JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

I need to look this up but I swear there was a no contact order issued between Chad and Lori after he was arrested.
you know what, that sounds exactly right. man is it hard to keep it all at the forefront with every fact in this case. i am pretty sure you are correct. they guaranteed no contact with that. no legal contact anyhow.

This around the time Chad and Lori were trying to be allowed to meet for a strategy session.

The couple was married in Hawaii on Nov. 5, 2019, and Lori was arrested the following February. Archibald noted she spoke with Chad on multiple recorded jail phone calls until he was arrested on June 9, 2020.

Since then, they have only talked to each other one time, according to Archibald. It was on an arranged call in July 2022 between Chad, Lori and their attorneys.

"The call was approved by the prosecuting attorney and sheriff and was not recorded," Archibald said.

Rings a bell too. Boy one has to wonder what that ONE call with attorneys present was. I don't want to but I am going to blame you and you do the same okay, doesn't mean I don't LUST for you. Half kidding. And maybe the strategy of I will ask for speedy trial you push to delay, etc. And then maybe that blaming Alex won't work (and I don't think it would have). And finally, STORM MISSES YOU.

I don't know why they both didn't just throw Alex under the bus.
I don't think it would have worked. It took me the trial to realize it entirely because EVERY SINGLE talking head though that is what they would do. But too much to explain. He could only be doing it for her or them. He did what Lori said, it was shown over and over. And he was on Chad's property more than once with Chad shown there as well. As this trial unfolded, it was obvious only trying to blame each other MIGHT work, Alex wouldn't have.

That's my opinion anyhow, don't know why I didn't realize it before because we knew a lot of the facts that now show it wouldn't have worked, or at least showed me as it unfolded. But every "expert" thought that's what they would do. So I guess I never thought otherwise either...

Strategy session - so they will throw Alex under the bus then?

Now he is dead they can say what they like but he did say to Zulema he was their fall guy.

The strategy session was denied. I honestly don't think any of the evidence could be used to throw Alex under the bus. He was their puppet.
I entirely agree and all the talk of his being a teenager in an adult body just confirms it even more. A LOT does, far more than just that. Lori used him, Chad used him, but even then he recognized he was their fall guy.... Or likely was... And THEN amazingly he died...

They would be FRAUGHT with issues trying to pin it all on Alex, one after the other after the other issue that didn't let it work. The prosecution would have a FIELD DAY if even attempted. Archie didn't even go hard at Chad because that too could lead to problems but he suggested, hinted, and the testimony definitely put Chad as the leader of he and Lori IF there was a leader and not a co-team effort with different times leading and different people they led at times, etc., etc. BOTH did.

It said that they met once I thought? Then the trials were split so no more strategy sessions. Tylee and JJ both died in Alex's apartment, and Lori wasn't there according to her alibi, which was witnessed by Mel G and David W.

Yeah they only all watched Alex walk out with him. Then Mel and Davey had no sight of him the next morning but did have Lori telling them of JJ's knocking over her Christ and climbing up on the cupboards, etc. and Davey had just happened to have this worst nightmare ever he couldn't remember and Mel went to Chad and Lori's BEDROOM and knocked and got no response to get Davey Boy a BLESSING in the middle of the night...

I don't put anything as fact in what Mel or Davey boy say BUT IF TRUE, uhm, well... And if not true well then uhm well....

Lori's alibi is sh*t and was a poor attempt. Add in texts and all the other sh*t that paints the picture.

Let's also point out both of these couples were sharing bedrooms with their other per this story. Which we could intuit anyhow... Why would Mel go to LORI'S bedroom to get a blessing from Chad if Chad wasn't there....

I wonder where Tammy thought he was...

Thought it all very fitting and well said. The part about advocating privacy though, just that little bit, seems to be off and makes me wonder who and what he means? Mel not testifying? Chad's children not speaking? Lori's cousins, etc. shutting their mouths...?

Meaning it for himself I can get but it just in reading the entire flow of the thing, jarred it, just for that comment.

I'm sorry but it also sent my thoughts to the church itself.

Jmo of course. And change for the people who did this, like Chad and Lori, he can pray for and hope for a miracle, but I don't think it likely. They aren't a pair of young impressionable adults who will realize the "error of their ways" if they haven't yet. And they haven't.
I wonder if Brandon maybe should not be making public statements. He is probably going to be testifying again against Lori in Charles' murder trial and also in his own attempted murder trial too.

And that was why Alex took JJ to his apartment.

Was Tammy visiting her parents around that time ?

yeah i have a lot of thoughts on it that i can't really put in to words right now. and it includes $$$, Melanie, allowing a joint sharing of kids and more at a point he probablyhad a GREAT likelihood of winning custody and showing things re Mel or the attempt on his life. Not knocking him just thinking he is/was trying to agree, hope, let go, forgive and still is, etc... And part of it the church and what they teach... And hoping to quiet it, keep private as he said, etc. Also a bit like Charles if doing this or that can fix the relationship then they will try to... Not necessarily hoping to get Mel P back at this point but...

He got a lot of money in a settlement outside of the divorce and I think she gets a heck of a payment from him imo too probably with joint custody....

I mean a lot of that doesn't sit right with me.

Not anti Brandon, he is a victim, but there are things that just don't sit right with the overall deal...
