Boy right off they need proofreaders, notice such all the time with them. Right at the outset it says 'as they search for clues to lock him up" and I thought they were talking the first/OLD search. He IS locked up. I almost quit and came back and told you this was old news and then read on and checked the date...

I don't know what to think here. Someone was it Joe Giacalone figured it relates to the box or whatever found in Manorville but how could it? And this search is almost a year after the first one, a good nine or ten months anyhow. And they tore the home apart and seemed to take everything THEN. Do they think something was moved out before they searched the first time and then moved back? I find it hard to believe but could it be a tip from the family who found something??

USUALLY second searches come from finding evidence in the first search. Meaning if something it was a limited irst search but they were allowed to take something that looked as if it had obvious blood on it, and then they tested it and found the blood on that matched that of a victim for instance, a judge may then let them go back with a new warrant and now luminol all walls, take more items, do drains, and a lot more, etc...

I don't really see how Manorville could have prompted this and I don't think Asa or kids provided new info but it's a possibility I guess, and I'd lean towards something in the first search had some kind of hit on a test result so now they are looking for more of same BUT nine or ten months is a long damned time... And then we are to get all excited that a med examiner or whatever was there meaning bones or bodies but I think we heard this before too and maybe that's just routine to have them with on such a search?

Not sure what to think. I know I'd never be content until that basement was dug up and torn apart but I don't think it was the first time and I think they'd need a further warrant for that. is THAT what they are doing? if DM pics are from THIS time that's a ton of evidence boxes taken AGAIN and they already did such...

I can't stand Asa but am really starting to wonder what the deal is here... She did divorce him... But then plays for him but...

I don't know. I do NOT know. Arghhh.

Finishing touches sort of on living room, I doubt that totally. That house is an eyesore inside and out and entirely not fitting with all neighboring homes. Finishing touches probably means they just got all their gaming stuff plugged back in and figured out.

I read the article but would have to look again as DM is notorious for it, are all the pics of THIS search and they didn't insert any of the old search? They are great at mixing up stuff and I also often don't believe it accidental because they are about sensational but the mistake of looking for things to lock him up was total error and saran wrap? So right out of the gate, hard to trust this article, pics and etc. were checked for accuracy.

I'll read article in a minute here but just want to say it can't be Burke but yeah it would be a weird fit. They've given the officer's initial and that he was undercover drugs, etc. and what agency too I think. I don't think they are lying about that. You do mean Burke don't you or is there something or someone else in the DM article, I just assumed you are talking Burke as you were in the previous post.

Those initials may not be actual initials of the cop. I just thought that it was strange the article says an affidavit was provided by John Ray and that's why I think it is the Vergata story. It's too coincidental otherwise that John Ray would have two signed affidavits with cops implicated in them isn't it? I bet it is Burke in the Vergata story - I have always thought that.

Darn it. I'd have to sign up to read it and not going to do that. While I can see Burke as good for something, well actually he's a good for nothing but I mean good for or guilty of a crime/s, I don't see that he can get CB off the hook. There's the hair and all that phone evidence, the vehicle description and a TON more.

And WHAT numerous tips? If anyone could place Burke with these murdered sex workers, wouldn't they have called such in before today and not to CB's lawyer of all people? What is it, just random people saying I'm sure Burke did it with no evidence? Again I can't read the article, if you want to share parts of it, it would help.

I don't have the advantage of having read the article as I couldn't access it. Had I, I might see what you mean. I did consider based on your thoughts if they would give false initials and I'm not sure. I wouldn't THINK so however no one has come forward and says that has to be Officer so and so by the initials they gave but not sure that's unusual either if something like an undercover drug officer. I would THINK if Ray and witness want to be believed they would be actual initials if in a SWORN affidavit or it would say maybe we are using alias initials or some such. I get your point and would probably get it better if I could read the article.

Burke is most definitely bad news and very well could have killed someone. We know he beat someone, we know he did not want FBI or anyone doing a true investigation or taking a good look, we know he has major sexual addictions and uses sex workers even after being caught and doing jail time for things, he still risks such.

I find the part about CB and Burke being seen together and knowing each other MORE interesting. Is that fact, I am thinking that too was in an article I coudln't see but I am having a very busy day, need to finish some real estate stuff and a lot more. My place hit the market and there is already a showing today and there are some forms I have not yet completed that HAVE to be in. Did not expect such an instant first showing, etc.

Yeah I could see that much but it also sounded like from the bit I could see that these are just people calling thinking Burke is bad and did something, I have no impression they have any knowledge, evidence or real tips. I mean if there truly were such they would be calling LE, John Ray and giving up that evidence. Makes for a good headline and smoke re CB and Burke instead.

The way I am these days I don't recall it but I recall that I saw it. I recall thinking well good that he did one but in the same breath I think if I recall he was doing it like kind of subtly opposed to John Ray and Harrison and what they were putting out there. I really don't recall. Anything of note in it that would be news today that I'm sure I forgot? Heck I can't even recall your reason for finding it and what facts you were looking for. Man I wish I had just ONE more day OFF. I NEED it. Haven't showered and don't doubt they will cut the water again, done it two nights in a row NOW with NO EXPLANATION at this shi*tty apartment complex. That's another story I will share at another time. At least there was water for laundry, had I waited who knows. Better not shut it off while in process. And I don't know why I am not doing my realtor form as that is what I NEED to be doing like right NOW.

I mean in this case/s it is not that far fetched to think there could be a number or ring of some with some things. I don't generally buy into such things but there is just so much here with dirty cops, with cops and sex workers, with tons of dead women, swinging, rumors of parties with sex workers and torture or bondage and people of note in attendance and more.

I don' discount such I mean look at someone like Burke even getting into such power and the people below him many just as bad. CB worked for the City...

I don't know that I'd go as far as to think they serial killed together but the idea of them knowing each other, encountering each other, or even swinging, etc. or some such together isn't all that hard to believe... AND I am still not doing what I need to be doing lol. What sucks is I had this long form done once thought I was finished and had sent it but apparently I sent a blank and I can't find the one I know I filled out so I have to REDO it and has to be today and soon. Tell me to go DO what I need to DO please. What's wrong with me that I am not???

Now washer is done in six minutes so first I have to go transfer clothes and some I can't dry so have to get them out of cart and hang. If ONLY it were 8 in the morning instead of 1 p.m. already.

The woman who gave the affidavit to John Ray said in her affidavit her cop boyfriend was bisexual and had sex with CB. That's another thing that matches Burke. Sorry to keep distracting you. Check the timeline I posted for Burke and the relationship with a prostitute around '95 timeframe. How the F Burke ended up as Chief of Suffolk County, I will never know unless he had a ton of dirt on high powered LE.

I think it was Prospect Park (Brooklyn) that her police officer boyfriend worked out of, but if he was undercover narcotics they are often not assigned to one specific area IMO.

Also, reading the affidavit she says "Let's call him RW" she doesn't actually say his initials are RW.

YOU are not distracting me lol. The fact is I'd RATHER be doing this and am avoiding the other. That's my problem. I did complete the real estate from and now the realtor called but had to cut me off as the buyer's (let's hope) agent was calling him and I have laundry having to be got out In 18 minutes, he is to call me back. I dont' have the cat pan changed their water changed (thank you for any time I went to do it water was shut off) and back to work tomorrow lol. Have not accomplished, never do what I wanted to, but YOU are not distracting me, everything else in life is. THIS is needed down time and I just wish I could have more of it or enough at least.

I don't disagree on Burke and the matching details. That WOULD be one huge hidden secret at this point in time though. NY as far as someone ending up in such positions is full of corruption and perhaps I should say that area of NY rather than talking the entire state. They probably hold as much or more political influence as well as DC. Many in politics or such positions are the lowest of the low who abuse their power and as to sex? OH YES.

Were the INITIALS in the sworn affidavit or did Ray just provide them in a show or some such? I'd only say that like he names of minors or things sealed in documents and releases, they'd generally black out OR they'd be the real initials at least.

What I DO think you are hitting on here or is being hit on is there are more than ONE in power in that area like this and it is far from uncommon and more than likely they knew of the other's practices or ran into them out crushing for sex workers, at the same parties, swinging, and so on.

And don't get me wrong, I can picture Burke doing this and picking up a girl and going to CB's house and having sex with CB VERY EASILY. I just am not sure why I would be hidden at this point. Burke is history and was just arrested again not long ago so why protect him? The cop it truly is though there may be a reason for not giving his name, not sure.

So now laundry is almost done and waiting for realtor to call back. I HOPE to heck he doesn't want changes to what I filled out and then he still has to send back for signing and then I have to return. Screammmmm....

I AM interested in wherever and whoever thing it said that Burke and CB were seen together or some pic together or some such. Like I said I coudln't read most, just the DM article.
