JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

1580704661510.png

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events

Yes but they are both inmates so I just wonder if they can call each other or how would they communicate. Email?
I don't know. I think I read when looking something up about this a week ago or so that family only can communicate and that inmates are barred otherwise from communicating with another inmate UNLESS codefendants and they weren't any longer when Lori went to trial separately for sure...

They are married but is that family? I guess it may be, hard to say. It isn't blood family...

And in that case it was writing handwritten letters. I think anyone they call even if they have that stupid shouldn't be allowed tablet access, etc., has to be approved and I would THINK it would still be monitored, it is the jail's/prison's tablet... And then both facilities would have to have such or allow such which not sure is likely. If one facility has the old glass thing and phones you pick up, then no one can call into an inmate on one of those. Only call out at prearranged allowed times. So since both incarcerated that wouldn't work.

Are they in the same jail? But just different sides, etc., one male, one female...? In fremont I mean.

This isn’t the woman that Nate said wrote a book about her dead husband, and then she was arrested for his murder?
I'm confused. She was responding to my mentioning a customer where I work who had a Mother's Day card and rat poison in his cart... I think.

Maybe she will be high up in the prisoner hierarchy as she is a mass murderer (4 murders minimum.) She is a goddess after all. She will probably soon get some minions to worship her, if she hasn't done already. As a hairdresser/beauty salon expert, she will be popular among the other villains IMO.
Yeah maybe IF they are worried about looking good in prison... She of course herself wants to look good for Chad and the cameras and probably even the male attorneys in the courtroom, etc. so does herself up but do most care to on an everyday basis where her skills would be "worshipped" or "needed"?

Which brings a thought that crossed my mind the other day.... How do we think Lori looks in jail on an EVERY day basis or will in prison...? Does she only DOLL herself up for hearings or does she do such every day. If so, then once in prison anyhow, the other female prisoners are going to think she is wanting them.... And I mean that in a "romantic" sense of the world.

From all we know about Lolo, she is mancentric. When she was with Audrey and Mel, she was not happy without Chad.... I think Charles being on the road a lot played into her issues with it all, and not home helping, etc. and no sex. With Joe she complained about not enough if I recall correctly... She may have needed or had female followers BUT she revolves around having a MAN. Imo. The only reason I could see her dolling herself up in prison is to attract a male guard....

Thanks for finding and posting. I am happy for the Douglas family that justice is done. I was also wondering about Tammy's children and whether they have made any statement yet.
I don't expect to see one from them. Why would they when they barely acknowledge all this is going on against Lori or their dad...

I guess they could come out and say SEE, it was HER. But they've also probably been advised not to say anything with his trial still pending...

My memory of the evidence is that JJ was carried down asleep in his PJ's by Alex and he took him to his apartment.
Sounds right. ALLEGEDLY sleeping. Could have been drugged, could have been dead and could have been after Chad killed him upstairs... Alex the clean up guy... Do we know the time frame of Chad taking him up versus Alex taking him out of the apartment...?

So she did imo hand him to Alex. Not physically but this info comes from Mel G and David W that Alex had him and Lori was there too... Did Lori just watch as Alex left with him, it was arranged or understood he could do this and Lori just allowed it and SO SHE BASICALLY handed her son off to Alex to babysit or kill or bury...

I think Mel G and David W knew EXACTLY what was going on... And I don't think DW's dream was any dream...

Chad Daybell pleaded not guilty Wednesday to the murder and conspiracy charges he faces in connection with the deaths of his first wife and the two children of his current wife, Lori Vallow.

Idaho 7th Judicial District Magistrate Judge Steven W. Boyce said that a scheduling conference would take place in two weeks to determine a date for the start of Daybell’s trial. He could face a death sentence, the judge said.
yeah he could until it is argued why should he when she didn't... i assume anyhow something like that will be attempted by prior.

no surprise his plea. just like her. i can already see his posture through the trial. the man has never shown a true emotion yet. just a buttoned up toad with the same expression ALWAYS. chad i mean of course. buttoned up to choking his fat face. and this is mister loinfire with a unit named storm. LOL. what a contrast from how he tries to present...

If I were the prosecutor: I'm willing to take the death penalty off the table, but you have to let us know the whole story from how you met Lori, and everything after that leading up to the deaths you two pulled off. If you aren't 100% honest, the agreement will be considered breached.
I'd only take it off, and only concede that, with his accepting THREE life sentences to run consecutively. Seriously. Not joking.

And yeah, throw in what you said too.

The thing is if they could successfully try Lori, and they did so in spades, it should be no problem with Chad so Chad and Prior are in a far weaker position now.

Fremont doesn't have a women's prison. She is housed in Madison apparently.

I see you saw the tweet about that now.

Yes, but I don't see Daybell going for anything like that.
I don't think he will either. Damn it I agreed with you. I hate that. :( Although now there is a guilty verdict on all counts on Lori who they had I would say less against, not much less, but not the same as Chad...

I also think if they take it off with anything less than life the public will be up in arms at the prosecution.

Thought it all very fitting and well said. The part about advocating privacy though, just that little bit, seems to be off and makes me wonder who and what he means? Mel not testifying? Chad's children not speaking? Lori's cousins, etc. shutting their mouths...?

Meaning it for himself I can get but it just in reading the entire flow of the thing, jarred it, just for that comment.

I'm sorry but it also sent my thoughts to the church itself.

Jmo of course. And change for the people who did this, like Chad and Lori, he can pray for and hope for a miracle, but I don't think it likely. They aren't a pair of young impressionable adults who will realize the "error of their ways" if they haven't yet. And they haven't.

I was mentioning both the rat poison guy you mentioned as well as the woman who wrote a book about grief after murdering her husband in the same post.
Aha. I think I saw it briefly the other day and knew that but on getting home today was rereading quickly and responding to posts I wanted to and saw her response to you and didn't realize there was that in the post too.

I at times on break look at my phone quick at work for instance but can't respond as i don't log in or have time so then when i get home and reread i just read the bit that shows, etc. and respond.

My mistake.
