JOSHUA "JJ" VALLOW, TYLEE RYAN, TAMMY DAYBELL, & CHARLES VALLOW: State of Idaho/Arizona vs. Lori & Chad Daybell *GUILTY*

Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Hopefully, she'll be able to say something that really gets to Lori and makes her react. Doubtful, but it would be cool.
It would be but I dont' think that will happen. Lori's whole thing is nothing phases her la, la, la, I know more, you don't know anything, etc. And looking as if she isn't phased no matter what... She is after all the "chosen one". No aunt of Tammy's is going to get to her. A all. This was all a power play or attempt to look as if she has any. She doesn't. Get a clue Lori. Actually it looks a bit ridiculous, childish and just plain dumb when one gets a moment to think about it.

Ya know, I just had a moment, a brief one, for it to hit me how ridiculous this is. That Lori and Archibald file a motion about Tammy's aunt giving a statement. I doubt she knows her well or can offer anything worse than what all the others can both Tammy's family or the Woodcocks, etc.

It's just stupid and nasty and posturing. I doubt it would do a think on appeal no matter the decision so the point is what?

I guess it is for Lori to rear her head and look as if she has say, clout, power to challenge or to cause more grief and a ripple, news, the court's time, etc.

Really, what is the point? I mean in real reasons? There aren't any imo. I think like Mark Means, Lori runs Archie to a point. Of course they should do, to a point, what their client wants, my God, I know what it is like to have an attorney you PAY who won't even know your case or represent you adequately and thankfully what it is to have one that will, to a point, listen, take your suggestions as you know your own facts, people involved, etc. and they don't but this on its face if you think about it was ridiculous. I guess Archie humored her.
It's her vindictive nature - its the same reason she didn't want Kay in the courtroom. She is just an evil bitch. Anyone who kills her children like she did and anyone who got in her way and just wanted a wedding in Hawaii is an evil selfish insane bitch. I am amazed she didn't go for the insanity plea TBH.

I thought they tried the insanity plea.

Like the powers to walk away from a trial unscathed? :giggling:
She is unscathed. That's what her being okay, attentive with hair done, etc. was in this hearing. Saving face ya know. In her teenybopper way. See, see, I'm fine, I'm pretty (not), I rule... She is all knowing.... r:thud::lol:

And we are all doomed, in the dark and so very clueless...

Well said.

Imo she didn't go insanity as she wants us all to know she knows she isn't insane and is all powerful and knowing. I know that sounds insane itself but then we are talking Lori.

She is vindictive. To the core. One little perceived slight, you don't dance to her tune, you are on the sheeeet list, and dark.

I'm about halfway through and this is very unlike all the preceding ones. More interesting imo. While much of what is being said is known, I'd say not all is and it just kind of hits with the lead up and day of Charles' death, etc. Colby wouldn't answer Adam either is one interesting thing... Charles of course wasn't responding, etc. We've heard again some of this before but this vid is dialed into all that...

Well the one linked above I'd say is the most interesting one to date. While most of us have heard a lot of it, it has a lot and is quite interesting.

It also brings back to me yet again how outright corrupt or inept was Gilbert PD was. It was Gilbert wasn't it? With Charles? As Adam says Lori's own story was that they were fighting over Charles' phone, that she took it and he got upset. YET they LEFT the phone with her. Are we truly to believe they are that dumb? I've always felt that, her treatment, the lack of arrest of even Alex, etc. had to mean they knew someone or had some connection in Gilbert PD. It's a lot to believe they ignored all they did AND considered it self defense.

Whe all is said and done and when Lori and Chad are convicted on all, I think there needs to be lot more done and looked into as well as some other arrests possibly. How much does anyone want to bet such doesn't happen?

Lori's cousin again. Worth watching. She comments on a lot of things including Adam and Rex's Silver Linings podcasts.

Near the end she is asked if she thought Alex had a hand in/killed his sister Stacey. And she answers.

What I like about this episode is that Adam went from the beginning to the end of his experience during the time that Charles was killed. I couldn’t quite grasp certain things like why didn’t he try to contact Charles again, etc. He explains all of the events in order and it makes sense now.
