is definitely something on my list of things to do but simply is not at the top. It's unfair but it's not the most pressing. It is also why let me tell you I want sing up for five free looks for 25c to some online newspaper, etc. as I never get around the canceling the b.s. that comes along with such, no matter how bad I may want to read the article. I stay away for EVERYTHING like that no matter the service, etc.

So I came across a current/recent show by Nancy Grace on this case and started watching it. As we all know Nancy can be, a bit over the top with graphic stuff about how he kept the victims alive for days, hung them up, about CB's master planning doc they found on his computer, etc. I thought none of this is new what the heck. She as to do other news people or former ones do a lot of this, making things seem to be new news that are not. She put on a presser by the DA and I am still not sure if that was an old one or new as only a minute or two of it. BUT I kept watching for a few minutes to see where it went and if anything new.

She has the woman on who went on a date with CB. Pretty sure I've seen her before too but still interesting and things she says that I'm not sure I recall. For instance, CB brought up serial killers somehow and I DO recall that part but she mentioned Dahmer and a guy who took his victims to Alaska and hunted them... This I do not recall. And she said when he talked of those he talked like a third party. Then he wound around to LISK and asked if she'd heard of that one and she had being from the area. And she said his entire demeanor changed. That one was like he was getting charged up (paraphrasing) talking of it, getting off so to speak, sexualizing it is a term she used. Totally unlike the others as if he was just some third party talking of it who was not involved in the others but not that way with the LISK murders... That's interesting....

Also he asked her what she thought of Shannon Gilbert and how they thought she was not one of LISK's victims... And then he said he thinks she is one of his victims...

I don't know. I searched for a recent presser but did not find one but this presser she gives clips on almost seems new to me or I don't recall it or never saw it or some such. I just can't keep up any more I swear. It doesn't help that Nancy does shows she spins or plays as if they are new news... Arghhh.

Also today I have lost a number of things. My credit cards and DL. My nametag. A new bottle of Tums. Now an ONION of all things that I just had. I have found all but the last two but twasn't easy, I looked and looked... I SERIOUSLY need a week off and it will likely be at least another year before I see such in years now. NO IDEA what I would have done with the onion. I already checked the frig to see if I put back...

Okay, found the onion, right in front of my nose at the front of the frig where I looked ten times.

Now the TUMS I give up on. They went missing DAYS ago, I've even wondered about Frank... Because they are NOWHERE to be found. In fact I even checked the pay and stay list at work (when customers leave a bag or item behind they've paid for) and bought another bottle so I am not in need of them but there is a FULL NEW bottle here somewhere!

It's just the weirdest day of losing items and I'm with it and productive so not sure why... I frosted my brownies, made a burger for lunch, now am browning the rest of the burger which is why I was looking for the onion I JUST used on my burger, did dishes, and a ton more...

I am still listening to Nancy on this case, and her guests, to get back on topic. I will blame her for all my lost items and distraction, that works for me. Lol.

There is quite a bit of detail in this show from his master plan and more... However, Nancy as per Nancy does not avoid sensationalizing and going a bit over the top on the torture, the hunt, what the women went through...

I do have to say CB either can't spell worth a sh*t or type, one or the other. This document would trigger Tom Webster who is huge on such things lol. He'd go off with many of my posts since I am long past where I bother to correct types any longer even though I know I made them.

I'd have to say looking at the spellings, it is his lack of spelling knowledge more likely than the typing with CB... Nancy puts up a lot of parts of it.

Okay. Now my eyes are weeping from onion. This is the same onion I handled earlier with no problem. Along with losing it and more, this day is just an odd one and not my day I guess.

I may as well just finish watching Nancy on this case and give up trying to get anything more done than what I have to to function for another week tomorrow. I think I am overdue for a sick day I tell ya...

I wonder if weeping from onions qualifies. I tell ya I haven't had that happen in AGES...

If anyone gives this show of Nancy's a watch tell me what you feel is new to you and if the presser is. There do seem to be details I don't recall prior in both the master document of CB's and the presser but my memory is getting poor on all these cases and all the info all of the time so I could be wrong.

The "date" said CB theorized someone very tall dressed for it and in camo could carry the victims families through the marsh is what she said to her.

She is one lucky woman and thankfully her instincts saved her from a terrible fate.

All in all, a good show. Nancy was a bit of her over the top hyped up self but it was good.

I'll make a T-shirt that is fitting. it will be him with a big pacifier in his mouth sobbing at a pound of butter across the way just out of his reach from behind his prison bars. Will put his wife on the back with money in her hands, too much to hold and all around her feet and a big smirk on her face.

DISGUSTING. Both of them and all of it. He is pure evil. I don't know exactly what she is but I wouldn't call her human and with any sympathy for a soul other than self... Money grubbbing, lazy, and probably more... I don't think of her like I MIGHT of like RA's wife where I will allow for major denial. Not in this case. Asa is not in denial...Not even close. She doesn't stand by him because she doesn't believe he did this imo... It's all for benefit, profit, more shows and so on... There's WAY too much against this man and we don't even known the HALF of it...

So this woman had to be on a date with him after Gilbert went missing and she was discovered in 2011.
