JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Love it. Oh she had a very bad day yesterday.... About time...

Although maybe she loves it. This woman moved at the drop of a hat throughout her life doing the same with her children. And divorced and remarried about the same way, at the drop of a hat.

So new digs and new charges just fun for her...

Or maybe not. Each new place she is going to have to figure out her new route for curlers and makeup and probably have to fight the pecking order to get such and mirror time. Not that they have glass mirrors I'm sure... That's okay because they would likely crack with her in front of one anyhow...
Maybe she will be high up in the prisoner hierarchy as she is a mass murderer (4 murders minimum.) She is a goddess after all. She will probably soon get some minions to worship her, if she hasn't done already. As a hairdresser/beauty salon expert, she will be popular among the other villains IMO.

Off Topic but here are some links to the woman who wrote a book (for kids) on grief, who murdered her husband.

I don't think it matters if she actually physically handed JJ to him, I think what is meant is that she was present and agreeable and knew, etc. that Alex was taking JJ. Personally yes, I think it was planned and she knew where JJ was going and why. It was when, wasn't it, all were together in her kitchen, David W, Mel G, Lori... That IS handing JJ off to Alex.

If I'm at your house visiting and your neighbor walks in and picks up Owen and we both see him and then you smile as they walk out, yes, you just handed your grandson to your neighbor is what I mean... Whether physically handing him to the neighbor or not, it was likely preplanned I would know OR you had an arrangement where the neighbor was welcome to do that with your blessing...

Lori shaking her head no to this probably in her mind meant she did not physically hand JJ to Alex. OR Chad was the one who killed him when he took him upstairs and was scratched... Who did the actual killing I'm not so sure of now...
My memory of the evidence is that JJ was carried down asleep in his PJ's by Alex and he took him to his apartment.

Thanks for that. Maybe we will need a thread. So this has life insurance as a motive? And an affair?

Was her inspiration Chad and Lori ?

I was searching to see if anything has been said by the Daybell children. On searching for Emma, this tweet thread came up about the Daybell's neighbour testimony which I had not really looked at before. This will be important for Chad's trial. Chad mentions on Oct 26th to the Gilberts that Lori lost a daughter.

Chad Daybell pleaded not guilty Wednesday to the murder and conspiracy charges he faces in connection with the deaths of his first wife and the two children of his current wife, Lori Vallow.

Idaho 7th Judicial District Magistrate Judge Steven W. Boyce said that a scheduling conference would take place in two weeks to determine a date for the start of Daybell’s trial. He could face a death sentence, the judge said.

If I were the prosecutor: I'm willing to take the death penalty off the table, but you have to let us know the whole story from how you met Lori, and everything after that leading up to the deaths you two pulled off. If you aren't 100% honest, the agreement will be considered breached.

I thought Nate had said she would go straight to Pocatello, but I must’ve heard that wrong. Either that or he found out different information. As long as she’s behind bars, I’m not being picky.
Maybe she will right after sentencing. She's the worst of the worst imo so maybe they can figure which prison...

I would almost make a bet that he does not show any mercy on her when he goes to trial. First of all, he has to say face to his kids. They were all saying that he was tricked somehow. Secondly, his life is on the line.
Yeah if he didn't go after her or have a very good explainable alternative defense (what one, there are none, just as Lori had, NONE), his kids would never buy it. Well those kids might but you know what I mean. They'd be BEYOND stupid if they did. They are likely COUNTING on seeing this from him and the defense in his trial and if it doesn't come well, they may just have a really rude awakening.

I think I might have alerted the police. He could have been drawing attention to it humorously to make light of it but you never know. Does purchase of rat poison need a log filled out or anything?

This reminds me of a story that came up yesterday in my feed about a woman author who wrote a book for her son and then murdered the kid's father. I'll have to try and find it.
It all crossed my mind... Pretty sure he paid with a card but don't recall but ALMOST positive. If something happens to his wife or mother, and cops look up as they do his transactions, then it should lead them to us and there would be evidence of what he bought. And I would remember it but they wouldn't even need me if they were at that point.

I honestly don't think it was anything to worry about. He knew as he pulled it out of his cart, realizing the odd combo and some other minor insignificant items, I think he may have had candy and/or flowers too with the card.

IF he was planning a murder and was aware of this combo, he easily could have done two different days, transactions, etc. Or even went to another store or another one of ours. Pretty sure it was a joke. 99.9 percent sure.
