I think it will depend how it relates to the charges against Maxwell in particular, because the girls themselves brought other girls and "massage" is not specific. It could be three foot massages a day for example.

I'm pretty sure that the butler wouldn't need to be changing the beds or washing sex toys after "foot" massages though

In the graphic testimony, he said he had to clean up large dildos and vibrators after “massage” sessions at the Palm Beach mansion.

In addition, Alessi stated he found porn tapes and a black leather costume in Maxwell’s bathroom.

He said one dildo was “a huge man’s penis with two heads”. According to The Daily Mail, it was not certain that it was the twin torpedo referred to by prosecutors in pre trial findings.​

“The sex toys were returned to Maxwell’s closet in her bathroom inside of a wicker basket. As well on three or four other times he found two other sex toys, one that looked like a pillow and another look like an arm which had a rubber vibrating part at the end of it. He put those items in Epstein’s dresser,” Mail Online reported.

So it seems the items were "returned" to Maxwell's bedroom and Epsteins dresser. So are these separate rooms to the "massage" room and the "pool" room? I have not heard testimony that Jane was in either Epstein's or Maxwell's bedrooms ( did they have separate bedrooms?). I may have missed that though. She testified she was in the pool room or massage room I think and that he used massage vibrators on her. I did not hear in the testimony that he used a dildo. Again, I may have missed that. The butler saying he washed these things and put them back in the bedrooms does not prove they were used on the victims.

Yeah, that's pretty damning testimony and it's also disgusting at what they expected him to do, and demeaning. I thought I couldn't dislike this couple any more than I already did but I was wrong...

more of his info corroborated "Jane's" story, not just the bedroom's part. I only mentioned that part because you were saying that the "massages" could have been foot massages, for all we knew at the time. I was stating that foot massages wouldn't require the cleaning of the bedrooms and sex toys, so I am pretty sure we all know exactly what "massages" meant.

so what's exactly the argument here? Who are they protecting and why? If the defense is saying that there are only a couple of images on the video that are at issue, why can't those images be filtered and the rest open? It seems really weird that the defense is the side fighting to get a video public and I do see their point if true.

In the absence of a description of the three massages a day, we cannot determine what they each were. If he was cleaning dildos three times a day , he would have said that. All massages would use oils which would require clean up after anyway. Worst case scenario they were all sexual. Best case scenario foot massages. My opinion of course.

Probably Prince Andrew, President Clinton and the Pope. Did you read the tweets? He has a pic with the Pope and a pic with Fidel Castro.

He also has some sexualised art. He purchased a piece of art called "The Rape" from one of the Farmer sisters. I posted an article about it up thread. (Guggenheim persuaded the artist to sell him "the Rape". )

I guess it could be deemed prejudicial and could be a reason for a mistrial if it was made public but this is just a guess.

I agree that everything the house manager (and anyone else) could corroborate of Jane's testimony and memories lends to her credibility and if she is believable. And if she is believable or the jury finds her so, then they may give more weight to her testimony of abuse and find it believable. I think his testimony likely had a huge impact for the prosecution.

It makes me wonder if she/they want someone outed... Or the only thing else I can figure is they feel it shows a situation like maybe a dinner party or gathering that they feel shows important people but normal behavior...?
