Police seem to be no closer to finding 7-year-old Joshua “JJ” Vallow and 17-year-old Tylee Ryan than they were when this story began months ago.

Since that time, the story has gained international attention as it’s taken twists and turns involving a purported cult, dead spouses, delusions of divinity and preparing for the end of the world. Despite all the angles, and the ever-growing number of people related to the case, the facts remain essentially the same as when it was first announced.

The two children remain missing and the parents, Lori (Vallow) Daybell, and her new husband, Chad Daybell, refuse to disclose their whereabouts to police. Both have been named persons of interest in the disappearance of the children. Law enforcement is also investigating the deaths of the Daybells’ previous respective spouses, Charles Vallow and Tammy Daybell, though neither Chad nor Lori have been named suspects in those cases.

Written timeline of events
  • April 3, 2018 - Tylee Ryan's father, Joseph Ryan, dies. Death ruled heart attack.
  • December 2018 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow make first appearance on Preparing a People podcast.
  • February 2019 - Charles Vallow files for divorce from Lori, claiming she viewed herself as a god preparing for the second coming, and she would kill him if he got in her way.
  • February - April 2019 - Lori disappears for nearly two months, leaving her children with others.
  • June 2019 - Lori's niece demands a divorce from her husband, who says she shares similar beliefs to her aunt.
  • July 11, 2019 - Charles Vallow shot and killed by Lori's brother Alex Cox. Shooting initially ruled self-defense.
  • August 2019 - Lori moves to Rexburg, Idaho with kids
  • September 3, 2019 - Joshua "JJ" Vallow enrolled in school
  • September 23, 2019 - JJ last attended school
  • September 24, 2019 - Lori unenrolls JJ from school, saying she would be homeschooling him.
  • September 2019 - Tylee also seen in September, but it's unclear when and where (she had graduated early)
  • October 2, 2019 - Lori's niece's ex-husband was shot at, missing his head by inches. Shooter was driving a vehicle registered to Charles Vallow.
  • October 9, 2019 - Tammy Daybell, Chad's wife, called 911 and said a masked man shot at her with a paintball gun.
  • October 19, 2019 - Tammy Daybell dies, death is ruled natural
  • October 25, 2019 - Tylee, or someone using her phone, texts a friend
  • Late October / Early November 2019 - Chad Daybell & Lori Vallow get married
  • November 26, 2019 - Welfare check requested for JJ at the request of extended family - police are told he is in Arizona with family, but he is not
  • November 27, 2019 - Police return to serve a search warrant, finding the Daybell's gone
  • December 12, 2019 - Lori's brother, who had shot her ex-husband, dies mysteriously in Arizona
  • December 20, 2019 - Search for JJ and Tylee goes public
  • December 30, 2019 - LE says Lori knows where her children are but will not cooperate
  • January 25, 2020 - Chad & Lori are located in Hawaii, served with a notice that she must produce the children within 5 days
  • January 30, 2020 - Lori fails to produce JJ and Tylee

Okay, I haven't read yet but it seems to be certain exhibits. If all are ones like of the kids and their bodies, etc. and autopsy no problem with that at all. I took it to mean he sealed ALL at first and I'm not sure Nate knew either because now here he is. But I haven' watched it yet. So all can find out when I do as well. I haven't finished Part II yet of Nate tonight but while watching saw this so figured I'd share it before I even get to watch it.

 
I can guess only that 100 would not even be close to ALL exhibits so he sealed most likely the most graphic ones that add nothing to the public seeing them nor anyone using them for any purpose. I am going to finish Nate and Hart part II before I watch the above one but sharing as I saw it come up.
 
So Nate couldn't go in the prison of course but covered from outside . He name all other death row inmates in the facility on death row where Chad is at, what they did, etc. Chad has the rest of this life spending 23 hours a day by himself I his cell and if I have it right one hour a day seeing no one else to get some exercise. Nine inmates on death row.

I had some remarks on the Groene case last night but they just disappeared and not even going to try to say them again. I didn't finish watching part 2 last night, I tired out but it looks like Nate does go into what Boyce sealed and why in the video, just getting there, and if not, he did in a separate one which I already linked but have not watched yet and may not get to. Lots to do.

It's good Chad loves thyself so much as that is who he is going to be spending eternity on earth with.... And that s fitting imo. The two parts of the Agent Hart video were well worth it. Still watching but not sure I will finish today either. In the midst of other things I absolutely have to get done.
 
this is different than nate's interview with Hermasillo and it reminded me of a few things I had forgotten, including the moving shadow at the top of the stairs and some other things.
 
this is good. asked when they realized it wasn't just JJ missing but Tylee too. he starts with how Ian cam in about the zombie stuff and sh*t and then the next day they interviewed mel p who he says the hit a brick wall with and lied, lied, liked (my paraphrase) and then they started interviewing different family member and he thinks it was Colby who said you know, I haven't talked to my sister in awhile.... they were alerted to JJ but no one alerted them to Tylee until then...
 
He says that they were trying to determine like last time JJ was in school etc. and talked to a teacher, I think I am putting this right, where he had a hand covering a paper one day and she came to find he had drawn his family but mom's face was blacked out, teacher asked and he said his mom didn't love I'm any more... I don't know the time [frame but this would be towards the end the way it sounds. Hermasillo said THAT broke his heart.

Gigi points out that even Kay and Larry said JJ was a mama's boy and he ADORED his mom.

Man the absolute depravity, brutality and abandonment and turning on her own children here is so unfathomable...
 
Gigi also mentions when Lori, Mel and Tylee were all in the PD re Charles and Tylee is basically tamping Lori down and parenting Lori and that is one I don't forget and never will, it stood out to me the minute I watched that footage... These kids were close to mom or loyal and then BAM she turns on them but she probably always did use them..... Imo.
 
Oh God dancing videos as Gigi says and he says what may come out with FOIA requests.... Not sure I want to see the dancing videos...

Boyce only sealed the things that should be, not really happy that at first it sounded like ALL exhibits.

Give Gigi and Ray a watch, two parts, interesting.
 
I know it seems minor but Lori sending Chad dancing videos lol, let's see them. Probably gag though like their storm thing and middle school b.s. Hard to reconcile their juvenile behavior with evil murder.
 
The joking about the "storm" in the second one is priceless lol. About 16 t 17 minutes in. Investigators had some good laughs with such as well...
 
She asks entirely different questions than Nate, both were great to watch though.

She just asked him without naming names is there anyone else in this circle that should be charged and he said yes, for sure, as to one person he feels....

He also says there probably will be things that blow peoples minds once the FOIA requests get all the info and said as did Wood and him with Nate that there was plenty they could have put in but you have to draw the line as to waht's most important and not be inundating for weeks the jury, etc. This is VERY much me paraphrasing but I gather some thins when they are given per FOIA will blow our minds...

Not done yet but close. Again a good watch, two parts.
 
They CLEARLY had an agreement with an adjoining neighbor as they could walk the fence line on the other side and look and watch...

This is a good watch... Listen more so.
 
I have NOT watched this yet. I am curious though. And there is a petition at the bottom and I can only guess it is about arresting Mel P... I don't know, just a guess. I know Agent Hart when asked if he thought others responsible had yet to be arrested mentioned one for sure but didn't name the person.... Most people's educated guess would be Melanie P. I think more than that deserve arrest but she certainly is likely the "one" imo. Again I have not watched it nor looked at the petition. Linking this before I will get to and I may not get to, a lot going on right now as always. If you do watch or hear from elsewhere, please let the rest of us know.

 
Well apparently this is from two years ago, what the heck... It must have been reposted, unsure. Either way I don't think I ever saw it. And I feel I have seen EVERYTHING OUT there on this case...

Judge Steven Boyce recently issued an order to permanently seal 97 trial exhibits from the trial of Chad Daybell after the Court received multiple requests from media members and authors looking to publish information about the case in their business ventures.​

Some of these individuals, according to the June 17 order, were expressly requesting autopsy photos published to the jury in the case.
While the order acknowledges the public’s right to case information, Judge Boyce explained in writing that the Court must also balance this with the rights of the victims in this case.
“Notably, the Court was particularly moved by several victim impact statements at sentencing expressly criticizing individuals proclaiming to be “media” who, in the course of this case, have disrupted the lives of the families of these victims in the past and now continue their efforts to sensationalize and capitalize on this case,” wrote Judge Boyce in the order.
It’s explained in the order that upon “final disposition,” the 97 exhibits will be permanently sealed because they are classified as material “the publication of which would be highly objectionable of a reasonable person” under an Idaho Court Administrative Rule.

This is something else and gives thoughts in ALL directions and part of it imo to the LDS.

She and others were helping hide Brandon and the kids...

I is INTERESTING to say he least.... I think they all need to get a bit of a clue and think with their own minds...
