Well, you sparked my curiosity and so I've since read an article about it and just from that info, I think the defense is either delusional (if think there's no evidence to connect their guy), or desperate because they know their guy's toast.
Anyway, I agree with the prosecution that the defense looking for something that doesn't exist.
Goof grief! It's no wonder to me (and seems I'm always reminded) why the wheels of justice turn so slow.
Why do judges allow such nonsense? Do like Barney Fife says and "Nip it in the bud!"lol!
Is there a word for the slowest of the slow? Wheels of justice hardly turn at all and are almost inert. And I agree that it's gone too far and judges shouldn't be putting up with it but its always said it is concern of appeal. Well they shouldn't allow just any appeal either if that's the case.

So whatever you read says such doesn't exist? It's been awhile but I took it they refused to hand it over or said they shouldn't have to. Maybe no one was sure or something and that's what was speculated the prosecution meant. Been awhile, maybe more is known now..?

Good luck. Drive safe. Watch out for all these speeding, Rude, Aggressive idiots. I speed. But not like others. I'll go 70. They pass me like I am standing still and then cut in front of me really close. It takes all my restraint not to give hand gestures and swear words. People get shot for just driving and not doing anything wrong. If I get shot. It will just make me mad. Don't poke the bear. AHAHAHAAAA. "Poke the bear".
It was only a couple of blocks away. While driver's aren't perfect here, I see little of what you're talking about. Mostly it is simply their speed. Been some time but yeah I can only imagine the Cities these days and drivers. It always was bad enough and I'm sure it is far worse now.

Speaking of big city traffic, and more on topic, did he drive into Manhattan every day in NYC traffic? Or did he take public transport? We know he was at Amber's with his vehicle but that well could have been not the norm. I mean could he even park at work? We do know he took her in his vehicle, most likely with the account told. He also tried to get that date to go with him to his place and assume he wanted her to ride with him. Just wondering what his "routine" was with the murders... And did he then take them to his home... It seems the most likely to me.

This is an old documentary (2011). If you don't watch the whole thing 128:00.00 Watch from 124:00:00

How on earth were you able to find that doc? I don't expect you'd remember it but sometime back, I mentioned watching a doc a long time ago and that's it and I've searched and searched but wasn't able to find it.
I'd remembered it as a sophisticated, exceptionally comprehensive and well-made documentary and since the arrest, I've wanted to watch it again.
Thanks for posting it!

I was looking for something to listen to while I cruised the net. I entered the word "documentary" into YouTube I couldn't listen to the whole thing, because I decided to go to bed. I did go to the end though to see what year it was made. That's when I heard the startling part at 1:24:00.
