Not really sure either way. I'm leaning towards knowing.
well then i take that to mean it is unknown. i sure haven't heard it anywhere else but then i can't watch everything.

they were married. he well could have run the finances but she also could have put her foot down which would be no surprise if he was spending on prostitutes, guns, etc. they were married for more than 25 years. she'd likely have a lot of rights in a "normal" divorce and a good chance at many things. i doubt somehow his business is now worth a thing so that's kind of a moot point. And any savings, etc. that came from his earning she also has her fair right to, etc., why shouldn't she? Are there other architects in the "firm". I didn't get that impression so its as of now probably done for.

little is known but who knows, she may have come into the marriage with money. don't know if she ever worked, etc. probably was married before as Crybaby has a stepson.

it all depends on what she is doing with this divorce. if she is protecting "their" assets or trying to for his sake too, then he'd give her access to all. only though imo if it was his only choice which it pretty much is. hard to say though if they had any other than a whole lot of guns and properties. and probably a comic collection.

my overall belief though is this was not a functional marriage or family in any normal sense. maybe i'm wrong, maybe he came home each day and they all had dinner, went on family outings on the weekends, shopped for groceries, etc. i seriously doubt it though.

she traveled and he did not go along. that's indicative of that she did have access to funds. she also doesn't seem shy. her sister is apparently a doctor. did she do anything and have an education too? she went by Ellerup apparently.

Just wandering thoughts this early a.m. I'm not on the scale with her yet, either negative or positive. there is way too much unknown yet about him, and his family. which i find plenty odd honestly that there isn't by now.

Some things are coming about him and school, etc. but there is little from that point to first marriage to second for instance. We know the year they married, we have no idea to my knowledge when they met and it was a whirlwind thing and they married hardly knowing each other or dated for years. How they met and where.

Did they have a social life, dinners with friends, etc.? An active family life? I'm thinking not.

The killings stopped in this area as far as we know or at least disposals and news. How much did he travel? Was he always home? Did she go with or the family? He hunted in Alaska. When? What times was he in SC? Etc. Was she still doing the comic book thing? Was she someone who just stayed home and played video games and never functioned or cleaned? Depressed? She didn't pretty up the home apparently inside or out.

Did he sit on his computer and do porn and look up Gilgo and she sit on hers and play video games while the daughter never learned to drive? To be fair though, I wouldn't want to drive in NYC or its surrounding area...

Hairs of the wife's present but not of other family members who apparently still lived at home. in what looks like a not huge house.

By the way, how'd they match her hairs? A genealogy thing? By contacting her and asking for DNA? Something or many things pushed this case to arrest it sounds like before they'd have preferred it (I don't believe for a minute we know all) on that... Was she contacted or brought into the grand jury to be questioned? Did they take her aside and say here's the deal...

His brother killed someone drunk, etc. We still don't know how the dad died which I find very, very odd. Not even a whisper. Classmates talk of him being a mommy's boy and having to get home but not a bit about when he lost his father and what from or if sudden or not...

Yes, I am sidetracking and seguewaying all over the place. Because I have a ton of questions and these aren't even the half of them...

Yeah, I think a genealogy database search could have led to her or him.
Btw, I find it interesting that in the first press conference, the DA said it was state law that he couldn't talk much about DNA in a press conference.
I wonder what that's all about.
Yeah that was kind of odd.

Then different case, different state, but in Kohberger, the State is arguing they shouldh't have to provide the genealogy DNA matching thing to the defense, or something like that...

I'm not following that case- and I don't know anything about discovery and what's provided by the state and what's not- but I wonder if the state's position is that the defense should do their own DNA testing and analysis.

Not sure if you are responding to me but I don't think the man dressed as a woman knew the man and child either but I sure think Crybaby Shrek may possibly be connected to both. Him for the reason you say and her and the child for in a couple of scenarios I could imagine. And yes I think the woman and child could well be personal. So no argument here is what I'm saying.
I was responding to you. Goof. He was finding his victims on "Craig's List". So IMO, No on the woman and child. And I would think the man dressed as a woman. If he advertised on "Craig's List" It would be known he was an actual female. IMO. I get the feeling he was a street sex worker. Just my opinions. Not insulting you. Unless you want me too. 🤪

I don't think so but maybe.

It's more along the lines of they tried to refuse a discovery request and that they shoudn't have to turn over the info on how they came to the conclusion it was him or connected him by DNA. Generally all discovery has to be turned over to the other side and so I don't see what basis they have or think they have for trying to deny it.

I guess they could be "saying" get your own expert and see what you conclude but no hint of that and even if so, they'd still generally have to provide their own findings.

It hasn't been adequately explained imo what basis they can try to deny it on, if any. At least that I've seen.

Again not disagreeing on the guy. Totally possible and plausible.

You are the goof. You know this.. :D

She has family in the area. I'm sure they'd take care of her too. So it shouldn't matter.

Well, you sparked my curiosity and so I've since read an article about it and just from that info, I think the defense is either delusional (if think there's no evidence to connect their guy), or desperate because they know their guy's toast.
Anyway, I agree with the prosecution that the defense looking for something that doesn't exist.
Goof grief! It's no wonder to me (and seems I'm always reminded) why the wheels of justice turn so slow.
Why do judges allow such nonsense? Do like Barney Fife says and "Nip it in the bud!"lol!

I respect your opinion. Even if you are wrong.

🔥🍞 <------- Burnt toast!!!!

I gather there was a press conference a few hours ago or something like that?

I just came across it on Grizzly but I just got home and am heading out to an evening doctor's appt. so can't watch til later...
Good luck. Drive safe. Watch out for all these speeding, Rude, Aggressive idiots. I speed. But not like others. I'll go 70. They pass me like I am standing still and then cut in front of me really close. It takes all my restraint not to give hand gestures and swear words. People get shot for just driving and not doing anything wrong. If I get shot. It will just make me mad. Don't poke the bear. AHAHAHAAAA. "Poke the bear".
